This research purpose to analize productivity and economic rate of return on small, midle and Cooperative enterprise in Piyung rigion. Productivity and  economic rate of return index are very importance to measure output and input on production process, and asset effectivness. In generally productivity and economic rate of return are low, althought we  are sustainable in business. I want to known, what factors are influence in business and motivation their  have. Indonesia have a great micro, small, midle and cooperatve enterprise. Base on statistics 99.8% consist of its enterprise and 0,2 % is big enterprise. They are contribution on lobour obsorb and  social safety net.  Sample size are sixty   got from three subrigions in Piyungan as : Sitimulyo, Srimartani and Srimulyo, with stratified random sampling. Research data are from small, midle and cooperative enterprise, who have business in various item. Discriptive statistic model we use on research problem, ratios as index productivety and  economic rate of return  to mesure businessment performent. The following are statistic index : productivety 16,56%,, economic rate of return 8.02%, businessmen 7.300 or 14,68%., jobless 8.105 or 16,30% and population amoun 49.711.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz senam lantai siswa SMP Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian, apakah ada hubungan kelentukan pinggang terhadap keterampilan Stutz, hubungan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz, hubungan kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz, Serta mengetahui besar kontribusi kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP negeri 17 kota bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode korelasi dengan statistik product moment dan korelasi ganda, penelitian ini secara objektif terhadap sampel 30 orang siswa SMP negeri 17 kota Bengkulu yang diambil dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Adapun hasil = 0,67 > = 0,361, dengan pengajian hipotesis kerja (Ha) diterima artinya terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara  dan  dengan Y. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kontribusi antara kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz sebesar 44,89%. Kata kunci: Kelentukan Pinggang, Power Otot Lengan dan Keterampilan Stutz AbstractThis research aims to determine the contribution of the flexibility of waist and the power of muscle through Stutz gymnastics floor skills of the students of SMP Negeri 17 Bengkulu city. The research problem were, whether there was a relationship between the flexibility of waist, the power of arm muscle, toward Stutz skill, and to find the contributions of the flexibility of waist and the power of arm muscle toward Stutz skill. This research would be done at SMP Negeri 17 Bengkulu city. The method of this research were correlation method with statistical product moment and multiple correlation this research objectively to the sample of 30 students at SMP Negeri 17 of Bengkulu city which was taken by proportionate stratified Random Sampling Technique. The results of the data showed rhitung = 0,67 > rtabel = 0,361, with a recitation working hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, means that there ia a significant relationship between X1 and X2 with Y. it can be conclude that there was a contribution between waist flexibility and the power of arm muscle toward Stutz skill showed the percentage of 44.89%.  Keywords: flexibility Waist, Arm Muscle Power and Skills Stutz

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between maternal and child health services on improving community health. This research is quantitative, as for the population and samples taken as many as 78 respondents with a randomly stratified random sampling. Instrument research data uses three types of tools, namely questionnaires using the Likers scale model. The questionnaire was prepared with the construction of various data analysis theories carried out at the level of 95%. The results were significant as long as the hypothesis existed. So that the results of this study tell that the variables of maternal and child health services can influence the level of public health.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship and how strong the relationship between job satisfaction and achievers motivation. This study uses survey methods, sampling research was carried out by means of a stratified random sampling. From a population of 126 people were chosen as much as 120 people as respondents, in accordance with the Slovin formula; with details of 32 people involved to test the instrument, while the remaining research 88 people as samples in the collection of research data, selected by simple random sampling. </em></p><p><em>Based on the conclusion of the research results can be said that employees performance can be enhanced through efforts to increase job satisfaction and increased achievers motivation. Increased job satisfaction can be done with decent wages policy, any chance of promotion as a fair, equitable and tranparent, congruency between tasks and interests of workers and there are awards to workers who are achievers.Increase the achievers motivation can be done with any hope of a better future, there is justice in the working environment, there is a sense like accept responsibility, there is a sense of love to receive feedback and orientation on the achievement of goals. </em></p><p><em>In this study only examined the limited influence of the job satisfaction and achievers motivation for the employees performance.</em></p><p>Key Words- J<em>ob satisfaction, achievers motivation and employees performance.</em></p>

To overcome the problem of declining performance, organizations need a variety of professional experience portfolio and strong pro-commitment to learning in addition to the need for employees to adapt to various changes, especially technological changes. Adopting the role of organizational learning theory and human capital, this study aims to analyse the pro-commitment to learning and adaptability to change whether it is able to mediate the influence of the professional experience portfolio on employee performance. The sample of this research consists of the managers and supervisors at PT POS Region VI in Indonesia. Using stratified random sampling, this research sample involves 223 participants. Research data were analysed using Equation Model (SEM). The results show that there are positive and significant influences of all of the variables studied, except for the direct effect of the professional experience portfolio on employee performance. Thus, the role of pro-commitment to learning mediation and adaptability to technological change are fully mediating variables on the effect of professional experience portfolio toward employee performance. It takes an appropriate linear and crossfield experience for managers and supervisors to increase innovative new opportunities through strength of commitment to learning and readiness in encountering technological changes so that companies can survive amidst sharp competition.

The research was distributed by low motivation citizens learn in following the process of learning, this is allegedly due to lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors on equality program Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City. This type of research using quantitative methods korelasional. The population in this research study program is a citizen equality Package B in the town of Padang Panjang SPNF SKB of 20 people. The number of samples is as many as 15 people. The technique of sampling using stratified random sampling. This research data analysis techniques using percentage and rank order. On the results of the research can be seen that (1) the lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors, (2) lack of motivation in learning citizens follow the learning process, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the skill of giving reinforcement by tutors with the motivation of learning in the citizens equality Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City.Keywords: Reinforcement, Motivation of Learning

This research aimed to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of nagariapparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua subdistricts.Background of this research was that there were still many nagari apparatus came late tothe office or leave the office during business hours. This research was carried out withquantitative approach. The population of this study was all nagari apparatus inBanuhampu and Sungai Pua subdistricts as many as 72 people consisted of NagariSecretary, nagari treasurer,and four heads of nagari affairs. The sample in this studyconsisted of 61 respondents determined with Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% andthrough proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research data werecollected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. Data of this researchwere analyzed with multiple linear regression test. The results of this research showedthat there was the influence of work discipline on the performance of nagari aparatus innagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua

This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and awareness on the intentions of MSMEs actors in the readiness of MSMEs actors in the implementation of SAK EMKM. The population in this study was all MSMEs in Purwokerto. This study used Theory of Planned Behavior with the addition of one variable, namely awareness. The research data was obtained directly from respondents through a questionnaire with disproportionate stratified random sampling technique and quantitative approaches of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research indicate that the attitude and perceived behavioral control significantly influence the intention of MSMEs actors in the implementation of SAK EMKM.  Subjective norms and awareness did not significantly influence the intention of MSMEs actors in the implementation of SAK EMKM. Intention significantly influence on the readiness of MSMEs actors in the implementation of SAK EMKM.
