<p><em>The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship and how strong the relationship between job satisfaction and achievers motivation. This study uses survey methods, sampling research was carried out by means of a stratified random sampling. From a population of 126 people were chosen as much as 120 people as respondents, in accordance with the Slovin formula; with details of 32 people involved to test the instrument, while the remaining research 88 people as samples in the collection of research data, selected by simple random sampling. </em></p><p><em>Based on the conclusion of the research results can be said that employees performance can be enhanced through efforts to increase job satisfaction and increased achievers motivation. Increased job satisfaction can be done with decent wages policy, any chance of promotion as a fair, equitable and tranparent, congruency between tasks and interests of workers and there are awards to workers who are achievers.Increase the achievers motivation can be done with any hope of a better future, there is justice in the working environment, there is a sense like accept responsibility, there is a sense of love to receive feedback and orientation on the achievement of goals. </em></p><p><em>In this study only examined the limited influence of the job satisfaction and achievers motivation for the employees performance.</em></p><p>Key Words- J<em>ob satisfaction, achievers motivation and employees performance.</em></p>

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

An interactive microcomputer program was developed to aid the design of simple random sampling with or without replacement. The program determines: (1) sample size for a set of given conditions for up to 20 variables; (2) combinations of conditions that will yield a given samples size; and (3) the relationship between percentage error and sample size for a given set of conditions. This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

The background of this research is the low performance of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. This is allegedly due to the low satisfaction of the tutor's work. The purpose of this research is to make the job satisfaction of tutor, to describe the performance of the package tutor, and to see the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of the Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. This research is correlational research, with population is tutor of Paket C which amounted to 33 people, sample taken 90% from population that is 30 people with sampling technique that is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques to describe job satisfaction and performance tutor using the formula percentage, and to see the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance tutor technique data analysis using product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that (1) the satisfaction of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima is low category, (2) the performance of tutor of Paket C package in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima category low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction with the performance of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. It is suggested to the manager to improve the work satisfaction of tutors in terms of feelings of pleasure in work and a good working environment for the performance of tutors can increase.

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region. The population used in this research is the head and sub-head of sub-district municipality, which have offices in 7 provinces of the eastern region of Thailand, totally 531 people. The sample size consisted of 400 people. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect data. The instruments used for collecting data were questionnaires. In the data analysis, pear son product moment correlation was used to analyse the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region by setting statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The results showed that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region.

This study explored the extent of organizational commitment and how this may support or hinder a range of job satisfaction of teachers examined in the Ethiopian primary schools.The research employed correlation design. To this end, one hundred and eighteen 118 (58.1%) teachers were selected from six primary schools using simple random sampling technique and participated in the study. The researchers collected the relevant data from teachers using Spector’s (1997) adopted version of job satisfaction survey (JSS) and Meyer and Allen’s (1990) organizational commitment questionnaire (OCQ). The researchers analyzed the data using mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis and t-test. The result showed that there was evidence of positive correlation between teachers’ job satisfaction and their organizational commitment in the sampled schools. Regardless of this, the findings of the study revealed that gender was the only demographic variable that had significant positive relationship with job satisfaction. The other demographic variables such as age, gender, marital status and level of education did not show significant relationship with teachers’ job satisfaction in the sampled schools. Consequent up on this finding it was concluded that schools can enhance the level of teachers’ organizational commitment by creating a more satisfying working environment. As to the demographic variable, since some of the finding contradicts with the existing literature, we need to undertake more studies to have better understanding of the nature of the relationship between teachers demographic variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in developing countries context.

Turnover can be detrimented to the organization both in terms of cost, resources, and motivation of employees. The purpose is to determine the relationship variables on job satisfaction and commitment with the intention to leave. The method is an observational study with cross-sectional study. Samples from this study are employees Pura Raharja Hospital Surabaya who meet the criteria that respondents who are still within reach of researchers and respondents are willing to fill out a questionnaire study. Samples were calculated using simple random sampling and obtained by 50 respondents and the value of α = 0.05. The results of linear regression showed that the intention to leave the job is job satisfaction, career development job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The value of significance job satisfaction that is equal to 0,004 jobs, job satisfaction significant value that is equal to 0,04, career development and organizational commitment of significant value that is equal to 0.027. The variables that do not affect the intention to leave are a co-worker job satisfaction, job satisfaction wages, job satisfaction supervision and work commitments. The conclusion of this study is Job satisfaction affects the intention to leave and also commitments affect the intention to leave. Keywords: commitment, intention to leave, job satisfaction, turnover

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 19.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya Lingkunagn kerja yang kondosif akan tercipta peningkatan kepuasan kerja. (2) Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya motivasi yang tinggi akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. (3) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; besarnya pengaruh adalah 34.9%.This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (3) To determine the effect of the working environment and motivation to work together on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling technique, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 19.0. The results showed that: (1) The working environment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that a conducive working environment will be increased job satisfaction. (2) Motivation of work has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that high motivation will be able to increase job satisfaction, (3) The work and motivation to work together to have a significant impact on job satisfaction; the influence is 34.9%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was 276 employees of PT. KarangMas Unggul (KMU) Bekasi. The sample used was 73 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the effect of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
