With the development of Guizhou’s economy and society, higher vocational medical education in Guizhou has developed rapidly, making it itsmission to cultivate practical and skilled talents oriented to the grassrootsand serving for frontline. However, due to the social environment, policyenvironment and insufficient funding, many difficulties and problemsare faced. In the article gives the results of studies, which are based on a multi-year study of pedagogical resources and capacities of the social environment. These results allow to take a fresh look at the views to improving of vocational education in terms of its modernization and present them in a summarized form as a sociopedagogic approach to professional activities. The essence of this approach is to implement the pedagogical potential of society in the process of organization and goals of professional education.

Technical and vocational skills are essential for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to secure growth and wealth as per the UAE Vison 2021, Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 and Emiratization strategies. Gaining insights about the factors that influence Emirati students that study technical and vocational education can support the UAE to attract more Emiratis into that area. What are those major influential factors, and are there any differences related to the gender, age level, and location of living in the UAE? The factor analysis revealed five underlying factors; the career factor, the economic factor, the guidance factor, the media factor, and the social environment factor. The career factor (M = 3.48) is perceived as the most influential one, followed by the social environment factor (M = 3.32). The independent sample t-test presented a statistically significant difference between male (M = 2.8, SD = 1.066, N = 178) and female (M = 2.6, SD = 1.066, N = 250) perceptions in the economic factor (t [426] = 2.042 = 0.042, p < 0.05). The result shows that males place more emphasis on the economic aspect when considering their educational paths. The one-way ANOVA revealed a statistically significant variance in the economic factor for the location of living (F [7,420] = 4.278, p < 0.05). The research discloses that the career aspects and future job perspectives in addition to parents of national students are the most considerable influencer, which is forming the basis for this study. Differences in perceptions could be discovered for economic aspects only. The findings reveal it is essential to consider the career, economic aspect, and parents’ involvement when marketing technical and vocational education to Emirati students. Social media marketing is recommended as an advertising tool for best results.

AbstractWith the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education in China, the main objective is to improve the quality of Higher Vocational Education in an all-round way. For a long time, higher vocational education has been using the knowledge-based education mode of general higher education or secondary vocational education. Until the early 1990s, the ability-based education model was gradually introduced. The understanding and research of higher vocational education should not be confined to the interior of education. Many policies and measures to accelerate development have been introduced, and the scale of vocational education has been expanding in recent years. Higher vocational education in China has become an important part of higher education. It is an important type of higher education and a high level of vocational education. In order to cultivate the sound personality of students in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to establish a personality-based education model. Realize the innovation of talent training mode and the quality improvement of personnel training. Meeting the new normal of the innovation-driven society, the demand for high-quality technical skills is required. It is a major practical problem facing the current construction of a modern vocational education system.

In recent years, Chinese higher vocational education reform has made great achievements. However, physical education reform, as one part of the higher vocational education, lags far behind other curriculum reforms. Along with the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, the number of higher vocational colleges has become larger than that of undergraduate colleges. But, quite a few higher vocational colleges are upgraded from secondary vocational schools. Although they still belong to the institutions of the higher learning, the educational ideas and positioning of them are totally different from those of undergraduate colleges. So the teaching reform of physical education must change based on the new situation of higher vocational physical education teaching environments. Through the analysis about the present situation of higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward the idea and thoughts of education reform as below.

Статья посвящена византийскому обряду как одному из ключевых маркеров определения идентичности арбрешской диаспоральной группы, проживающей на территории Сицилии. В условиях быстрого развития коммуникации, растущей мобильности людей наблюдается ослабление социальных связей, размывание этнических границ и снижение ценностных ориентиров. Проблема сохранения самобытности арбрешей и укрепления чувства их этнической принадлежности породила насыщенную культурную жизнь. Итало-албанские приходы в течение долгих лет накапливали информацию об истории, традициях и обычаях своей общины, укрепляли внешние и внутренние связи, благодаря чему между представителями арбрешской диаспоры возникло чувство внутренней сплоченности. Византийский обряд по-прежнему остаётся наиболее устойчивым к трансформации, поскольку местное духовенство отвечает за сохранность религиозной культуры, тесно связанной с социальной средой в целом, а также направляет свою деятельность на культивирование и сохранение арбрешской идентичности. Итало-албанская церковь представляет значительный институт, который движется к новым формам организации или изменяет роль существующих, чтобы реагировать на вызовы современного общества. Итало-албанская церковь высоко ценится своими прихожанами, и все больше воспринимается как религиозный, социальный и культурный институт, ответственный за сохранение ценностей религиозной культуры, тесно связанной с социальной средой в целом. The article is devoted to the Byzantine rite as one of the key markers for the development of the Arbresh diaspora identity in Sicily. Rapid development of communications and increasing mobility of population lead to a weakening of social ties, blurring of ethnic borders and a decrease in values. The fear of losing the identity has given rise to a rich cultural life of the Arbresh. Over the years, parishes of the Italo-Albanian Church have been accumulating information about the history, traditions and customs of their community, strengthening external and internal ties, which inspired a feeling of internal cohesion inside the Arbresh diaspora. The Byzantine rite stays most resistant to transformation, since the local clergy are responsible for the preservation of the religious culture, which is closely related to the social environment as a whole, and directs its activities towards the cultivation and preservation of the Arbresh identity. The Italo-Albanian Church represents a significant institution that moves towards new forms of organization or changes the role of existing ones in order to respond to the challenges of modern society. The Italo-Albanian Church is highly valued by its parishioners and is increasingly perceived as a religious, social and cultural institution responsible for preserving the values ​​of the religious culture, which is closely related to the social environment as a whole.

Abstract The rapid development of information technology has brought opportunities and challenges to English teaching. Online teaching has become a trend in language teaching, and it is also the core of the ongoing reform of English teaching. It not only changes the traditional English classroom thinking and teaching methods, but also changes the students’ learning environment and learning methods. At present, many experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted research on the teaching activities of English network. Researchers have also put in a lot of effort and research to study how to use online platforms to help teach English. This article focuses on the study of multimedia-assisted English teaching in higher vocational education based on the Internet. First, it uses the literature research method to explain the problems in multimedia-assisted English teaching in higher vocational education, then puts forward some relevant suggestions for improvement, and finally uses the questionnaire method to analyze the multimedia A survey on the status quo of English teaching in higher vocational colleges was conducted. The results of the survey showed that the multimedia construction in schools is still good at this stage. Among them, computer equipment accounts for the most, reaching about 39%, and then the slide projector, accounting for about 32%. Regarding whether multimedia teaching can replace traditional teaching, 55% of teachers think that it can be partially replaced, and 31% of teachers think that the two should be combined.

Since Jimei navigation College of Fujian Province started five-year junior college education in 1984, five-year higher vocational education has become one of the important forms of Higher Vocational Education in China. In the 1960s, with the rapid development of Japan's economy, there was a shortage of technical personnel. In order to cultivate a large number of technical personnel in a short period of time, Japan's specialized colleges and universities recruited junior high school graduates, studied in school for five years, and obtained an associate's degree after graduation, which provided a large number of technical personnel for the development of Japan's basic industry manufacturing industry. By combing the development process of Japan's colleges and universities, this paper studies Japan's colleges and universities from the aspects of school running subjects, talent training objectives, training methods and evaluation methods. It can provide the basis and implementation methods for China to better promote the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education, strengthen the training of secondary and higher vocational education, and provide theoretical basis and practical experience for improving the quality of five-year higher vocational education.
