This study aims to describe Good Governance in the Management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Tempeh Kidul Village, Tempeh District, Lumajang Regency. The object of this research is the Implementation of Good Governance in the Management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Tempeh Kidul village, Tempeh sub-district, Lumajang district. In this study, the authors used a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation observation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that 1) APB Planning in Tempeh Kidul Village in planning village financial management was quite good. 2) The overall implementation of the financial activities in the village of Tempeh Kidul is well implemented. 3) The implementation of the principles of Good Governance in the management of the APB in the Tempeh Kidul Village has been carried out quite well by the village government.

The village administration system functions as a guard, guide, mobilizer and service. Village communities need services to meet needs that cannot be fulfilled by themselves. This study aims to determine public perceptions of the performance of the village government of Bomo Blimbingsari Banyuwangi in providing services to community members. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with a phenomological approach. The subjects in this study consisted of the village administration and members of the Bomo village community. Data collection is done by observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Data analysis technique used is interactive analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that community perceptions of the performance of the village government of Bomo, Blimbingsari Banyuwangi sub-district in providing services to residents 76 percent of people consider that it is good enough and satisfying. This is evidenced by friendly, fast, and timely services, while 24 percent consider it less satisfactory because they must go back and forth in completing the file. The types of services provided are 1) Death Certificate; 2) SKCK Cover Letter; 3) Birth Certificate; 4) Certificate of Disability (SKTM); 5) Family Card Cover Letter; 6) Certificate of Change of Name; 7) Electricity Installation Certificate, Capable of Disadvantaged Communities; 8) Certificate of Moving House Address and Coming Certificate; 9) Certificate of Marriage (SKUN); 10) Letter of Establishment; 11) KTP Cover Letter

Education is essentially an effort to facilitate students to be able to solve problems in life that they will face in the future. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of the village government in reducing the dropout rate in Pattongko Village, Sinjai Tengah District, Sinjai Regency, and the factors that cause school dropout. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, decision making (verification). The results of this study state that the effectiveness of the role of the village government in suppressing the dropout rate in Pattongko Village, Sinjai Regency, related to its role as a motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer basically tends to be effective, this can be seen from the decrease in the dropout rate every year. this is due to the concern of the local government, especially the village government together with parents and the community. The factors causing dropping out of school in Pattongko Village in this study consisted of four factors, namely the Child itself, the Economic Condition, the distance between the house and the school which was far away, and the parents' lack of understanding of the importance of education.

The focus of this study is the pedagogical competence of the clerics in the learning of formal systems at Darussalam Sumbersari Kencong Kepung Kediri Islamic Boarding School. The focus is reduced in the form of questions, [1] Pedagogical competence of teachers in student learning, and [2]. Factors that influence internally and externally on pedagogical competence in learning. This type of research approach is qualitative phenomenology, with a case study design. Data collection is done by in-depth interview techniques, observation, and study documentation. While the data analysis technique, researchers used an interactive analysis model that contained four interrelated components, namely: data collection, data simplification, data exposure, withdrawal and submission of conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: [1]. Theoretical pedagogical competence is applied by educators in learning activities at Darussalam Sumbersari Islamic Boarding School, [2]. The application of indicators for the basics of pedagogical competence is an important factor in the clerical pedagogical competence at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Sumbersari Kencong, Kedung Kediri.

<p><em>This study aims to describe: (1) gender inequalities experienced by Javanese women in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini; (2) the emancipation of Javanese women in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini; (3) the value of character education contained in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini. The research was conducted in October 2017 until March 2018. This research is a qualitative research using feminism approach. The source of this research data is a novel entitled The Chronicle OF Kartini by Wiwid Prasetyo totaling 415 pages. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are document analysis. Data validation techniques use triangulation theory. Data analysis technique used is interactive analysis model, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) gender inequalities experienced by Javanese women in the form of maginalization, subordination, stereotype, and violence; (2) the emancipation of women contained in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini in the form of freedom of choice for women, the struggle and resistance of women, and the independence and ferocity of women: (3) in the novel The Chronicle Of Kartini contains 18 types of representation of the value of character education.</em></p>

The purpose of this research is to analyze compliance of the village government implementing UU RI nomor 6 tahun 2014 about the village, especially on paragraph 71-75 and the derivatives regulation governing about village financial management cycle. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. To obtain the data, writers used data collection techniques include gradual interview and documentation techniques. Based on data obtained from various sources concluded that there are three indicators to measure the level of compliance of the village administration in the village financial management cycle. Three indicators are visible from the village knowledge about the UU RI nomor 6 tahun 2014 and derivatives regulation on the financial management of the village, the village financial management cycle, and adherence to the village financial management principles. Guidance and supervision by the central and local governments is indispensable for the village government in managing the finances of the village. Implementation of the law is a form of village government compliance towards good governance.

This study concerns the competence of da'wah and Romadlon safari practices which are specifically directed at santri in the Islamic Boarding School of Sumbersari Kencong Kepung, Kediri Regency relating to the plunge of students studying in the community for nasyrul ilmi waddin related to da'wah which is manifested in the form of safari Romadlon. This type of research approach is qualitative phenomenological, with a case study design. Data collection is done by in-depth interview techniques, observation, and study documentation. While the data analysis technique, researchers used an interactive analysis model that contained four interrelated components, namely: data collection, data simplification, data exposure, withdrawal and submission of conclusions. Finally, this study managed to obtain findings in accordance with the problem questions which in general can be concluded as follows: 1). Da'wah planning implemented at Darussalam Sumbersari Islamic boarding school in general can be said to be good which includes training, screening of all Romadlon safari participants so that safari activities can go well, 2). Romadlon safari practices by recording areas that will be occupied by the students went well, 3). Santri who was deployed assisted by the Romadlon safari committee was felt to be able to overcome the existing problems both internally and externally.

This study aims to explore village authority in village financial management to realize village governance in accordance with the principles of Good Governance. One of the financing for the Village Government program is the Village Fund Budget (ADD). The research method used is descriptive analysis to get a clear picture by examining secondary data. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials related to regional autonomy in villages in the management of Village Government, particularly with regard to the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The data obtained from this study were analyzed juridically normative with a statutory approach. The results showed the accountability of the village head in managing village finances. In exercising the power of village financial management, the village head authorizes part of his power to the Village apparatus. (2) The village head as the holder of the village financial management power as referred to in paragraph (1), has the authority to: a. establish policies regarding the implementation of APBDesa; b. determine PTPKD; c. determine the officer who collects village revenue; d. approve expenditures for activities stipulated in APBDesa; and e. take actions that result in spending at the expense of the Village Budget. The factors that become obstacles in Talagasari, namely the lack of information and lack of direction in the distribution of ADD, so that it contributes low to community empowerment.

This study aims to explain the financial management planning of Tembokrejo Village, as well as analyze its suitability then provide an overview of the flowchart of village financial management planning according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach using primary data and data. secondary data collection procedures, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. And the data analysis technique is a comparative analysis which tests the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Then the activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the financial management plan of Tembokrejo Village is in accordance with the village financial management plan according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, due to the presence of village assistants who help in the process of preparing village financial management planning. Therefore, a flowchart was designed, which could be used as a guide to assist village officials in the process of preparing village financial management plans independently. Abstract accountability are characteristics of Good Governance. Accountability are very important in managing an entity, especially for entities that carry out the mandate of the people and manage public funds such as BUMDes. BUMDes that have the mandate of capital, have large roles and duties, BUMDes must be able to account for and report the results of their financial management as a form of accountability to the government and society. This study aims to determine how the financial management of BUMDes To analyze the level of accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari’s financial management in 2019. This type of research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The data collection methods used were interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that: The financial management of BUMDes Mekar Lestari consists of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability and supervision stages. Some indicators for the financial management accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari in 2019 have also not been fulfilled as regulated in the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2015 and Banyuwangi Governor Regulation No. 17 of 2019
