In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the variables. 1) Conflict management toward organizational commitment. 2) Motivation toward organizational commitment. 3) Conflict management, motivation together to organizational commitment, through distribution of questionnaire to 72 teachers of the State elementary school (SDN 03) Tampan, Pekanbaru with proportional stratified random sampling technique. A questionnaire as the instruments in this study was used to collect data on conflict management, motivation, and organizational commitment. Validity of the items was tested by using the Pearson Product Moment formula and reliability coefficient instrument was calculated by using Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between conflict management with organizational commitment. With correlation coefficient ry1=0.531 and the regression equation Y=42.439 0.542 X1. 2). There is a positive relationship between motivation and organizational commitment with the correlation coefficient ry2= 0.475 and the regression equation Y=45.023 0.448 X2. 3). There is a positive relationship between conflict management and motivation with organizational commitment and multiple correlation coefficient Ry1.2=0.607 and regression equation Y=28.450, 434X1 0.308 X2. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement and enhancement of organizational commitment in the State Elementary School (SDN 03) Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru, this can be enhanced by conflict management and motivation improvement of teachers.

ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TEACHERS CAN BE ENHANCED WITH SPIRITUAL ORGANIZATION AND INTELLIGENCE COMMITMENTSThe research aimed to find the relationship between organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The method used in this research was a correlational descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research took 136 the non-permanent teachers who work seperatelly at 14 private junior high schools located in the district of Jonggol Bogor Regency. The sampling technique was using proportional random sampling in Slovin formula with 5% margin error with a sample amount of 102 teachers. This study resulted in a conclusion; 1) there was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment with OCB. The strength of the relationship between organizational commitment (X1) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0848 and the organizational commitment contributed 71.9% to the OCB, 2) There was a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence with OCB. The strength of the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence (X2) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,786 and Spiritual Intelligence contributed 61.8% to the OCB, 3) There was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) jointly with the OCB (Y) shown with the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.848 and the organizational and intelligence commitments Spiritual collectively contributed 71.9% to the OCB. Based on the findings, the OCB of teachers can be improved through organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee morale in the Agriculture Office of the City of Bima. The criteria set by the researcher as the sample in this study were the employees of the Civil Service Office (ANS) at the main service with a total of 61 people using purposive sampling technique, namely the method of selecting samples based on certain criteria. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS version 23.0, the following results were obtained: This type of research is associative with a population of 52 employees based on the Slovin formula. The constant value is positive at 22.559 and the oefficient of organizational commitment variable is 0.378, so the regression equation can be written: Y = 22.559 + 0.378X, and the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.222. This means that the variable organizational commitment (X) in explaining the morale variable (Y) is in the low category. R Square value of 0.049. This means that the contribution of the organizational commitment variable (X) to morale (Y) is 0.49%, while 46.5% is influenced by variables outside of this research model. For the t-test, two parties reject the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states that organizational commitment has no effect on morale in the agricultural department of the city of Bima (H0 is accepted).

Purpose - this study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept of reading with reading interest in elementary school students; to determine the relationship between perceptions of parental involvement with reading interest in elementary school students; and to find out the relationship between self-concept of reading and perceptions of parental involvement in stimulants with reading interest. Methods - This research uses a correlational quantitative method. In this study, researchers used a scale, there are reading interest scale, the scale of self-concept reading, and the scale of perception of parental involvement. The sample in this study was 47 elementary school students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the characteristics of male and female students of elementary school, grades 3, 4 and 5, ages 8 to 11 years, living with parents and having good reading fluency. The analysis used is Pearson product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. Findings - the results of the analysis show (1) There is a positive relationship between self-concept of reading with reading interest in students with a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.652 (p <0.01) with a contribution of 42.5%; (2) there is a positive relationship between the perception of parental involvement with reading interest in students with a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.697 (p <0.01) with a contribution of 48.6% and there is a relationship between the concept of self-reading and perception of parental involvement stimulants with interest in reading with a value of r = 0.690; F = 28,383; (p <0.01) with a contribution of 56.3% to interest in reading. The score of reading interest category is in the medium category with 83.00%, while the self-concept reading variable is in the high category with 59.70% and the perception variable of parental involvement is in the medium category with 93.00%. The findings of this study indicate that the importance of parental involvement and reading self-concepts in students increases student reading interest.

The Objective of the research is to determine the relationship between the level of education the community Bojong Rawa village and environmental responsibility with the participation of the health maintenance environment. The method which is used in this research is the correlation associative quantitative approach of 60 people a total sample. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of data to test the hypothesis of research is used the regression analysis. The research concluded that; First, there is a positive relationship between the level of education with the participation of the health maintenance environment with the correllation coefficient of  0, 86 at  = 0, 05 on  = 39, 71 + 3, 191 X1 the regression equation. Second, have a positive relationship between environmental responsibility and participation of the healthmaintenance environment with the correlation  regression equation. Third, there is a positive relationship between the level of education and environmental responsibility together with the participation of the health maintenance environment with multiple  correlation coefficient () of () with coefficients of determination of 96 %. The double regression equation   = - 0, 7 + - 0, 64 + 1, 13.

This present study was aimed to know the relationship between Personality Factors (Openness and Conscientiousness) and Organizational Commitment among university employees. The NEO Five Facto Inventory a 60 item Questionnaire and Organizational Commitment Scale consists of 8 items was administered on the university employees. Simple of 30 individuals were selected through purposive sampling from Molana Azad National Urdu University Hyderabad. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used for statistical analyses. The result revealed that there exist an inverse relationship between organizational commitment and openness and positive relationship between organizational commitment and conscientiousness.

Teachers will have a good performance if the teacher in carrying out his profession as well as possible in accordance with the principles of professional teachers and supported by the compensation and culture of a good school organization as well. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance. Methods Survey research with correlational approach. The population in this study is the teacher of State Senior High School 2 Ambon as many as 93 people. The sample was determined using random sampling technique. The number of sample research as many as 50 people and test samples of 40 people. Hypothesis testing shows that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and performance. It is shown by the value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to (0,641) and tcount 2,645 bigger than ttable (2,011), 2) there is positive and significant correlation between compensation with teacher performance. The correlation coefficient (r) obtained is 0.527 and the tcount (4.923) is greater than the ttable (2.011); 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 6,070) and the value of Fhitung (19,151) is greater than Ftable (5,641). There is a coherent relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance.

Sebagai mahasiswa biasanya banyak menghabiskan waktu di dalam kelompok-kelompok keorganisasian diluar kampus. Agar diterima kelompok, umumnya mahasiswa akan melakukan konformitas. Konformitas yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa salah satunya dapat dilihat dari kelompok keagamaan yaitu Hizbut Tahrir (HT). Melalui kelompok tersebut itulah sesungguhnya seseorang belajar mengidentifikasikan dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT. hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ada hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT. subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT daerah Banjarbaru dan Banjarmasin. Pemilihan subjek dengan menggunakan teknik accedential sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan skala identitas diri dan skala konformitas. Hasil analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment dihasilkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,302 signifikansi 0,033 artinya ada hubungan positif antara identitas diri dengan konformitas. Sumbangan efektif identitas diri terhadap konformitas sebesar 9,1%, artinya hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas tidak terlalu besar, sisaya sebesar 90,9% sumbangan dari variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT. Kata Kunci: Identitas Diri, Konformitas, Hizbut Tahrir Students usually spend more time in organizational groups outside the campus. To be accepted into a group, the students will usually do conformity. One of the conformities performed by the students can be seen in a religious group, namely Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT). Through the group a person can learn to identify himself. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between self identity and conformity in the students joining the HT. The hypothesis was that there was a relationship between self identity and conformity in the students joining the HT. The subjects in this study were 50 students joining the HT in Banjarbaru and Banjarmasin. The subjects were selected using the accidental sampling technique. The method used in this study was a quantitative method, using a scale of self identity and a scale of conformity. The data analysis using the product moment correlation resulted in the correlation coefficient of 0.302 with significance of 0.033, indicating that there was a positive relationship between self identity and conformity. The effective contribution of self identity to conformity was 9.1%, showing that the relationship between self identity and conformity was not that strong, and the remaining 90.9% was contributed by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results, it can be concluded there was a relationship between self identity and conformity in students joining the HT. Keywords: self identity, conformity, Hizbut-Tahrir

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Frekuensi Langkah dengan Hasil Lari 60 Meter, Hubungan Antara Panjang Tungkai dengan Hasil Lari  60 Meter, dan secara bersama-sama Hubungan antara Frekuensi Langkah dan Panjang Tungkai dengan Hasil Lari 60 Meter Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga 2018.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Stadion Atletik Velodrome Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi korelasi. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dari populasi yang ada dari Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga 2018. Hubungan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil lari 60 meter dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y= 43,29 + 0,13 X₁, dengan koefisien korelasi = 0,134. Dalam proses uji keberartian koefisien korelasi tersebut didapati thitung= 0,715  < ttabel= 1,701 dengan demikian koefisien korelasi bernilai 0,134 tidak signifikan. Hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil lari 60 meter dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y= 18,34 + 0,63 X2, dengan koefisien korelasi = 0,633. Dalam proses uji keberartian koefisien korelasi tersebut didapati thitung= 4,328 > ttabel= 1,701 dengan demikian koefisien korelasi bernilai 0,633 signifikan. Hubungan frekuensi langkah dan panjang tungkai secara bersama sama dengan hasil lari 60 meter dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y = 7,5 + 0,20 X₁ + 0,65 X₂ dengan koefisien korelasi = 0,915. Dalam proses uji keberartian koefisien korelasi tersebut didapati Fhitung= 70,29 > Ftabel= 3,35 yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Maka didapat kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara frekuensi langkah dan panjang tungkai secara bersama-sama dengan hasil lari 60 meter mahasiswa fakultas ilmu olahraga 2018. The sample used amounted to 30 people, with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling from the existing population of 2018 Faculty of Sport Sciences Students. The relationship of leg length to the 60 meter running result is expressed in the regression equation Y = 43.29 + 0.13 X₁, with the correlation coefficient y ry〗 _1 = 0.134. In the process of testing the significance of the correlation coefficient found t = 0.715 <t table = 1.701 thus the correlation coefficient is 0.134 is not significant. The relationship of leg muscle explosive power to the 60 meter running results is expressed in the regression equation Y = 18.34 + 0.63 X2, with a correlation coefficient y ry〗 _2 = 0.633. In the process of testing the significance of the correlation coefficient found tcount = 4.328> ttable = 1.701 thus the correlation coefficient is 0.633 significant. The relationship between stride frequency and leg length together with the 60 meter run result is expressed in the regression equation Y = 7.5 + 0.20 X₁ + 0.65 X₂ with a correlation coefficient y ry〗 _ (1-2) = 0.915. In the process of testing the significance of the correlation coefficient found Fcount = 70.29> Ftable = 3.35 which indicates that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Then it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the frequency of steps and leg length together with the 60 meter running results of the 2018 faculty of sports students.  Keywords: Step Frequency, Leg Length, Running 60 Meters

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, with the assumption that the higher the organizational justice, the higher the organizational commitment and conversely. The research subjects in this study were 100 employees who worked in PT.Datascrip Medan who were selected by the saturated sampling method. Data is obtained from a scale to measure organizational justice and organizational commitment. Analysis of the data used is to use Pearson Product Moment Correlation through the help of the 17.00 SPSS program for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.450 (p <0.05). The results show there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that the contribution provided by organizational justice variables on organizational commitment is 20.3 percent, the remaining 79.7 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is acceptable.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi keadilan organisasional, maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional dan sebaliknya. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT.Datascrip Medan sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih dengan metode sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur keadilan organisasional dan komitmen organisasional. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Pearson Product Moment Correlation melalui bantuan program SPSS 17.00 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.450 (p<0.05). Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional adalah sebesar 20.3 persen, selebihnya 79.7 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima.Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasional, Keadilan Organisasional

Lack of organizational commitment often occurs among students who are administrators of the organization; they are still less able to set rules for themselves. These abilities are related to how one judges and interpret each action or commonly referred to as spiritual intelligence. This study aims to examine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment. The population in this study amounted to 919 people, with a sample of 92 administrators of UKK and UKM in the 2017/2018 period at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling with a type of sample random sampling. The instrument of data collection uses the scale of organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence of the Likert model and analysis using Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS 21.0. Based on the calculation results show that the level of organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence of students is classified as moderate. The results of the correlation test indicate a significant positive relationship between the two variables (p = 0.002, p <0.05). The higher the spiritual intelligence, the higher the student's organizational commitment and vice versa, the lower the spiritual intelligence, the lower the student's organizational commitment.
