There has been a movement to share and spread online lectures through OCW and MOOC systems. This movement would have been spread widely and adopted widely if those courses could be easily exchangeable with other platforms or services. If this function is available, learning activities, resources, learning outcomes can be accessed between different platforms and services. With this function, the credit exchange between different platforms or services will be easier. It also facilitates course sharing and circulation. Because the LMS is the basic platform for online classes, providing sharable and reusable learning activities, resources, and learning outcomes across the different LMSs is very demanding for online education. Analyzing LMS use in Korean universities, Moodle, Canvas, and domestic LMSs are founded to be the significant three kinds that are widely used in Korea. In this paper, a method of integrating Moodle, Canvas, and domestic LMS services is proposed. A central Moodle server is installed as the main LMS server, and the method to connect or complement with a central Moodle server is proposed for each different kind of LMS. LMS users can easily access a different kind of LMS as a form of imported course, tightly connected service, or log in as SSO. This proposition can be applied to various service fields such as KMOOC, KOCW, credit exchange, lecture exchange between universities, regional unification of online educational centers as a practical problem-solver.

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems of online education perceived by learners in a time when non-face-to-face online lectures are conducted due to the spread of COVID-19, and suggest measures to improve educational outcomes. Therefore, the structural influence of cooking practice on the quality of online lessons, learning immersion, learning satisfaction, and the achievement felt by learners was verified. The sample of the study was a college student majoring in cooking, and a total of 509 responses were used for analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, it was analyzed that there was a significant influence on learning immersion in the order of content, interaction, and educational environment among the quality of online classes. Second, among the quality of online classes, class content and educational environment showed positive (+) influence on learning satisfaction. Third, learning immersion and learning satisfaction showed a positive influence on academic achievement. Fourth, in the direct effect of online class quality on academic achievement, it was analyzed that only class content had a positive (+) effect. Based on the results of this study, the provision of learning materials with detailed explanations was suggested in the online cooking practice class rather than providing a simple cooking video. In addition, it was suggested that as a way to improve academic achievement of online education, it is necessary to provide content that allows learners to immerse themselves in class, as well as class content and educational environment, and consider learning satisfaction.

Extension was forced to rapidly adjust its efforts and program delivery methods to respond to clientele needs during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. The pandemic presents a range of unique challenges to Extension including revisions to resource allocations and shifts in programmatic focus. Guided by a needs assessment framework, this paper assesses the rapid response of Utah State University (USU) Extension to meet residents needs during COVID-19. This correlational study gathered data from 199 Extension professionals (n = 199) at USU Extension. Findings show Extension professionals had good capacity to implement outreach activities related to online education, engaging residents, and external partnerships. Further, Extension took rapid actions in several areas in response to COVID-19, including providing online learning activities for youth, and conducting online classes in place of traditional face-to-face classes. Findings show professionals’ outreach capacity was positively related to the total number of actions taken in response to COVID-19. Extension professionals addressed COVID-19 topics such as telehealth, temporary homeschooling kids, and stress management. This study demonstrates the adaptability of Extension to an unpredictable event and provides a framework to assess response. Findings are geared towards effective resource allocation to support Extension’s role in meeting residents’ needs during COVID-19.

GOOGLE CLASSROOM ONLINE EDUCATION CONCEPT IN INCREASING ACADEMIC INTERACTION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMI OF CORONA. The outbreak of the co-19 pandemic requires lecturers and students to carry out online learning as opportunities and challenges, including through Google classroom. This research is a qualitative research to describe the concept of online lectures through Google classroom in improving academic interaction in the middle of a corona pandemic. The concept of this lecture is a design that shows strategic steps to improve academic interaction between lecturers and students. The subjects of this study were 100 students of STAI Ar-Rosyid. Data collection techniques through documentation (odd semester course schedules, class lists, student attendance online attendance, syllabus and RPS, student learning outcomes) were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. In the concept of online lectures, lecturers must prepare a planned design in the form of a Google classroom learning implementation mechanism. The researcher determines two tasks namely the task of making PPT presentation videos and summarizing the results of the discussion. The task of the lecturer is not only to monitor lectures when learning lasts until the end, but there must be an evaluation and review for improvement in the next meeting. This is a form of academic interaction between lecturers and students.

Like most other countries around the world, after the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the education system in Bangladesh has gone through a radical change from the beginning of March 2020 onwards. The study attempts to analyse teachers’, students’ and parents’ perceptions and experiences about the online education in the COVID-19 pandemic at the school level. To fulfil the research objectives, the study selects some private schools (kindergarten to high school) in the Chattogram District of Bangladesh. The study strongly advocates for making the online classes more effective and inclusive for all. There is a need to bring a strategic change from the course curriculum to the teaching process and ensure an amalgamation of all types of interventions (online and offline classes) for online learning activities through a unified policy direction.

The industrial revolution 4.0 forces various sectors, including the education sector, to face rapid technological innovation changes. Universitas Terbuka, as a distance learning activity management system, has made information and communication technology a fundamental requirement for implementing learning activities at UT or PTJJ. Blended learning emerges as an effective strategy that can combine the advantages of online education or technology-based learning and face-to-face learning. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of blended learning teaching materials based on cognitive styles to improve students’ learning outcomes in solid-state physics subjects. This research is quasi-experimental research conducted in 3 Universitas Terbuka; those are Universitas Terbuka of Surabaya, Malang, and Jember. In this study, Respondents were 11 students who were treated with blended learning teaching materials in solids state physics subjects. The data obtained are in the form of students’ learning outcomes, which are then analyzed using the N-gain test. Based on the N-gain test, the test result was accepted that the average N-gain of students was categorized as medium and high. In addition to learning outcomes, data on student responses, and learning activities were also obtained using blended learning teaching materials in solids state physics subjects. The majority of students respond to learning activities with a positive response, and students actively participate in all the learning activities provided. This study implies that blended learning materials based on cognitive styles effectively improve students’ learning outcomes in solid-state physics subjects.

This research is based on the low ability to write deductive paragraph, the average result of deductive paregrat writing ability obtained by students is 27,55 or with failure category. To improve the learning outcomes, the researcher performs improvement research by applying the drill merode. This research is a classroom action research conducted in class III C SD Negeri 006 Kubang Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, this research is done in two cycles, using four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The result of research stated that the ability of writing paragraphs and learning activities has increased, in cycle I the activity of teacher get score 28 (46,6%), in cycle II activity of teacher have increase with score 57 (95,00%), while in activity of sisswa in cycle I get score 1395 (80,20%), in cycle II student activity have increase with score 1478 (84,90%). The ability to write a deductive paragraph of students also experienced an increase, in the first cycle average writing ability of students is 43.89 with the category less, and in the second cycle average writing ability of students is 68.03 with enough category. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the ability to write a paragraph deductive students class III C SD Negeri 006 Kubang Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, increased after applied drill method.

In line with the competency-based curriculum at the University of Riau, the effort to improvelearning basic concepts of science 2 courses puts emphasis on understanding the concept ofmatter, which is based on students' learning activities through scientific inquiry.Implementation of action research consists of two cycles in PGSD JIP University of Riau onthe odd semester of 2013/2014 with 55 third semester students. Based on the research results,lecturing process by applying the model of inquiry learning, students’ activity increased inwhich in the first cycle all activities are good category except activity I and II are faircategory. Meanwhile students’ activity in first and fourth in cycle II is good category, andvery good category in second, third, fifth, and sixth activity. Temporarily student’s learningoutcomes increased from pre-tests with an average65.45 into 77,0 in daily test I and 77.45onthe daily test II. Improvement from initial data to the first cycle was 11.55, while the datafrom the beginning to the second cycle increased 12 points. In general the improvement ofstudents’learning is possible because the learning model used is inquiry learning so thatlearning becomes active which centered into students by presenting a problem, then studentsare asked to carry out a simple experiment using equipment and tools, using data, arrangingreports, communicating the results of observations based on concepts and learned principles.Keywords: Inquiry, students’ activity, learning outcomes.

The objectives of this research were to determine: 1) Students’ learning activities in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model, 2) Students’ learning outcomes in social studies after using Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Stephen Kemmis and Mc. Taggart Model which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study was conducted by the researcher in two cycles. Instruments used in this research are observational sheet, interview, and test in the last cycle. From the analysis of the data, the researcher found that there is an improvement in students’ learning outcomes. On the basic value, there was only 43,33% students who achieve the learning mastery. In the first cycle, the students who achieve the learning mastery were increased, it was about 30% from the basic value, it reached 73,33%. On the second cycle, the student who achieve the learning mastery were increased about 26,70% from the first cycle, become 100%. The same thing also happened to the students' learning activities. In the first cycle, students’ learning activities is 71,42% and on the second cycle, students’ learning activities were incrased about 21,43% from the first cycle, become 92,85%. Based on the analysis of data of this study it can be concluded that the use of Question Student Have (QSH) in Cooperative Learning Model can improve students’ learning outcomes and learning activities fourth grade students of SDN Saga V in social studies.Keywords: social studies learning outcomes, cooperative learning QSH type.

This research was motivated by lack of civics student learning outcomes. Low learningoutcomes are caused by: (a) students do not really follow civics and they talk to each othersawaktu teacher explains the lesson; (B) students are not active in learning; (C) if the teacherasking questions, very few students who answered; and (d) very few students were askedabout the learning that has not been understood, in addition to the learning activities in theclassroom dominated by teachers and children are much more powerful. This study aims toimprove learning outcomes civics through cooperative learning model NHT. This study is aclass action, which was conducted in 018 primary schools Ukui 1 Subdistrict Ukui. This studyfocused on students' learning outcomes data civics. Based on the results of the study revealedthat the civic education learning outcomes of students has increased. This is evidenced by:Improved student learning outcomes at the preliminary data the number of students who passare 15 students (50%), increasing in the first cycle increased to 26 students (87%) and incycle II further increased up to 27 students (90 %).
