This narrative focuses on a classroom teacher called to forge a path for students during online learning by using journal writing as well as a variety of other methods including sharing life lessons, discussing time management, and organizing priorities. Transformative leadership requires vulnerability, courage, and innovation. During difficult times such as the recent pandemic, leaders need to demonstrate creativity and resilience. Anyone who wishes to enhance a leadership role can benefit from the strategies presented.

Social problems are problems that are deeply rooted in every country, including Indonesia. This problem penetrates into all fields, one of which is education. Plus the COVID-19 pandemic situation has also brought up many new problems in the world of education. The learning that was applied during this pandemic made a new learning transformation from what was originally offline to online. 80% of all parents of SDN Nguling I, II and III state that their children have difficulty understanding the material when learning online. Online School Assistance through SIPUNG is a concrete solution to improve the quality and understanding of student learning during online learning. By using the service learning method, it is proven to be able to improve the quality and understanding of students, students understand the importance of learning and parents are increasingly aware of the importance of providing the best assistance in order to achieve the success of children's education.

Organizing online learning for each educational unit and developing or determining how to provide learning to students could be done by using social media. Choosing social media in carrying out learning is necessary because social media did not recognize space and time, it made it easier to communicate with people who were far apart. Thus, it was necessary to train teachers in using WhatsApp as an alternative to learning by using action research methods or often school action research. This research involved 8 teachers at SDN 18 Bengkalis. The results of the study found that the teachers’ understanding in online learning in Cycle I was 51.13 with sufficient category. After making improvements and seeing reflections from learning, it was continued with cycle II with the results obtained an average of 73.13 with good category while the teacher's ability in learning in cycle I got sufficient category. In cycle II, out of 8 teachers, 2 teachers got very good category and 6 people got good category. In the learning carried out by the teacher using WhatsApp, there was an increase compared to cycle I. In cycle II, the teachers were already able to use WhatsApp in explaining, providing guidance, and also providing tasks that would be done by the teacher.

The purpose of this study is to know how is the implementation of Google Classroom to teach English at SMPN 2 Ngronggot in pandemic era COVID 19 . Doing learning by using Google Classroom there are many advantages and disadvantages for all of the user excatly IX students at SMPN 2 Ngronggot.This study focused on four aspect. Teacher preparation, implementation of teaching, evaluation and the last students response. The reseacher use four instruments are interview, observation, documentation and students response. For preparation the teacher use lesson plan when she teach the students, for implementation the teacher also use English when she explain the material and sometimes the teacher use Indonesian because not all of the students understand what the teacher said to them, for evaluation the teacher give conclussion for material which them and sometimes the teacher give them homework and they must sumbit in Google Classroom and for the last students response some students still difficulty to use Google Classroom because they think this is new learning.The result of this research is implementation by using Goggle Classroom can be the first method to teach online learning at SMPN 2 Ngronggot and this research also reccomended for, first the students as the students should have motivation although there are many obstacless using Google Classroom one of it is limit in access internet, the handphone is broke or did not have mobile phone but the student must try to join with their friend in order to all of the material can be known, for the teacher should give another ways in order the all of students can follow the material and for next the readers teaching by using Google Classroom can be motivate to others.

In order be suitable to the education purpose in which to develop the students` individual talent and skill,so the students` psyche potenty couldbe actualized perfectly so it needs some methods that hoped to be the indicator achieving the teaching and learning activity to achieve the desired purpose. Besides the method is very important unsure and can`t be lost in the education in achieving the desired purpose. The purpose of the enhancement will be achieved if there are students` participation and their parents` supports. Especially in the pandemicrecently. This research is motivated by the low speaking skills of fourth grade students. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN 1 Durian Umbrella, totaling 31 students. This research was conducted using a classroom action research model with a John Elliot model research design consisting of 3 cycles and each cycle consisting of 3 actions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in improving speaking skills in grade IV elementary school, you can use online learning by using a zoom meeting platform. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas IV. Subjek penelitin ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Durian payung yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan desain penelitian model John Elliot yang terdiri dari 3 siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 3 tindakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di kelas IV Sekolah dasar dapat dengan menggunakan pembelajaran dalam jaringan dengan menggunakan platform zoom meeting.

Learning processes depend on the socio-technical and regulatory contexts in which professional practices and daily usage take place. These processes develop out of and through various systems of activities, consisting of subjects, artefacts, rules, knowledge, and roles. What happens when the rules governing these systems, the roles, artefacts and knowledge change? For instance, what happens to learning processes when the settings in which practices take place are virtual, when they occur, say, in a blog, or in a community, or on a social networking platform? In this chapter the author intends to examine in detail the specific features of learning processes taking place in these new online environments.

<p>The implementation of online learning is an effective solution for learning at home to break the chain of Covid-19 transmission. Physical distancing is also a consideration for choosing this type of learning. A good cooperation between teachers, students, parents and school is a determining factor in making online learning more effective. In connection with the problem previously described about the importance of the efforts of Hindu religious education teachers in the implementation of online learning in the current new normal era, those teachers are trying to utilize online media as an innovative Hindu religious education learning medium. Of course, the use of online media can foster an active, creative, effective and fun learning during the new normal era. Therefore the research team wanted to conduct a research that analyzed the problem of how Hindu religious education teachers made efforts in implementing online learning by using online media as a learning medium for Hindu religious education for students of SMA Negeri 2 Kuala Kapuas.</p>

Due to the developments of social networking in education, teachers have to provide the innovative techniques and select the best way in teaching learning process in classroom, especially in learning English as a foreign language so that the students are interested and eager to learn English. Edmodo as one of online learning media is believed to present an effective solution in the teaching English. This research investigates the effectiveness of blended learning by using Edmodo in teaching English for nursing students. This research used quasi experimental research design. It begins from conducting homogeneity test, deciding the experimental group and control group. Then, it was continued by giving activities to the control class using face to face learning and giving treatments to the experimental class that was using blended learning (combine face to face learning with online learning/Edmodo), then giving the same post-test to both classes. The result indicated that there was a signifcant effect of teaching English in blended learning by using Edmodo on nursing students. It is proved by the value of signifcant column of t-test table and the result is 0.000 which was lower than 0.05. Abstrak  Seiring perkembangan jejaring sosial dalam pendidikan, guru harus memberikan teknik inovatif dan memilih cara terbaik dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas, terutama dalam belajar bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing sehingga siswa tertarik dan bersemangat untuk belajar bahasa Inggris. Edmodo sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran online diyakini menghadirkan solusi efektif dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran campuran dengan menggunakan Edmodo dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris untuk mahasiswa keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi experimental. Dimulai dari melakukan uji homogenitas, menentukan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan memberikan treatmen kepada kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran tatap muka dan perlakuan ke kelas eksperimen yaitu menggunakan blended learning (menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembelajaran online/Edmodo), kemudian memberikan post-test yang sama untuk keduanya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifkan dari kombinasi mengajar tatap muka dengan Edmodo terhadap kemampuan bahasa Inggris mahasiswa keperawatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai kolom tabel t-test yang signifkan dan hasilnya adalah 0.000 yang lebih rendah dari 0.05 Keywords:  Edmodo; Blended Learning; Teaching English
