This study aims to identify the effects of direct compensation, indirect compensation and non-financial compensation on the motivation and performance of employees of private health clinics. The population of this research is private clinic employee in Lumajanga Regency with 34 respondents used as sample. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have no significant effect on motivation and performance. While simultaneously the three variables only have a significant effect on motivation but not on employee performance. In addition, this study indicates that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient of determination for motivation variable equal to 58,9% which means this variable can be explained by three independent variable in this research. This is different from the performance variable which is only 14.2%. As for the influence of motivation on the performance of coefficient of determination of 14.2%. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference for further research

The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. Employee performance is a reflection of employee work that determines the achievement of company goals. Performance optimization can be achieved through increasing motivation, competence, and work environment. This research is aimed at analyzing performance that is determined by motivation, competence, and work environment, both simultaneously and partially. The research design applies descriptive and verification approaches. Used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis which is then tested by hypothesis. The results showed that motivation, competence, and work environment had a positive and real effect on employee performance. In contrast, partially motivation and competence had a positive and tangible impact on employee performance, except the work environment had no influence. It is recommended to appreciate the performance, communication skills, and work cycle activities that are oriented towards improving discipline.

Based on factors that affect the performance of employees at the panakkukangsub-district office, the city of Makassar can be said to be not optimal. Where, seen fromseveral symptoms, among others, lack of enthusiasm in work, they are more concernedwith discuccions outside of work than looking for or completing the work itself, there arestill some employees who come or enter the office not on time as well as leave the officenot according to the prevailing working hours. Then an inadequate work environment sothat employee performance declines. The purpose of this study was to dtermine the effectof motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at the macassar city sub-district panakkukang office. With a sample of 53 responden from 53populations. By using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of study show thatthe motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performancewith a significant value 0.002 and the work environment variable with a value of 0.002.Adjusted coefficient of determination of ,451 or 45,1%. This means that employee performance can be explained by motivation and work environment while the remaining7.9% the possibility can be explained by other factors outside of the model included inthis study, for example, work stress, work discipline, and leadership.

The purpose of this study is to study the interaction of consumer awareness and perception of buying interests. The method in this study uses non propbability sampling, namely convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires to prospective sharia property buyers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test simultaneously (F test). F test results show a sig value of 0,000 <0,05 which means that together Consumer Awareness (X1) and Perception (X2) have a significant effect on Buying Interests (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.749 can be interpreted according to the contribution given Consumer awareness and Perception of Buying Interest is 74.9%, then by 25.1% can be changed by other variables that are not necessary in this study. Increasing student interest in investing in sharia is needed. This study aims to determine the effect of investment training, risk perception, and knowledge on student interest in investing in sharia. The research was conducted on students who were members of the Islamic Economics Study Group in Semarang. A total of 70 students were taken as samples with accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that investment training and perceptions of risk had a positive and significant effect on students interest in sharia investing. Meanwhile, the investment knowledge variable has no effect on student interest to invest in Sharia. The most dominant variable in influencing interest students to investing in Sharia in Semarang is investment training. The coefficient of determination of 0.718 indicates that interest in investing in sharia is influenced by training, perceptions of risk and knowledge of 71.8%, while 28.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Therefore, efforts to increase students interest to investing in sharia can be done by providing training and understanding to students regarding perceptions of risks in investing in Sharia.
