The use of social media in Indonesia is currently developing tremendously. Even so, the development of information technology life in the real world is not in accordance with life in cyberspace.Social media is now delivering news on false information (fraud), provocation, slander, intolerance and anti-Pancasila attitudes. Technological advances in the era of globalization made information so quickly sent wide. So from that information system is intended to educate the public, in order to be able to distinguish between truly deceptive news. The method used in this information system uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method which is used as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is a goal, which is discussed by factor level, criteria , sub criteria, and so on down to the last level of the alternative. So from this information system we can see which news is true and which news is lying, by looking at the results of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) process which graphs the results.ABSTRAKPemanfaatan media sosial di Indonesia saat ini berkembang luar biasa.

In the face of increasing technological advances, the development of society refers to the ability to keep up with technological developments and the ability to access and present useful information. Lack of information and knowledge about the location of the gift store makes the public or tourists only visit the nearest store or those suggested by friends and people around. This study aims to develop a web-based geographic information system to make it easier for people to find the location of Lampung gift store. In this study using extreme programming as a development method. Based on the results of testing ISO 25010 that has been carried out involving 50 respondents, the conclusion that the quality of the software produced has a success percentage with a total average of 90.66%. So it can be concluded that the percentage value obtained shows the overall software quality has a "Very Good" scale and is feasible to use.

With the rise of digital technologies, organizations are able to produce, process, and transfer large amounts of information at marginal cost. In recent years, these technological developments together with other macro-phenomena like globalization and rising distrust of institutions has led to unprecedented public expectations regarding organizational transparency. In this study I explore the ways in which organizations resolve the tension between a growing norm to share internal information with the public and their inherent preferences for informational control. Through developing the notion of transparency decoupling, I examine how organizations respond strategically to transparency expectations. Drawing on studies of “open data” transparency initiatives in NYC, London, and Berlin, I inductively carve out three modes of institutional information decoupling: (a) selecting the disclosed information to exclude parts of the data or parts of the audience; (b) bending the information in order to retain some control over its representative value; (c) orchestrating new information for a particular audience. The article integrates literature from New Institutional Theory and Transparency Studies in order to contribute to our understanding of how information sharing is realized in the interaction between organizations and their environment.

Indonesian culture is very diverse, from Sabang to Merauke. Many people don't know about Indonesian culture. This is because they are rarely introduced to knowledge of arts and culture. In its implementation, efforts to preserve culture experience challenges from the incoming foreign culture. Technological advances have an impact on society, one of which is the proliferation of various kinds of games. The image of games in society is still seen as an entertaining medium rather than a learning medium. The nature of games are challenging, addictive and fun for those who like games. Technological developments also affect people's habits. One of them is smartphones. So a combination is needed by following the development of science and technology today. Busana Apps (Budaya Khas Nusantara Applications) is an application that displays a variety of cultures in Indonesia, from dance, music and fine arts. This application is expected to help the interest of the community, especially children, to get to know the arts and culture in Indonesia, which is a legacy from their ancestors so that they can be maintained, cared for and preserved properly. The results offered in this application are in the form of a puzzle game, which is an interactive game that can stimulate children's thinking patterns. Even with the Covid-19 pandemic like this, that cannot make people visit art venues directly. However, with this application, the public can get to know more about the arts in Indonesia.

Abstract - Posyandu pepaya is a self-help activities which aims as an institution to maintain public health, especially pregnant women and toddlers. Until now, the recording of data at Pepaya posyandu is still manually, so the data processing and information still experience many major obstacles in terms of accuracy and effectiveness. Today, technological developments are becoming increasingly rapid and leading to almost all areas of human life involving technology because technology facilitates human work in various fields. Seeing this, then the idea came up to create a design of data record system services posyandu desktop-based services with the aim of facilitating data processing services that occur in posyandu. By conducting observations and direct interviews with the posyandu officers, the authors obtained some data needed to design a information system service at posyandu desktop-based. The existence of this information system is one of the best solutions to overcome recording problems that often occur at posyandu such as data loss and others because with this system, all data is stored in the database and processing becomes faster. The design of this system is made by  Visual Basic 6.0 application. Keywords—posyandu, service, information system, desktop based information systemAbstrak - Posyandu pepaya merupakan kegiatan swadaya masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memelihara kesehatan masyarakat khususnya para ibu hamil dan balita. Financial information system is an information system that provides information to individuals or groups of people, both inside and outside the company that contains financial problems and information about the flow of money for users in the company. Financial information systems are used to solve financial problems in a company, by meeting three financial principles: fast, safe, and inexpensive.Quick principle, the intention is that financial information systems must be able to provide the required data on time and can meet the needs. The Safe Principle means that the financial information system must be prepared with consideration of internal controls so that company assets are maintained. The Principle of Inexpensive, the intention is that the cost of implementing a financial information system must be reduced so that it is relatively inexpensive. Therefore we need technology media that can solve financial problems, and produce financial information to related parties quickly, safely and cheaply. One example of developing information technology today is computer technology and internet. Starting from financial problems and technological advances, the authors make a website-based financial management application to facilitate the parties that perform financial management and supervision.Method of development application program is used Waterfall method, with the following stages: Software Requirement Analysis, Software Design, Program Code Making, Testing, Support, Maintenance.

The main content of the work consists of certain systematization and addition of longexisting, but eventually deformed and partly lost qualitative ideas about the role of thermal and wind factors that determine the physical mechanism of the World Ocean’s General Circulation System (OGCS). It is noted that the conceptual foundations of the theory of the OGCS in one form or another are contained in the works of many well-known hydrophysicists of the last century, but the aggregate, logically coherent description of the key factors determining the physical model of the OGCS in the public literature is not so easy to find. An attempt is made to clarify and concretize some general ideas about the two key blocks that form the basis of an adequate physical model of the system of oceanic water masses motion in a climatic scale. Attention is drawn to the fact that when analyzing the OGCS it is necessary to take into account not only immediate but also indirect effects of thermal and wind factors on the ocean surface. In conclusion, it is noted that, in the end, by the uneven flow of heat to the surface of the ocean can be explained the nature of both external and almost all internal factors, in one way or another contributing to the excitation of the general, or climatic, ocean circulation.

IntroductionThe COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically affected the Italian health systems and drastically impacted healthcare workers’ daily routine and training. Simulation is an efficient tool to provide medical education, especially in the case of incoming public health emergencies. This study investigated the role and activities of Italian simulation centres (SCs) during the acute phase of the COVID-19 pandemic.MethodsThe population was identified through a web search. The directors of Italian SCs were contacted via email and then enrolled. A structured interview was created, internally validated and administrated by phone to participants.ResultsFollowing the government’s ordinance, 37 (88.37%) SCs had to be closed to the public. Twenty (46.51%) SCs organised in situ simulation while 7 (16.28%) of them organised simulation inside the centre. Twenty-three (53.49%) SCs resorted to telematic modalities to provide training about COVID-19 and 21 (48.84%) of them for other training. Up to date, 13 SCs are still closed to the public.ConclusionsItaly has been severely hit by COVID-19, with differences between the regions. Almost all the SCs were closed, with only a few delivering training. The SCs took advantage of emergent technologies to create new ways to train people safely. Unfortunately, nearly one-fourth of Italian SCs have not reopened yet. The evolution of the COVID-19 epidemic calls for reconsideration about training activities including adequate safety measures implemented for all individuals involved.

The labour market effects in Southeast Asia of the COVID-19 pandemic have attracted considerable analysis from both scholars and practitioners. However, much less attention has been paid to the pandemic’s impact on legal protections for workers’ and unions’ rights, or to what might account for divergent outcomes in this respect in economies that share many characteristics, including a strong export orientation in labour-intensive industries and weak industrial relations institutions. Having described the public health measures taken to control the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam, this article analyses governments’ employment-related responses and their impact on workers and unions in the first year of the pandemic. Based on this analysis, we conclude that the disruption caused to these countries’ economies, and societies, served to reproduce existing patterns of state–labour relations rather than overturning them.
