The purpuse of this research is to determine the application of problem solving methods that can improve the creativity and achievvement studying statistics of science education student of FKIP UST Yogyakarta academic year. The methode of research is classroom action research consisting of four components of action that is planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Data can be form of observation sheet, questionnaire and interview result and statistical achievement test. Quantitative data analysis technikques are calculated by descriptive statistics. The result shows 1. Student creativity increment 15.41 at cycle I and 15.71 at cycle II. Avarege percentage of pre cycle 52.90 with medium cotegory, in cycle I 68.30 with high category, and in cycle II 84.02 with high category. There was an increase in statistical achievement 25.97 in cycle I and 17.90 in cycle II. The average pre cycle score were 48.53, in cycle I 74.50 and cycle II 92.40.

This research aims at analysing how prospective teachers’ levels of metacognitive skills influence their problem solving achievement. The research was conducted with the participation of the 32 prospective teachers attending the Department of Chemistry Education of the Education Faculty of Hacettepe University and enrolled in Inorganic chemistry course in the 2010-2011 academic year. Metacognitive Activities Inventory, MCA-I and Chemical Bonding Achievement Test, CBAT were used as the tools of data collection. Descriptive statistics as well as one-way ANOVA were employed in the analysis of the data collected. Consequently, the prospective teachers were divided into three groups according to their levels of metacognitive skills. Following the one-way ANOVA, it was found that there were no statistically significant differences between the prospective teachers grouped on the basis of differing levels of metacognitive skills in terms of their achievement in problem solving. This research was conducted to determine students 'understanding before using problem solving methods, application of problem solving methods in the process of learning mathematics, and students' understanding after using problem solving methods in the fourth grade mathematics subjects. The method used is classroom action research. The research design consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study use tests, observation, interviews and documentation studies. Quantitative data analysis uses statistical approaches and qualitative data using a logical approach. The results of data analysis given student learning before using the problem solving method an average score of 66.5 and classical learning completeness only reaches 45.40%. Teacher activity in cycle 1 experienced 69.45% in the medium category. Add cycle 2 to 85.25% in good category. When students learn cycle activities 1 to 64.80% in the medium category. Add 2 to 81.30% of cycles with good categories.   Based on result of data analysis obtained the result of student’s understanding of learning cycle 1 an 77.70 with the percentage of classical completeness 68.10%. The increase in cycle 2 was an average value of 87.10 with a percentage classical completeness percentage of 90.90%.

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in numeracy skills of 0-10 through the Abacus Media for Group B children in Integrated PAUD Nagallo Marannu, Puncak Jaya Regency, Academic Year 2017/2018. This research was conducted on group B children, amounting to 16 people. This research is an action research with the method of Kemmis and Taggart which consists of 4 stages, namely (plan, act, observe and reflect). This study consisted of 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 3 meetings. Data collection techniques using observation, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis using quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data analysis was performed with statistical descriptions to compare pre-cycle to cycle II. Qualitative analysis is carried out by analyzing data from observations, field notes and verified documentation. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to count numbers 0-10 through the abacus media with a score in the pre-cycle of 46.35% increasing to 66.66% in the first cycle and an increase of 82.29 in the second cycle with the very well developed category.

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan TK PAUD Anak Bangsa Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui penerapan media bulletin board. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart, yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah TK PAUD Anak Bangsa yang berjumlah 16 orang anak. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari delapan pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan anak mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan media bulletin board. Skor kemampuan membaca permulaan anak pada pra siklus sebesar 44, siklus I sebesar 62, dan siklus II sebesar 65,125. Hasil tersebut memberikan implisasi bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan media bulletin board.Research action aims to describe the process and results in improving the ability to read the beginning of TK PAUD Anak Bangsa of Palembang City South Sumatera Province through the application of Media bulletin board. The research methods used are research actions with the Kemmis and Taggart models, which include planning, action and observation, reflection. The subject of this research is TK PAUD Anak Bangsa, a total of 16 children. Research is conducted in two cycles consisting of eight meetings on each cycle. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the ability to read children's beginnings improved after the media bulletin board was applied. Scores of children's start reading on the pre-cycle of 44, cycle I by 62, and cycle II by 65.125. The results gave implisation that the ability to read the start can be increased through the application of Media bulletin board.

This study aims to determine the activities of students and know the learning outcomes. The method used by researchers is to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. For data collection techniques used are observations and tests with the research subject is class X Accounting for SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir 2015/2016 Academic Year. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that: (1) learning activities of students of class X Accounting II at SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir using the more active PAILKEM strategy, (2) there was an increase in accounting learning costs for students of class X Accounting II at SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir using the PAILKEM strategy which shows Accounting learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 76.20 with classical completeness of 65.51% and in the second cycle the median was 82.41 with artistic integrity of 89.65%.

This study aims to describe the process and learning outcomes through the activity of playing mattress substations to improve the ability to recognize vowels in children aged 5-6 years. This research was conducted at TK Villa Beta Padang. The method used is Classroom Action Research. The research procedure consists of: planning, action and observation, reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Pre-action was carried out to determine the percentage of ability to recognize vowels by 51.07%, increasing to 63.39% after the first cycle, and increasing to 84.82% after the second cycle. An increase of 84.82% in the second cycle proves that playing the mattress substation can improve the ability to recognize vowels in early childhood. The ability to recognize letters can be developed through mattress substation playing activities, which can train children's memory, can train the ability to recognize letter shapes and problem solving skills.

This research was primarily conducted to prove that the application of Personal Photograph media could improve the writing skill of the twelfth grade students of SMA Swasta Pelita Nusantara Lawe Sigala-gala in the academic year of 2020/2021 and to describe their responses towards the application of Personal Photograph media in the processes of learning writing skill. Each cycle consisted of four meetings. The quantitative data analysis showed that the students mean score increased continually from 57,31 with 9% passing Minimum Mastery Criteria in pre-test, 71,81 with 36% Minimum Mastery Criteria in formative-test, 83,31 with 82% Minimum Mastery Criteriain post-test. The qualitative data analysis showed that the students’ responses after being taught through the application of Personal Photograph media are very good. The result is most of the students gave good responses to the Personal Photograph media which was used in learning teaching process. It is suggested that teachers use Personal Photograph media as an alternative in writing descriptive texts to the students in Senior High School in order to improve their students’ writing skill, particularly in writing descriptive texts.

The purpose of this study is to describe the process and learning outcomes through STEAM based on loose parts that can improve the creativity of working children aged 5-6 years in group B Kindergarten Juara Bekasi City in 2019. The subjects of this study were 12 children. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which includes four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This study consisted of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 meetings. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Qualitative data analysis by analyzing data from observations, documentations, and interviews. Quantitative data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis that compares results obtained from pre-intervention, first cycle and second cycle. The results of this study indicate an increase in early childhood creativity through STEAM learning based on loose parts, it can be proved  completeness of pre-intervention creativity by 31%. Then it increased in the first cycle by 56,50% and the second cycle by 83,70%. It was concluded that to improve the creativity of working children aged 5-6 years, teachers can use STEAM learning based on loose parts. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran Jarak Jauh berbasis STEAM dengan Media loose parts yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas berkarya anak usia 5-6 tahun kelompok B TK Juara Bekasi Tahun 2020. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 12 anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 kali pertemuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data kualitatif dengan cara menganalisis data dari hasil observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara selama penelitian. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif yaitu membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dari pra-siklus, siklus pertama dan siklus kedua. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas berkarya anak usia5-6 tahun melalui pembelajaran berbasis STEAM dengan media loose parts, dapat dibuktikan ketuntasan kreativitas pra-intervensi sebesar 31%. Kemudian mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 56,50% dan siklus II sebesar 83,70%. Disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kreativitas berkarya anak usia 5-6 tahun, guru dapat menggunakan pembelajaran Jarak Jauh berbasis STEAM dengan media loose parts. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the application of PBL learning model to improve problem -solving skills and motivation on line and series material for students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Moga Pemalang Regency 2019/2020 school year. This class of action research consists of two cycles with stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was done by observation techniques, tests, and documentation. This research data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that students' problem -solving abilities improved both in cycle I and in cycle II when compared to the initial conditions. The average problem -solving ability in the initial condition is 46.36 increased to 69.88 in cycle I increased again in cycle II to 76.03. Similarly, students' learning motivation increases from cycle I to cycle II.

This research aims to describes the process of problem solving question of PISA in students. This research use a qualitative of research methods. The subject of this research grade VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Teras amounted to 28 students. Data collection techniques are used tests, interviews, and documentation method. In this research the validity of data using triangulation techniques to compare test results data, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data analysis techniques using whereas reduction, serving until the conclusion of the withdrawal measures adapted to the Polya. The results of this research were obtained conclusions high-capable Students can meet all the indicators in the settlement of the question of maximum, medium and low skilled students not consistent in performing the stages of completion of a matter so that insufficient.
