This study aimed to describe the exploration of the trilogy in Tamansiswa leadership by the principal’s role at Gedongkiwo Public Elementary School in the 2018/2019 school year. It used the descriptive qualitative method. The researcher investigated the subject by the principal, the first up to fifth-grade teachers, the psychical education teacher, the head of school administration officer, and the fourth and fifth-grade elementary school students. The techniques used to collect the data were observation, interview, and documentation. Moreover, the data analysis technique explained by some steps as data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this exploration study showed in the form of descriptions and tables.

The purpose of this study is to find out the improvement of elementary school students' learning achievement through the medium of picture word cards. The problem in this study is still the low learning achievement of students seen from the initial test of learning achievement. This research took place in class I SDN Babatan IV/459 Surabaya. The school is located at Jalan Raya Menganti Babatan Wiyung District of Surabaya City. The research time was carried out in semester 1 (odd) in October of the 2020/2021 School Year. The subject of this study was a student of class I SDN Babatan IV /459 Surabaya which amounted to 28 students. This research design is class action research (PTK) through stage flow (planning, research action, data collection and data analysis) carried out with two cycles. The result of this study is an increase in student learning achievement in each lesson cycle with a minimum completion criteria (KKM) of 70, cycle I completed learning of 15 students or 60% of students who have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 72.95. While cycle II has increased, 28 students completed their studies or 100% of students have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 85.4.

The present study is a part of design research in local instructional theory in a pre-algebraic lesson using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. The article will focus on recommendations for the type of pre-algebra class that supports elementary school students’ algebraic thinking. As design research study, it followed the three steps of preliminary studies, teaching experiment and retrospective analysis. The subject of the study is 32 fifth grade students of MIN 2 Palembang during the teaching experiment phase.  The data were gathered from students’ worksheets, lesson observation and interviews with the students. Data analysis was done using a constant comparative qualitative method. The results from the study indicate that pattern investigation in pre-algebra class that visualized geometrically supports the students to identify the form of the pattern and construct generalization.

This research was conducted based on students’ low attention toward the implementation of learning using powerpoint so that it made the students lack of understanding and it caused the repetitive explanation of learning materials delivered by educators. This research aimed to produce a learning video media product using Prezi for fifth grade elementary school students on the Environmental Theme of Sahabat Kita, a valid sub-theme of Environmental Preservation Efforts. The type of this research was research and development carried out using ADDIE model. In the Implementation Phase, the test of learning video media products involving students was not carried out due to the Covid-19 pandemic conditions. The method of data collection was in the form of an instrument. The subjects of this study were two content subjects and two learning media experts. The technique used in conducting data analysis on the validity test of learning video media using Prezi was the Mean formula, calculating the percentage of each subject, and the overall percentage formula for the subject. The results of subject content validity conducted by two subject content experts obtained a percentage of 94.53% with very good qualifications. The results of the validity of learning video media conducted by two learning media experts obtained a percentage of 95.83% with very good qualifications. Thus, it can be said that the learning video media using Prezi that has been developed is valid, so it is feasible to be used to support the learning process on the Environmental Theme of Sahabat Kita, the Sub-theme of Environmental Preservation for fifth grade elementary school students.

This study aims to identify and describe the mathematical literacy skills of fifth grade elementary school students. This study was conducted in one of the primary school in Pekanbaru from January to March 2020. The type of research used was a case study. The subject of this research was 37 fifth grade elementary school students. The instrument was arranged referring to the questions issued by PISA. After the instrument were validated by two experts and tested on students, the next step was used to retrieve data. The data collected is then grouped and categorized according to the device that has been created. The results of the data processing showed that most of the subjects had not been able to answer the questions at level 4 or above, while for the answered level it was broken down as follows; the mathematical literacy achievement of fifth grade elementary school students that reached level 1 were 38%, in level 2 there were 54%, and in level 3 there were 8%. From these data results, it appears that in general the fifth-grade elementary school students have a very low level in mathematical literacy skills, meaning that the learning technique they have gained so far has not been able to build mathematical literacy skills.

Welcoming the Golden Generation 2045 program the Indonesian government envisions the literacy movement in schools as an effort to improve the literacy abilities and character of students. The problem in the field is the lack of types of student reading that are able to develop students 'thinking power and character, therefore this study aims to produce reflective module development products based on child friendly schools that are fit for use by fifth grade elementary school students in school literacy activities as a means of increasing students' literacy abilities and character. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD) research, referring to the type of research developed by Borg and Gall. The subjects of the study were the fifth grade 73 students at SDN Tegalrejo 3 and SDN Bangirejo 1. Collecting data through interviews, observations, questionnaires and response scales. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the child friendly school-based reflective module products met the eligibility criteria by referring to the results of the questionnaire validation by media experts and material experts as well as the scale of responses of teachers and fifth grade elementary school students. AbstrakMenyongsong program Generasi Emas 2045 pemerintah Indonesia mencangangkan adanya gerakan literasi di sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan karakter siswa. Permasalahan dilapangan adalah kurangnya jenis bacaan siswa yang mampu mengembangkan daya pikir dan karakter siswa oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan reflective modul berbasis child friendly school yang layak digunakan oleh siswa kelas V SD dalam kegiatan literasi sekolah sebagai sarana meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan karakter siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Research and Development (RnD) mengacu pada jenis penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall. Subjek penelitian adalah 73 siswa kelas V SD di SDN Tegalrejo 3 dan SDN Bangirejo 1. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara,observasi,angket dan skala respon. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk reflective modul berbasis child friendly school memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan mengacu pada hasil validasi angket oleh ahli media dan ahli materi serta skala respon guru dan siswa kelas V SD.

The aim of this research was to find out the improvement of writing essay writing skills that were applied through the image media to the fifth-grade students of SDN 09 Mattekko kec. Bara City of Palopo. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach with a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) designed through three cycles. The subject of the research was Mattekko 09 Elementary School Elementary School students, amounting to 24 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and tests. Data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive statistical formula (percentage) to describe descriptively the results of the study. Furthermore, to discuss and explain the results of research that are qualitative descriptive, the data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques are used. The results found that the pre-cycle stage, the average value of students was 58.54 with classical learning completeness of 20.5%. After learning to apply the picture media, in the first cycle, the average value was 67.70 with the classical completeness was 58.33%. Furthermore, in the second cycle, the average value was 74.58 with 79.16% classical learning completeness. Then, continued in the third cycle the average value is 81.45 with classical learning completeness is 95.83%. Thus, the skill of writing essays in the description of grade V students of SDN 09 Mattekko by applying picture media starting from the first cycle to the third cycle shows effective results. Therefore, the image media needs to be used as a reference by the teacher in learning to write essays in elementary schools, especially SDN 09 Mattekko, Palopo city.

The research was motivated by the low of student’s learning achievement, this could be seen on the following indicators, in daily test, among 29 students, 13 students or 44.8% could achieved KKM specified, 16 students or 55.2% could not achieve it. The objective of research was to find out student’s learning achievement of mathematic. The formulation of research was how the implementation of exchanging viewpoint strategy to improve students’ learning achievement of mathematic for the fourth year students of state elementary school 013 Tanjung Berulak sub-district of Kampar the district of Kampar. The research was classroom action research consisted of for stages namely preparation of action, implementation of action, observation and reflection. The research was done in two cycles every cycle consisted of two meetings. The subject of research was fourth year students on school year 2014-2015 numbering 29 persons, and the object of research was the implementation of exchanging viewpoint strategy to improve students’ learning achievement. The data was collected using observation and test techniques. Data analysis technique was looking for the average and percentage and group it with its categories. The results of research has improved well than at prior action. At prior action students’ learning achievement was 44.82% or 13 students passed, at the first cycle 16 students passed or 55.17%. At the second cycle 23 students passed or the percentage was 79.31%. therefore the writer concluded that the implementation of exchanging viewpoint strategy to improve students’ learning achievement of mathematic for the fourth year students of state elementary school 013 Tanjung Berulak sub-district of Kampar the district of Kampar. The study aimed to (1) describe the science process activities of the fifth-grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya during learning by using the LAB Tabela (3) to find out the improvement of science processes of Muhammadiyah elementary school students in Palangkaraya city. The subjects in this study were all 27th-grade students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. The research method used by researchers was to use the class action research method with two cycles. The analysis technique in this study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the science process activities of students in learning using the LKS Tabela on average 2.92 are sufficient in the first cycle and the second cycle the excellent category is the average score of 3.79, and the results of the science process test showed an increase from the average pretest of 59.75 to an average of 89.5 in posttest, N gain of 0.82 in the high category. Through learning by using Tabela LKS able to improve learning outcomes and science process skills of students.

This development aims to design, produce and test the validity of the product and to find out its effectiveness in the presentation of the subjects of citizenship education in fifth-grade elementary school in the form of video media. While the material in the development of video media is the subject of discipline, this study uses the ADDIE model development research design, which consists of stages (1) Analysis (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) implementation (5) Evaluation. This product development is continued with validation activities for material experts, media experts, and field audiences. To determine the effectiveness of the developed instructional media products, a trial phase of Garum students totals 25 people. Based on the results of the questionnaire. Thus it shows that this video media is effectively used in the teaching and learning process in improving student learning achievement.

Mathematics is a subject that is clearly understood. Likewise, mathematical material seems difficult, one of which is about rotary symmetry. This material is difficult because it requires extra understanding, logic and imagination. For this reason, a siputspin learning media was made to facilitate students. This research was appointed because the author wants to know how much influence the media of siputspin learning makes it easier for fifth grade elementary school students to understand the material of rotating symmetry. The author uses an experimental method whose data source is obtained consisting of interviews, observations, questionnaires, and book reviews. The subjects of this study consisted of several fifth grade elementary school students in Yogyakarta. Determination of the subject is done by random sampling. Data collection techniques are done by interviewing and filling in questionnaires with students and direct observation in class. The data of this study were analyzed descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the siputspin learning media can make it easier for students to understand rotational symmetry material. Nevertheless, there are still a number of things that need to be improved from the siputspin learning media to be more effectively applied.
