Human Resources (HR) is one of the important aspects in the company, because it will manage many aspects such as technology, resources, and capital, therefore the process of hiring and allocating training is important in the company. Human Resource Departement (HRD) is responsible for recruiting new employees and developing training programs to equip employees or prospective employees. The Recruitment process consist of three steps: CV gathering, psychotest work, and interview). In PT. XYZ recruitment process is done manually,Therefore an application is required that can support the decision-making process in the employee recruitment process that can analyze the appropriate training for prospective employees. Employee recruitment applications development and allocation of employee training using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development methodology. For employee training allocation system with profile matching method. The Final result from this research is an application that could support HRD in recruitment process and training allocation.

PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal is a company in the field of construction services based in Bekasi. In recruiting employees, PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal still uses conventional methods, namely that prospective employees usually send application files to the head office in Bekasi either by e-mail, post or by submitting applications directly to the Admin section. HRDs need to open e-mails and application files one by one which makes HRDs have to process applicants' data again, resulting in a high probability of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new and effective system in order to facilitate the recruitment of employees using a system development methodology, namely the waterfall method. With the PHP programming language, codeigniter framework and mysql database, the employee recruitment website makes it easier for HRD to minimize time, costs and energy so that the recruitment process becomes more efficient. In addition, delivering clear and up-to-date information will improve the company's image.

Gonova Beauty Care is a beauty clinic that offers various types of beauty care services, consultations and beauty products, which was established on September 14, 2016. Where all transaction activities at the clinic still use the traditional process where customers must first come to the clinic. To help overcome the problem in Gonova Beauty Care, the author tries to analyze and design a new system using the system development methodology, namely the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The proposed new system is based on the website to manage transactions that occur at the clinic and can make it easier for customers to place an order. The website is designed to serve the transaction of sales of beauty products and ordering beauty services. The fast-paced, rapidly changing e-business environment, coupled with its emphasis on brand image and the human-computer interface, and the creative nature of Web development teams combine to require changes in traditional system development methodologies. This chapter explores the fit between typical Web-based information system characteristics and existing development methodologies, from the traditional System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to some of the newer rapid-response models. It concludes that, contrary to common practice in most organizations, one standardized development methodology is not best suited for all, or even most, e-business projects. Fifteen variables that are key to identifying the best methodology for a given e-business project are distilled, and a framework is constructed to aid development teams in the process of formulating a customized development methodology to serve as a basis for project management and control. Projections are made concerning the future of e-business system development methodologies.

The development of information systems is done so that the system gets better performance and is more in line with the wishes of users. However, until now there is no academic information system for UIN Sunan Kalijaga specifically developed based on mobile. In fact, mobile technology is currently growing very rapidly in Indonesia. Based on the Nielsen survey as of May 2011, the number of mobile device users in Indonesia reached 125 million out of the 238 million population. For this reason, it is necessary to develop the Academic Information System of UIN Sunan Kalijaga based on mobile, especially Android.The system development methodology used in this study is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). The steps are Analysis of system requirements, system design, and design, system implementation, testing, and evaluation.This research results an application that can be used to access academic information, such as schedule to attend the lecture, schedule of examination, card of yield study, presence and history of performance index. The special thing of this application is user still can see the academic information although offline with some condition.

The use of technology in a current system can speed up the work process, including in the new employee recruitment system. This research is intended to describe the new employee recruitment system and evaluate the new employee recruitment process implemented by PT Lion Express (Lion Parcel). The method applied in data collection is by interviewing and seeing firsthand the process of recruiting new employees at PT Lion Express (Lion Parcel). In accordance with the results of research that has been done by the author, it can be concluded that the employee recruitment process carried out by the personnel department already has a systematic stage. In the recruitment process there are still several problems that hamper as long as the process can be an evaluation of the company for the future. Obstacles encountered include the process of registering prospective employees for the implementation of psychological tests which are considered ineffective because they are still based on emails received and announcements of applicant data completeness are still done one-by-one by e-mail to applicants, thus consuming the work of HR department personnel. Therefore, a web-based Smart system is needed that can facilitate registration and announcement of lack of data completeness online. So that companies can maximize the process of hiring new employees, it is recommended that the selection of new employees use a system that can accommodate the obstacles that often occur in the process of hiring new employees. The system design uses UML diagrams and PHP programming languages.

Jika berbicara organisasi atau perusahaan, terdapat beberapa faktor penting yang dapat menentukan maju atau mundurnya organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut, di antaranya adalah peran pegawai. Pegawai yang mempunyai kualitas tinggi akan sangat membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Perusahaan dapat memberikan penghargaan kepada pegawai yang dianggap berprestasi berupa kenaikan jabatan. Penelitian ini mengangkat studi kasus implementasi analisis gap untuk sistem pendukung keputusan kenaikan jabatan pada PT. Beyf Bersaudara. Saat ini proses kenaikan jabatan pegawai yang terdapat pada PT. Beyf Bersaudara belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan yang diinginkan karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metodologi terstruktur dengan model pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan perancangan model yang digunakan adalah model Pencocokan Profil (profile matching) dengan metode perhitungan Pemetaan Gap Kompetensi serta PHP dan MySQL sebagai alat pengkodean komputer. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam pengambil keputusan untuk menentukan perhitungan nilai kenaikan jabatan.

As a commitment to improve health services in Bali, the Bali Provincial Government built Bali Mandara International Hospital. The hospital is to be expected becoming the best hospital in Bali. aimed to help the poor family to get the best health care. can be directed to become a medical tourism destination. However, There was some commotion on the employee’s recruitment process of Bali Mandara Hospital, where violations allegedly occurred in the process of recruitment of new employees, especially in recruiting non-government contract workers. The demonstration of Sanur community also occurred on October 28th, 2017 to demand justice and transparency in the recruitment of employees at the newly built hospital where they were promised to get ten percent quota for the job vacancies. although facing many problems, the Hospital keep operating until now. The employee recruitment system that is considered not transparent, cause the noble goal of Bali Provincial Government to improve the community’s health service through Bali Mandara Hospital is not well conveyed. Corruption, Collusion and nepotism practices that are still firmly rooted in some agencies make public’s trust toward Government become low. in addition, the public is expected to be more careful in receiving information. Because if the information is misleading, it could result in the disadvantage of many parties.

AbstractNurfarizki. The Analysis of the new employee recruitment & Selection Process at PT Baruna Dirga Dharma, Jakarta. 2018. The purpose of this research is to find out how the recruitment process is, to find out what factors influence the selection recruitment process, and the obstacles and solutions of the new employee barriers of PT Baruna Dirga Dharma. This research is a qualitative research. With a total of three informants, consisting of the Director, staff and HRD supervisors. Determination of informants is done by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed qualitatively qualitative. The results show that the process is the factor in recruitment and selection, which begins with the planning of new employees, FPPK approved by the executive, and determining the source of recruitment. The selection process is selecting job applications, interview, psychotest, medical chech ups, offering letters, work agreements, filing & document records.Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Human Resources.AbstrakNurfarizki. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dengan jumlah informan sebanyak tiga orang, terdiri dari Direktur, staf dan supervisor HRD. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses yaitu faktor dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi yaitu diawali dengan perencanaan karyawan baru, FPPK yang disetujui executive, dan menentukan sumber rekrutmen. Adapun proses seleksi yaitu menyeleksi lamaran kerja, interview, psikotest, medical chech up, offering letter, perjanjian kerja, filing & record dokumen.Kata Kunci: Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Sumber Daya Manusia.

The school is one of the many sectors that have experience the development of information technology. Because one of the conditions for raising grades in certain schools is technology based facilities. In this case, SMPN 6 Singingi Hilir require a financial information system that can process student payments, convey information about student finances and can process reports. To overcome these problems need to be made a computerized information system. The research method used is the method of data collection  by means of interviews and observations. While the system development methodology uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Analysis and design tools used are structured data, like use case diagram, sequence diagram, Activity diagram and class diagram. The appilication program used is Java Netbeans IDE and database used is MySQL. The research is expected to produce a financial information system for students who can help optimally.

Lifestyle is a secondary need in human life, which changes depending on the times or a person's desire to change his lifestyle. Along with the development of life style many people choose to want something that is practical and does not impose himself, for example, people who are lazy to wash clothes, shoes and others because far from home, make a lot of people who took the initiative to make services of laundry or the laundry for profit of the job. So a research was conducted on android-based shoe wash ordering services in the Waru area, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study is to facilitate and assist small entrepreneurs in obtaining customers and to assist users of laundry shoeand shoe repair services in finding locations and using the services of these entrepreneurs. The research was conducted using the SDLC (methodSoftware Development Life Cycle). Where SDLC is a system development methodology to compile a new system to replace the old system, update or improve the existing system. To deal with this, anservice ordering application is created laundry android based shoeto help entrepreneurs and the community. This application is used by using theprogramming language Java along with MySQL database. The results of a survey given to 10 people, get 75% results which state that the application is quite helpful and satisfying.
