The problems of this study are: view of the living norms of public life related to the legalization of abortion under PP No. 61 of 2014 on Reproductive Health in the jurisdiction of Ex Residency of Cirebon, Legal protection of children conceived for Pregnancy Preferred (KTD), form the legal protection of children conceived for Pregnancy Preferred (KTD), particularly rape victims in the future.The method used by researchers is sociological approach juridical law and specification in this study was included descriptive analysis. As for sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with field studies Cirebon MUI, and secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The problems studied by the theory of effectiveness and progressive law.Based on the results of research that potentially incompatible with Islamic law if it does not pay attention to the provisions of law or the Fatwa of Indonesian Ulama Council, besides that government regulation is taking the authority of the judiciary by the executive branch, because the authority to determine a person can have an abortion only submitted to the doctor and known by the Health Department / districts forwarded to the Provincial Health Office, without having to get a judgment and / or determined by the court, including the MUI Fatwa can ignore. Abortion performed by a rape victim is allowed and does not constitute a crime, but as a special lex and Health Act Government Regulation No. 61 Of 2014 on Reproductive Health has taken over the authority of the judiciary, because abortion is performed by a rape victim does not need to get a determination from the court. Reflected Bill-September 2019-the Penal Code refers to the Law of Health and Government Regulation No. 61 of 2014 on Reproductive Health, so that the provision is contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945.Keywords: Provocate Abortion; Child; Rape; Legal Protection.

The formulation in this study were 1) How allotment setting penalty in child protection legislation in order to protect the child as a victim? 2) How is the effectiveness of the penalty in the Child Protection Act?Method sociological approach juridical law and specification in this study were included descriptive analysis. The problems studied by the theory of progressive legal protection and law.Based on the results of this study concluded under Appropriation settings Criminal Penalty In Child Protection Act is not describe protect children as victims, because the penalty to be paid by the convict is intended for countries not intended for children who are victims of crime. Appropriation effectiveness Criminal Judge Penalty That Dropped In Case of Children in the Context of the Protection of Children As Victims are Criminal penalties in the Law on Child Protection was not effective in reality, as more convicts chose imprisonment in lieu of penalty are not paid, compared to paying the penalty, it has implications for the expenditure of state finances are more likely to pay for convicts in prisons and to make prisons more crowded or over capacity.Keywords: Effectiveness; Penalty; Justice; Protection; Child.

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.

The problems of this study are: 1) How is enforcement against members of the military in drug abuse in the jurisdiction of the Military Court II/09 Bandung? 2) How constraints and efforts to overcome the constraints of law enforcement against members of the military in drug abuse in the jurisdiction of the Military Court II/09 Bandung?Method sociological approach juridical law and specification in this study were included descriptive analysis. Even the sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with field studies Military Court II/09 Bandung, and secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The problems studied by the theory of law enforcement, criminal liability and progressive law.Results of the discussion concluded: Enforcement of the law against members of the military in drug abuse in the jurisdiction of the Military Court II/09 Bandung executed in accordance with the applicable regulations, because the urine test is done not in accordance with regulations and charges denied by the defendant who has the right of refusal. The obstacles are the lack military justice, the need for strengthening of the system of criminal law enforcement in the military justice ahead of independent both institutionally and functionally, free from interference by other institutions outside the judiciary as a logical consequence system of a democratic constitutional state, so it is necessary No reconstruction of the existing regulation of military justice. ABSTRACTFiduciary agreements by notarial deed are not sufficient, but should be continued with fiduciary registrants. Fiduciary agreements set forth in notarial deeds without registration do not grant preferential rights to fiduciary recipients. Whereas the objective of Law Number 42 Year 1999 is basically to provide legal protection for creditors from losses caused by default from debtor. From this, the authors in this thesis take the title "Consequences of Fiduciary Guaranty Laws Not Registered According to Law Number 42 Year 1999." With the scope of the issues covered include: (1) How the procedure or implementation of credit with fiduciary guarantee in Indonesia; (2) What are the constraints and solutions in the implementation of credit with fiduciary guarantee in Indonesia, and (3) What are the consequences of fiduciary guarantee law enlisted under Law No. 42 of 1999.To obtain the results of research from these problems, the authors use the scientific method with an approach that is juridical empirical and normatiif. Empirically that is researching secondary data first and then continued by conducting research of primary data in field. The jurisdiction is to study the rules that exist with the problem in the perusal.Furthermore, from the results of the research can obtain the understanding that the first, that the credit agreement made by debtors and creditors is the principal agreement that refers to the general principles of the agreement, while the imposition of fiduciary collateral meruapakan follow-up agreement or accesoir, which registers it has been regulated by Law No. 42 of 1999 , And set further through Government Regulation No. 21 of 2015; Second, the registration of fiduciary security is a creditor's obligation, but sometimes the creditor does not register it, for cost reasons or because the treaty deed is made under the hand. Therefore, the right of the fiduciary guarantee certificate is categorized as a treaty under the hand. Therefore, the solution taken by the creditors can make the settlement by deliberation or applying through the judiciary. Third, Fiduciary Guarantees must be made by the Deed of Natariil (Notarial Deed) and registered to the Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, in order to have executorial power, in addition, the creditor will obtain the preferred right. Lagu-lagu tradisional Aceh merupakan bagian rezim hak cipta dan termasuk dalam ekspresi budaya tradisional masyarakat Aceh, kekayaan dan identitas bangsa. Untuk memajukan lagu-lagu tradisonal sebagai bagian kebudayaan Aceh, diperlukan langkah strategis melalui perlin-dungan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, pembinaan untuk mewu-judkan masyarakat Aceh yang berdaulat secara politik, berdikari secara ekonomi, dan berkepribadian dalam Kebudayaan. Hal lainnya, lagu-lagu tradisional Aceh merupakan hak milik yang dapat beralih melalui warisan. Dalam praktiknya ahli waris pencipta lagu-lagu Aceh tidak memahami dan belum mendapatkan hak ekonominya  sebagai-mana diatur dalam Pasal 16 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Budaya masyarakat komunal berbeda pandang dengan filosofi konsep hak kekayaan Intelektual, bersifat eksklusif monopoli, dan lemahnya implementasi penegakan hukum hak cipta merupakan persoalan yang harus mendapat perhatian pemerintah di Aceh dalam melestarikan budaya tradisonalnya. Tujuan penulisan menjelaskan perlindungan hukum terhadap lagu tradisional Aceh yang merupakan ekspresi budaya tradisional, menjelaskan perlindungan kepada ahli waris pencipta lagu Aceh melalui warisan menurut Undang-Undang Hak Cipta, Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata, dan Hukum Islam menjelaskan kendala pengalihan pencipta hak ekonomi lagu-lagu tradisional Aceh melalui warisan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sebagai data utama, atau yang disebut penelitian yuridis normatif yang menguji norma hukum sebagai objek penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan hukum komparatif. Tulisannya disajikan dalam bentuk analisis deskriptif. Aceh Traditional Cultural Expression and Its Inheritance Model Traditional Acehnese songs which are part of the copyright regimes are one part of the expression of traditional Acehnese culture, wealth and national identity. The promotion of Acehnese culture through traditional songs requires a strategic step through protection, development, utilization, and coaching to realize an Acehnese society that is politically sovereign, economically independent, and has a personality in culture. Other things Traditional Aceh songs are property rights that can be transferred through inheritance. In practice the heirs of Acehnese songs creators do not understand and obtain economic rights from the commercial use of Acehnese songs as stipulated in Article 16 paragraph (2) of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The communal society's culture is different from the philosophy of the concept of intellectual property rights that is exclusively monopoly and the weak implementation of copyright law enforcement is an issue that must be gotten the attention of the government, especially in Aceh to preserve the traditional Acehnese culture which is the expression of its people. The purpose of writing is to explain the legal protection of traditional Acehnese songs which are expressions of Acehnese cultural identity, explain the protection to the heirs of the creators of Aceh songs through inheritance according to the 2014 UUHC, the Civil Code and Islamic Law and explain what constitutes obstacles to the transfer of rights economic creator of traditional Acehnese songs through inheritance. This type of research uses secondary data as the main data, or so-called normative juridical research that tests legal norms as the object of research. The approach used is the conceptual approach and comparative legal approach. This writing is presented in the form of descriptive analysis.

The sale and sale of land rights must be done in the presence of PPAT as proof that there has been a sale and purchase of a land right and then PPAT makes a Deed of Sale and Then followed by registration at the local Land Office following the location of the land. But the fact that until now there is still a sale of land rights done in the presence of the Village Head, as happened in Plana Village Somagede District Banyumas Regency. The point raised in this study is why are the people of Plana Village Somagede sub-district still there who trade land rights, not before the authorized officials, namely PPAT? and what is the legal protection for buyers of land rights that are not done in the presence of authorized officials, namely PPAT? This research uses sociological juridical approach methods, primary data, and secondary data obtained and then analyzed based on legal norms and theories namely legal protection and legal effectiveness. From the results of the research and concluded, then the Village Head must dare to refuse to buy and sell land rights in front of him and the local government policy must impose strict sanctions on the Village Head who violated it, the socialization of the Banyumas district land office must be carried out regularly so that the people trade rights on the land following the prevailing regulations and for the villagers of Plana who have been able to trade rights on the land in front of the Village Head to immediately transition the rights to the land following Article 37 paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 24/1997 on Land Registration.Keywords: Buy and Sell, Village Head, PPAT

The paper titled "Deradicalisation Crime Of Terrorism Actors By Police", aims to identify and analyze the role of the National Police in the process of deradicalization of the criminal terrorism in Indonesia, the benefits of deradicalization, as well as the challenges and solutions faced by the National Police in the implementation of the deradicalization.This study uses the Juridical Sociological Approach, with descriptive analysis models, which use the type and source of primary data that is the result of interviews with police personnel and ex-terrorist, as well as secondary data source that literature on the various sub - laws that exist in Indonesia. Also in this study, the authors also used the descriptive method of analysis. That in the end all results were analyzed by using the theory of Aristotle and theory of Justice usefulness of Jeremy Bentham.Based on the research that has been analyzed, then it was concluded that the role of the National Police in deradicalizing the task is enormous, as evidenced by the reduction in the number of terrorism cases in Indonesia from year to year. In addition, the benefits of deradicalization can reduce the number of perpetrators of terrorism by changing the target ideology. But it is undeniable that the Police still face many obstacles, which in this study the authors provide some solutions to these obstacles.Keywords: Deradicalisation; Ideology; Police; Terrorism.

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

The purpose of writing in this study is the first, to know and analyze factors Some people in Tinanggea Sub-District South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi that has not yet had legal awareness in the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Second, To know and Analyze Efforts - Local Government efforts in awakening the community in District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi against the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Third To know to be done in order to Maasyarakat in Tinanggea Sub-District of Konawe Selatan Regency in Sulawesi Teggara performs the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT.The approach method used in this research is empirical juridical. Juridically, this research is based on the rule of law of Basic Agrarian Law and Government Regulation Number 37 Year 1998 juncto Government Regulation Number 24 Year 2016. Empirically, this study aims to know about the rules related to the transfer of land rights with the fact that occurred that deviate from the rules that prevail in the District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi. Specification of Research that is the object of research is the plot of land is the transfer of Rights to Land with the act of buying and selling of land ownership in the presence of PPAT conducted. Sources and Techniques Data collection is primary data obtained from interviews conducted by 30 respondents and secondary data obtained from the opinions of scholars and literature review. Then Theory in use is Position Theory, Authority Theory and Theory of Legal Certainty.From the results of research can be concluded that the legal consciousness of the people of Tinanggea Sub-District of South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi is related to the transfer of land rights due to the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of the First PPAT: Caused by lack of PPAT and PPATS in the community, which is set by the competent authorities, Caused by a very high kinship and Due to a very low legal community awareness. The second is the government's efforts in the form of socialization held by the local revenue agency related Value Object Tax (NJOP), Tinanggea sub-district office along with jejerannya Kelurahan and village appealed and made a place for reporting / consultation related to the transfer of rights of Sale and Purchase of Land, Cooperation undertaken by Tinanggea Subdistrict Sub-District and Village that make the Letter of Statement of Physical Land Mastery (SPPFT) that the letter is known by Kecamatan Kelurahan and Desa. The third is: The ideal concept of the author's research is the legal counseling to the public to grow knowledge to the public about the importance of legal awareness of the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT, Socialization of the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. This research aims to find out the problems and solutions that can be done to overcome the problem of the protection of batik copyright law in the city of Cilegon based on law number 28 of 2014 concerning copyright.The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this paper is to see how the existence of batik in the city of Cilegon, businesses and any obstacles faced by the Cilegon city government in providing legal protection for the batik. in addition, the purpose of this study is to provide knowledge that the importance of other legal instruments that are technical. The intended legal device can be in the form of a Regional Government Regulation that regulates the protection of traditional batik art creations including folklore. The research method used is the empirical juridical approach method, where the procedure begins by examining secondary data first, then proceed with examining primary data in the field. The specifications of this study are analytical descriptive. Sources and types of data, consisting of primary data and secondary data.
