Increasing student interest in investing in sharia is needed. This study aims to determine the effect of investment training, risk perception, and knowledge on student interest in investing in sharia. The research was conducted on students who were members of the Islamic Economics Study Group in Semarang. A total of 70 students were taken as samples with accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that investment training and perceptions of risk had a positive and significant effect on students interest in sharia investing. Meanwhile, the investment knowledge variable has no effect on student interest to invest in Sharia. The most dominant variable in influencing interest students to investing in Sharia in Semarang is investment training. The coefficient of determination of 0.718 indicates that interest in investing in sharia is influenced by training, perceptions of risk and knowledge of 71.8%, while 28.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Therefore, efforts to increase students interest to investing in sharia can be done by providing training and understanding to students regarding perceptions of risks in investing in Sharia.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision to choose Starbucks. The population in this study amounted to 395 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Variables that influence the decision to choose Starbucks are cultural, social, personal and psychological. The result of the partial test and simultaneously stated that the cultural variables, social variables, personal variables, and psychological variables influence the decision to choose Starbucks.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

Work productivity is the ability to carry out activities that produce an output or work in accordance with the quality set, but often there are obstacles that cause the company's goals to be less achieved. Every company has a different policy on efficient sourcing. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the effect of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behavior on work productivity of PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia. The population in this study were 30 employees and the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used in this research was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that knowledge (X1), skills (X2), abilities (X3), behaviors (X5) had no effect on work productivity. The attitude (X4) had an effect on work productivity. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing explained that knowledge (X1), skills (X2), abilities (X3), attitudes (X4) and behavior (X5) haved an effect on work productivity. The coefficient of determination of 0.636 means that knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behavior are able to explain work productivity by 63.6%. The remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of social media utilization, motivation and knowledge of student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo either partially or simultaneously. Research conducted a quantitative study. The population in this study Economy class students in 2009-2010 to 650 with a total sample of 247 students. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the partial use of social media and motivation significant effect on student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, while knowledge has no influence on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Simultaneous use of social media, motivation and knowledge significantly influence student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study is to study the interaction of consumer awareness and perception of buying interests. The method in this study uses non propbability sampling, namely convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires to prospective sharia property buyers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test simultaneously (F test). F test results show a sig value of 0,000 <0,05 which means that together Consumer Awareness (X1) and Perception (X2) have a significant effect on Buying Interests (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.749 can be interpreted according to the contribution given Consumer awareness and Perception of Buying Interest is 74.9%, then by 25.1% can be changed by other variables that are not necessary in this study. This study aims to identify the effects of direct compensation, indirect compensation and non-financial compensation on the motivation and performance of employees of private health clinics. The population of this research is private clinic employee in Lumajanga Regency with 34 respondents used as sample. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have no significant effect on motivation and performance. While simultaneously the three variables only have a significant effect on motivation but not on employee performance. In addition, this study indicates that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient of determination for motivation variable equal to 58,9% which means this variable can be explained by three independent variable in this research. This is different from the performance variable which is only 14.2%. As for the influence of motivation on the performance of coefficient of determination of 14.2%. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference for further research

<p><em>The focus of this study is to determine the psychological factors that influence the behavior of Muslim investors in the capital market. Besides, it is to find out the psychological factors of Muslim investors can be used to predict the type of investment (stocks, mutual funds, bonds) chosen by Muslim investors. This research is exploratory. This study tries to provide an overview of the influence of psychological factors on investment choices and the behavior of Muslim investors in the capital market. To prove the hypothesis that has been made, a linear regression analysis technique is used which is carried out on the results of the questionnaire that has been filled by the respondents. Linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The independent variables tested were psychological factors which included; Overconfidence; Data Mining; Status Quo; Social Interaction; Emotion; Mental Accounting; Representativeness; Familiarity; Considering The Past; Fear and Greed; Self Control; and Loss Aversion. The dependent variable tested is Muslim investor behavior which includes; risk seeker (likes risk) and risk averter (fear of risk). Overall, R values </em><em></em><em>of 0.653 and R square (R2) of 0.426 were obtained. the coefficient of determination of 13.78% states that the type of investment influenced by psychological factors is only 13.78% and the capital is 86.22% influenced by other factors.</em></p>

Determination of the sample in this study using a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on all LPDs in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken were 35 LPDs with 105 observations. Data collection is done by questionnaire instrument. The results of this questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness variables of the use of SIA, SIA training, and internal LOC have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This shows that the use of SIA that is more effective, routine in conducting training accompanied by confidence in individual users will provide convenience and benefits for employees who have an influence on improving the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City.
