The purpose of the paper is to study the processes of formation and use of financial potential of investment activity of small enterprises. The subject of research is the patterns of formation of financial potential of investment activity of small enterprises. Methodology included structural and systems analysis, as well as the theory of optimal control. In addition, methods of economic and statistical analysis were used. The main results of the study include the definition of the essence and selection of types of the financial potential of investment activity of enterprises. It is found that the financial potential of investment activity of the enterprise is its ability to attract financial resources to ensure this activity. The available, aggregate, and long-term financial potentials of investment activity are defined and characterized. The possibility of distinguishing the general, effective and optimal varieties of this potential are also noted. It is shown that the aggregate financial potential of investment activity of the enterprise, in addition to the available potential, also includes the available reserve for the growth of the financial potential of investment activity due to the implementation of measures that do not require investment. It is proven that the financial potential of investment activity of small enterprises is at the intersection of two other types of their economic opportunities: investment potential and the potential of the flow of the financial resources to finance investment activity of enterprises. The generalized model of the course of processes of formation and use of the financial potential of investment activity of small enterprises is constructed and analyzed. A number of indicators for assessing the level of use of the financial potential of investment activity of small enterprises are proposed. In particular, these indicators include the share of the actual volume of realization of the available financial potential of investment activity of enterprises in the amount of the potential, the share of the available financial potential of investment activity of enterprises in the value of their investment potential, the share of the actual volume of realization of the available financial potential of investment activity of enterprises in the value of their investment potential. The third indicator is the product of the previous two. The level of investment activity and use of the available financial potential of investment activity of fifty Ukrainian small enterprises is studied. It is established that the largest share includes enterprises with a low and satisfactory level of investment activity. At the same time, the average level of realization of the available financial potential of investment activity of enterprises increases with the growth of investment activity. The practical significance of the results in the work of small enterprises will allow to identify and implement untapped opportunities for growth in the financial potential of investment activity of these enterprises. Also, these results make it possible to establish the level of actual realization of this potential and identify areas for increasing this level, which is especially relevant in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The formed algorithm of developing a strategic financial planning model allows to take into account the organization’s life cycle stage and its market position in the industry when determining the target parameters of financial development in the long term perspective. An indicator of maximizing the return to capital represented by own and borrowed funds is proposed as a key indicator of the model under consideration. Complying with the set of limitations developed, this indicator provides a more reliable and comprehensive assessment of organization’s development planned directions.

The article presents data on long-term observations about the occurrence of infertility of cows on dairy farms of Primorye and Priamurya, which indicate the presence of errors in the selection of cows for insemination, which leads to unjustified losses from temporary infertility of healthy animals. The problem of selecting cows for insemination exists on dairy farms all over the world, and each farmer solves it based on his own experience, finances and traditions. Currently, a large number of methods are proposed to improve the accuracy of the definition of cows in "hunting", but as practice has shown, none of them gives 100% reliability. For 50 years of work on the biology of animal reproduction, the authors have tested many of them on dairy farms in the south of the Far East. Our experiments on large farms with free-range cattle loose housing in the Ussuriysk and Khorolsk districts of the Primorsky Territory and the Khabarovsk district of the Khabarovsk Territory confirmed the recommendations on a higher efficiency of three-time detection of cows in heat. At the "Blagodatnoye" farm in the Khabarovsk Territory, with a loose-box keeping of cows 50 cows per box, an experiment was conducted with round-the-clock observation of the animals behavior. Symptoms of sexual excitation, immobility reflex, severity of estrus were recorded continuously for 13 days. The room housed 384 cows of different ages and productivity, which came from the calving pen after calving.

The issue of providing social and pedagogical assistance to a child from a dysfunctional family is being considered. The results of studying the “child in a dysfunctional family” problem are presented and the conclusion is made that a child in such a family is deprived of parental attention, supervision, care, and experiences difficulties in relations with peers and teachers. A review of well-known models of activity with a dysfunctional family is given, and non-traditional forms of work with a dysfunctional family are named. The available experience shows that today the direction of helping a child from a dysfunctional family is not sufficiently developed. A child growing up in a dysfunctional family lacks a significant adult. Such a significant adult can be a student-mentor, “family tutor”. Having a mentor in a child will help reduce intra-family conflicts, improve parent-child relationships, and possibly prevent social orphanhood. In this regard, in the framework of participation in the «Course for the Family» competition organized by the Timchenko Foundation, the project «Family Tutor» was developed. The implementation of the project included: the selection of students interested in participating in the project, their training, the definition of a group of children who need mentors, the creation of “child-tutor” pairs, and the conclusion of agreements with families. Today 10 pairs work, students are accompanied by curators, authors of the project. The relevance and practical significance of the project is evidenced by the fact that the “Family Tutor” was supported by the Timchenko Charitable Fund at the second stage of the “Course on the Family” grant competition.

Knowledge of the laws of manipulation, analysis of the mechanism of this phenomenon in conjunction with a proper understanding of the state and demands of society can help any political leader in the struggle for power and the promotion of their own political interests. The key to successful manipulation in political discourse is the realization of the paramount importance of the ultimate goal. Depending on it, the strategy, tactics and methods of manipulation will be chosen. Careful selection of linguistictools will help to keep manipulative processes out of the realm of awareness and ensure their effective effectiveness. Manipulation is understood as hidden coercion, programming of thoughts, intentions, feelings, and so on. The main purpose of manipulation is to create a profitable policy of the world in the minds of potential voters and reduce the ability of recipients to think critically, creating the illusion of free choice and more. Language manipulation should be understood as the purposeful use of thepeculiarities of language use, which contributes to the emergence in the minds of recipients of illusions and delusions that motivate him to act in a way that is beneficial to the manipulator. It should be noted that any successfully completed communication in which the speaker does not express his intentions openly, is a successful act of language manipulation. The very phenomenon of manipulation in political discourse is given a special place, as it can cause long-term consequences and have a strongeffect on society. Obviously, further study of the phenomenon of manipulation in the linguopragmatic aspect is needed, describing not only the different types of manipulative influence, but also how they contribute to the success / failure of policies and for what reason one or another effect is achieved. The main approaches to the definition of "speech manipulation" and highlights and systematizes the dominant approaches inthe Ukrainian scientific linguistic tradition to it, namely: narrow and broad approaches, and at the same time considers scientific linguistic approaches that consider speech manipulation from different angles. . The main focus is on different classification approaches to this issue, as well as the main criteria for classifying types of speech manipulation (by the nature of the interaction of the addressee and the addressee; by the criterion of awareness of speech actions of the addressee and the addressee; by theorientation of the addressee; by the nature of information transformations) . Modern approaches to their delimitation are highlighted. At the same time, the levels at which speech manipulation is performed (phonetic, lexical and grammatical) are considered.

This paper proposes the definition of a goal programming model for the selection of artifacts to be developed during a testing process, so that the set of selected artifacts is more viable to the reality of micro and small enterprises. This model was based on the IEEE Standard 829, which establishes a set of artifacts that must be generated throughout the test activities. Several factors can influence the definition of this set of artifacts. Therefore, in order to consider such factors, we developed a multicriteria model that helps in determining the priority of artifacts according to the reality of micro and small enterprises.

Introduction. One of the most important stages of the company's participation in international cooperation is undoubtedly the search and selection of a cooperating partner and establishing relationships with him. This plays a key role in achieving the goals and desired results of companies' participation in international cooperation and requires detailed study, systematization and graphical representation. The purpose of the paper is to improve the participation of enterprises in international cooperation by developing a sequence of establishing relationships with foreign cooperating partners in the context of using a certain method of international cooperation. Results. As participation in international industrial cooperation involves long-term partnership and pooling of resources to achieve common goals, the effectiveness of international cooperation depends directly on the cooperating partner. The process of finding and selecting a cooperating partner, establishing relationships with him is long-term and multi-stage, so it requires a clear definition of its components, their sequence and consistency. Thus, one of the necessary conditions for an enterprise to participate effectively in international cooperation is to develop a clear sequence of establishing relationships with a foreign cooperating partner, which consists of seven stages. The result of the successful completion of each of the stages of the proposed sequence of networking is the signing of an agreement with a foreign cooperating partner on the use of a certain method of international cooperation. If at a certain stage the actual results don`t coincide with the planned ones, it is possible to return to the problem areas and make certain adjustments in order to eliminate the shortcomings. Conclusion. Against the background of globalization and integration processes, the role of international cooperation as one of the effective ways to improve the competitiveness of both individual enterprises and the country's economy as a whole is constantly growing. However, the effectiveness of participation in international cooperation depends not only on the company itself, but also on the chosen cooperating partner. The proposed sequence of establishing relationships with a foreign cooperating partner in the context of the implementation of the method of international cooperation is a practically significant and universal tool that companies can adapt to their own goals and peculiarities and repeatedly apply in the future to choose a cooperating partner.

The role of investment by credit institutions, including investment lending, is increasing against the backdrop of the consequences of economic crises in the country and the world, the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic, and a shortage of long-term resources. The most important problems in the development of investment activities in modern Russia are an acute shortage of long-term money, imperfect conditions for guaranteeing the return of resources and the presence of high risks of credit institutions from participating in the investment process. The purpose of the article is to determine the priority areas of investment activities of credit institutions. The current trend of their investment activity is assessed by the authors by quantitative, comparative, structural and factor methods. The logic of the study made it possible to assess the activity of credit institutions in the securities market. By analyzing and summarizing statistical data, the authors identified the priority tasks of the shortage of long-term resources and determined promising interaction with NPFs. The study revealed the limited long-term resources and high risks of credit institutions, which do not allow them to invest in the real sector of the economy. The authors determined the assessment of the structure of attracted resources in investments, identified the negative factors holding back investments. A systematic and comprehensive approach to the analysis of the directions of investment activity of credit institutions made it possible to make a number of recommendations for its improvement. According to the authors, it is necessary to form a comprehensive mechanism containing legislative measures to stimulate the accumulation of long-term resources, increase the volume of capital of credit institutions, and minimize the risks of investing in the real sector of the economy. The authors propose specific measures that activate investment activities, providing profitability with an increased guarantee of the return of resources and minimizing risk. Joint activities of credit institutions, financial intermediaries (NPF, insurance companies) and the state will ensure the attraction of long-term resources in the investment process, contributing to the rapid economic growth in general. This determines the scientific and practical significance of the research.
