The purpose of the article is the scientific substantiation and further development of the theoretical foundations and methodology of the system of economic security of an industrial enterprise. Methodology. The methodological bases are the provisions of security theory and the laws of the market economy. In the study the system method was used to reveal the essence of the mechanism of functioning of the economic security system; methods of logic, qualitative analysis and synthesis were used to structure the mechanism of functioning of the economic security system; economic and logical methods were used to establish the nature of the functioning of the economic security system of an industrial enterprise; the integrated method was used to substantiate the concept of "economic security system of an industrial enterprise". Results. Approaches to the functioning of the economic security system of an industrial enterprise in terms of management processes, management objects and elements are proposed. The locus in ensuring the functioning of the economic security system is the mechanism. The classification of methods of economic security management of the enterprise is given. The conceptual bases of functioning of the system of economic safety of the industrial enterprise are developed. A scheme is proposed in order to determine the nature of the functioning of the economic security system of an industrial enterprise, which takes into account the attributes: capabilities, possibilities, desires, interests and aspirations. Practical implications. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the enrichment of the practice of economic security of an industrial enterprise with scientifically substantiated proposals to improve the functioning of its system. The use of the proposed conceptual provisions and the appropriate algorithm to establish the nature of the economic security system can increase the efficiency of the economic security system in the economic practice of enterprises. Value/originality. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the development and working out of theoretical and methodological principles of functioning of the system of economic security of an industrial enterprise in accordance with the requirements of market situations.

The article is aimed at improving the theoretical and methodological principles and formalizing the methodological provision of the processes of formation of a comprehensive system of economic security of industrial enterprises. The article analyzes the theoretical principles of interpretation and management of the economic security system of enterprises. In particular, it is defined that modern scientific define the economic security system as an aggregate of elements that provide protection along with threat assessment. The author proposes to consider the concept of «economic security system» as an aggregate of resource elements and functions for harmonization of interests, complexity, flexibility, interaction and coherence of space, which determines the economic efficiency of adaptability of units, management elements, subsystems and allows comprehensively and fully diagnosing risks and threats, potential deviations, as well as substantiating the cost of resources for the systematic provision of security of industrial enterprise. A functional-resource approach to the formation of the economic security system is substantiated. Internal incentives and motivators of the formation of the economic security system are formalized, which are disclosed through structural elements of the system and process flows in the internal environment of the enterprise. To activate the resource and functional elements, it is necessary to establish the goals of the system formation and formalize their species composition. This will allow to determine and substantiate the cost of security provision, minimization of risks and the instrumentarium of the organizational and economic security mechanism. The article describes elements of the security space, which include the resource and functional constituents, methodological means of diagnostics and regulation, as well as economic agents who are in contact with external actors. Motivators, strategic guidances and tasks of its development are defined as strategic elements of the economic security system. The formation of the economic security system of industrial enterprises should be based on the conceptual coordination of elements and functions in accordance with the subjective impact of the environment, as well as on strengthening innovation and integration processes and increasing the cost of preventive activities. The specified aspects are implemented through the instrumentarium of organizational management, which is formalized through the subjects, object, tasks and directions of ensuring economic security.

Proved that to achieve socio-economic development of state it is necessary to ensure not only invarionmental security of state, but also of enterprise. There are a sufficiently large number of methods to evaluate the economic and ecological security of enterprise and, at the same time, there aren’t any practical methods to evaluate its environmental security. This confirms the necessity to analyse this issue in a more detailed way. The aim of the article is to analyse and identify the drawbacks of existing methods to evaluate the environmental security of enterprise and develop a system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprises. The following research methods were used in the article: method of analysis and synthesis to determine the drawbacks of existing methods to establish the level of environmental security, the graph analytic method to build a scheme of the process to develop the system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprise. It is determined that the process to develop the system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprise is a process of successive stages of determining the purpose and tasks to diagnose the state of environmental security of industrial enterprise, to select and process the necessary information and, directly, to develop a system of indicators of environmental security of industrial enterprise. The practical significance of this study is to determine the level of environmental security of industrial enterprise as an integral indicator. Its core is a set of social and economic, technical and technological, scientific and innovative, managerial and organizational indicators which have to account the criteria related to the external and internal environment of the enterprise activity. The proposed process to develop the system of indicators for environmental security of industrial enterprise allows determining the level of environmental security.

The article is devoted to the study of the information support optimization for the audit of the economic security system in construction industry enterprises. The purpose of this article is to provide recommendations for information support optimizing of the audit of the economic security system in the construction industry enterprises, depending on the functional components of such a system. Research methodology: methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis are used to achieve this goal. The article highlights the debatable issues of interpretation of the definition of "information support of the audit of the economic security system." The classification of components of information support by content is considered, the problems of information support in the normative-legal aspect and by objects of audit of the system of economic security, depending on its functional components are revealed. The result of the study is the construction of an optimal system of information support to meet the needs of users in the management process.

The purpose of the research. The main purpose of the article is to improve the conceptual apparatus of the risk management process in the activities of an industrial enterprise, the principles of risk management, stages and principles of this process in the activities of an industrial enterprise. Methodology. To improve the conceptual apparatus of the risk management process, the principles of risk management, stages and principles of this process in the activity of an industrial enterprise are used by the following methods: generalization, analysis and synthesis. Results. As a result of the study, an actual definition of the category of “risk management,” the stages of risk management and the principles of risk management process, taking into account the modern features of this process, as well as the features of industrial enterprises. Also, as a result of the study, circumstances that do not allow to effectively use worked out and well-established themselves in other areas of activity evaluation and risk management. Practical meaning. The practical significance of the study is the applied nature of the proposed conceptual apparatus, the principles of risk management, stages and principles of this process that can be used in the process of risk management in the activity of an industrial enterprise, which are particularly relevant in a changing and crisis environment in which industrial enterprises operate, and also allows the enterprise to create and develop competitive products, maintain the required level of stability and efficiency. Prospects for further research. The further researches of the author will be devoted to this. Another direction of subsequent developments will be the development of methodological provision of risk management process in the activities of an industrial enterprise.

Inefficiency of the customs regulation system, imperfection of the existing system of monitoring of export-import operations, low level of observance of budgetary discipline, shadow economy requires updating of methodical approaches to improvement of the customs control system. The purpose of the article is to form strategic initiatives for the development of customs control in the financial security system of the state with the using of GAP-analysis tools. The methodological basis of the study is the use of methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, methodological tools of GAP-analysis. The object of the study is the patterns of development of the customs control mechanism in the system of financial security of the state. The subject of the study is the methodological principles of customs control in the system of financial security of the state. The purpose of the GAP analysis of customs control in the financial security system is to identify potential sources of increased customs duties to the budget under the influence of the external environment. The information base for the calculation of GAP-gaps is the amount of customs duties collected by the State Tax Service to the consolidated budget, and the targets set by the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget”. The methodical approach to identifying, assessing and eliminating strategic gaps as an object of customs control, during the study of financial security, has been improved on the basis of GAP-analysis tools. In contrast to the existing approaches, in this case the value of the calculated GAP-gaps between the planned and actually received amounts of customs revenues to the state budget is defined as a control indicator. The author's approach proposed in the article provides an assessment of the causes of strategic gaps and allows to form strategic initiatives for the development of customs control in the system of financial security of the state, related to the structure of its mechanism.

Substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for determining the main directions of the strategy of regional development in terms of diversification of the sectoral profile of the economy. Methodology. Theoretical and practical research of diversification is carried out on the basis of generalization, analysis and synthesis. The method of structural logical analysis was used to determine the sectoral profile of the economy of the Donetsk region. The establishment of interregional differences was carried out using the statistical method and the method of formalization. Results. It is emphasized that the most successful strategy is the strategy of diversification, as a result of which the risks of cyclical development of the regional economic system related to the situation, specific resources, geopolitical, infrastructural conditions of the socio-economic system of the region are dispersed. It is substantiated that the diversified economy has additional opportunities for its development and increase of production efficiency. The sectoral profile of the economy of the Donetsk region is analyzed and the problems related to the mono-functionality of cities are revealed. The presence of deep interregional differences in terms of gross value added, which are in the zone of real danger, has been established. According to the results of the study, it is substantiated that an important direction of economic development of the region should be the strategy of diversification through integration and convergence. The peculiarities of diversification will depend on the specific economic conditions, however, it is emphasized that more attention should be paid to the development of innovative sectors of the economy. Scientific novelty. Deepening of theoretical bases, scientific and methodical approaches and practical tools for determining the main directions of regional development strategy in terms of diversification of the sectoral profile of the economy in conditions of deep interregional differences. Practical significance. Strengthening the role of industries other than the main one for a particular region, and reducing the dependence of the city's economy on the functioning of city-forming enterprises, which will create the basis for further socio-economic well-being of such areas.

Purpose. The purpose of the work is to analyze the application of the second and third parts of Article 3692 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to officials in the context, that defines them by the Criminal Code of Ukraine in the note to Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Methodology. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis and synthesis of the available scientific and theoretical material and the formulation of relevant conclusions and recommendations. In the course of the study, the following methods of scientific knowledge were used: terminological, logical-semantic, system-structural, logical-normative. Results: in the course of research the cause of criminalization of such act as "abuse of power" is considered, the subject of the specified criminal act which has the features of "an official" in the context, that defines it by the note to Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is analyzed and the main ways of committing criminal acts, that are provided for in this article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are identified. Originality. The study found, that one of the key conditions for the opportunity to influence officials, that are authorized to perform government or local self-government functions, is the position held by the official and the related opportunities. Therefore, taking into account the opinion of the scientists, that the subject of crimes, that are provided for by the second and third parts of Article 3692 is special, the peculiarities of which is the cumulative feature, that denotes, that such person is not endowed with the status of an official, well-founded need to specify the criminal legislation of Ukraine in terms of the application the second and third parts of Article 3692 of the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning officials in the context, that defines them by the criminal legislation of Ukraine in the note to Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Practical significance. The research results can be used in lawmaking in the improvement of anti-corruption legislation.

Purpose. The aim of this work is to study the characteristics of transformation that appeared in the sphere of family relations in the modern Ukrainian society. The main attention is concentrated on problems of asymmetry of family status. Technique. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis and synthesis of existing scientific and theoretical material and formulation of appropriate conclusions and recommendations. During the study, we used the following methods of scientific knowledge: terminological, semantic, functional, systemic-structural, comparative legal. Results. The research process recognized that at the present stage of creation of a Ukrainian state more family is in the process of transformation than in decline. It has passed a long way of development and adaptation to diverse conditions of existence, characterized by flexibility and sustainability. Some family functions under the influence of objective conditions disappear, others persist, still others only appear. Scientific novelty. In the research process, a number of faults and reasons in the matter of the transformation of Ukrainian families. The inability of the spouses to overcome the crisis situation in the transition of families from one stage to the other can be connected with the psychological incompatibility of the spouses, the inadequate choice of a marriage partner, the inability of families to solve problems, the low level of socio-psychological adaptation. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in law-making and enforcement activities while solving family household conflicts.
