The research purpose is to determine the essence and provide the author’s interpretation of concept “organizational and economic mechanism for encouraging investment activities of enterprises” and to develop its structure. The research subject is the development of the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for promoting investment activity of enterprises and substantiation of its main elements. Methodology. The methodological basis of the research is a combination of theoretical and scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization and comparison, theoretical and logical generalization. In particular, the following methods are used: analysis and synthesis – when studying the investment activity of the enterprise; systematisation and comparison – to identify the elements that determine the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for promoting investment activities of enterprises; scientific abstraction – for the formation of theoretical generalization and conclusions. The paper considers different interpretations of the concept “organizational and economic mechanism for encouraging investment activities of enterprises”. According to the authors, the organizational and economic mechanism for encouraging investment activities of enterprises is a multi-level hierarchical system of the main interconnected elements and their typical groups (subjects, objects, principles, methods, and tools), during and under the influence of which economic relations between all elements of the system are harmonized. Results. As a result of the analysis of the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism, the authors came to the conclusion that any mechanism is a complex structure of interconnected and interacting economic elements, processes, and phenomena that ensure achievement of the set goal. The proposed organizational and economic mechanism for promoting investment activity of enterprises allows investors to minimize investment costs, reduce risks when entering into an investment agreement, or more accurately estimate future revenues from project implementation. Further research directions are deepening of the interrelation of specific features of investment processes in Ukraine with its institutional environment, determination of features of economic relations as the structure of institutes that provide an overflow of investment resources from financial to real sectors of the economy. The spread of the sharing economy and the growing interest to this concept is caused by the transformation of business models, which is due to the redistribution of the importance of the economic, social and environmental goals of consumers, manufacturers and suppliers of goods and services. Institutional factors of doing business have a particular importance. At the same time, the rise of digital technology has become a catalyst for the transformation of the rules and regulations establishing transactions between economic agents of various levels. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of institutional environment digitalization on the sharing economy development as a basis for its further regulation. The novelty of the research lies in identifying regularities in institutional environment digitalization. The article describes various aspects of analyzing the sharing economy, reveals a narrow and broad interpretation of the studied term based on the fact that the sharing economy is a part of the digital and platform economy. It is shown that the sharing economy is also at the intersection of the access economy, platform economy and community-based economy. Two key approaches to sharing economy are defined: technological with the focus on sharing economy driven by the digital technologies and socioinstitional with the transformations of rules and standards regulating the interaction of economic agents within this model. Correlation-regression analysis is applied to test the hypotheses about the influence of institutional environment digitalization typical for formal and informal institutes, as well as the network relations on the development of the sharing economy. The European Index of Digital Entrepreneurship Systems (EIDES) and The Timbro Sharing Economy Index were used as an information base for the study. The research arrives at a nonlinear regression model showing the significance and impact nature of the development of network relations and social media on the sharing economy. Hypotheses about the influence of the digital component of formal and informal institutions have been refuted. The article justifies the need for the development of inclusive institutes to regulate sharing economy, which will stimulate the solution of social, economic and environmental problems in the society. The theoretical significance of the study lies in expanding the provisions of economic theory in the field of studying the transformation of economic relations under the changes in external and internal socio-economic conditions and the institutional environment development for sharing economy. The practical significance lies in the possibility to apply the conclusions and recommendations to improve socio-economic regulating policy for sharing economy at the macro-, meso- and micro-levels of economy. The results obtained in the research may be of interest to the specialists analyzing the transformation of economic relations and the problems of the formation and development of sharing economy. Further research will relate directly to the issues of institutional design of the sharing economy, as well as the study of the application potential to solve socially significant problems at various levels of management.

The paper focuses of the major problems related to the development of the system for analytical accounting of import and export transactions and its effective functioning in the contemporary conditions. A special attention has been paid to the directions for introducing improvements in the organization of processes of generation and use of analytical accounting information for the import and export operations of the enterprise. The import and export of goods belong to the group of the so-called traditional foreign trade transactions, which comprise a basic unit within the system of contemporary international economic relations. As an object of accounting, import and export transactions are characterized by considerable complexity. It derives from their essential characteristics, which substantially distinguish them from commercial transactions within the domestic market in the country. Taking into account the specificities of import and export transactions, we can characterize them as complex business processes involving numerous and diverse business operations that have to be reflected in accounting. The main accounting objects in the context of import and export transactions can also be identified as primary objects of management in the enterprise carrying out such transactions. This puts an important requirement in accounting for providing, interpreting, using and delivering complete, comprehensive, reliable and timely information about them. The complexity and specificity of import and export transactions entails a need for greater analyticity in their accounting for better information support needed for their management. An issue of utmost importance in the generation of accounting information for the import and export transactions is the rational development of the structure of the system for analytical accounting in accordance with the specific information needs of the enterprise related to the analysis and overall management of these operations. A major problem in this regard is to ensure organizational and methodological unity between the generation of analytical accounting information for the import and export of goods and the subsequent detailed analyzes in different perspectives. For this purpose, it is necessary to organize the accounting based on analytical indicators, which correspond to the specific directions for detailing the analyzes of import and export transactions. It is also mandatory for the organization of the system for analytical accounting to be complied with the important requirement that the benefits of the information should exceed the expenses made for its generation. This presupposes the achievement of an effective organization aided by modern accounting software, and as early as upon initial entry of the data in the accounting information system based on the primary accounting documents for the completed transactions the information needs of analysis should also be taken into consideration. Thus, a one-off entry and multiple use of the detailed accounting information on import and export will be ensured, the doubling of expenses for labor and time will be avoided in relation to the generation of accounting information and its subsequent use for the purposes of analysis.

The variability and uncertainty of the external environment inherent in business activities determine a high level of risk and enhancing the role of strategic planning as a special tool for adapting to the external environment. The purpose of the scientific research was to form a conceptual approach to the process of developing a strategy for innovation and investment activity of a food enterprise. During the study of the study’s theoretical basis, it was determined that the issues of strategic planning of the enterprise as a whole and individual economic functions, in particular innovation, were developed by many foreign and Ukrainian researchers. However, for the most part in the literature, innovation and investment strategies are considered separately, at the same time they are closely related, and the implementation of an innovation project can be considered as an implementation of an investment project. In recent times, the concept of innovation and investment activity has appeared in the literature, but the methodology for rational organization of such activity has not been sufficiently developed. In the course of the research, three main approaches to developing a strategy for innovation and investment activity were described, also our own fourth approach was formulated. The analysis of methodological principles that are the basis for building strategies for innovation and investment activity was also carried out. It was concluded that the effectiveness of the strategy development process depends on the creation of a system of its information support. At the same time, increasing the productivity of innovation and investment activities of individual enterprises will help to increase the number of enterprises engaged in such activities, which will have a positive impact on the country’s economy as a whole. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the considered strategies of innovation and investment activity can be used in the activities of relevant enterprises
