This research finds out the effect of product, price and service quality toward customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Warsu Coffe Cafe. It is descriptive research with a quantitative method. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The populations were the consumers who visited and bought a product in Warsu Coffe Cafe. The samples were 87 respondents that were chosen by using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling type. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result showed that both partially and simultaneously, the product, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence is product quality on customer satisfaction, it shows that the Warsu Coffee Cafe has good product quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and bank image on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were customers at PT. Bank Mandiri Palembang Branch Offices totaling 174,363 people. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain a sample of 100 people with incidental sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test and the F test. The results show that partially the variables of service quality and bank image have a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri. Meanwhile, the variable of product quality has an effect and is not significant towards the customer satisfaction of Bank Mandiri. Together, the variable service quality, product quality, and image of the bank simultaneously have an effect and are significant on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri. It is hoped that Bank Mandiri will further improve service quality, such as maintaining the banking system so that it always runs well, providing good and appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high corporate image as a customer image.

Abstract: The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price toward customer satisfaction on industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the customer industry/ bakery shop in Bengkulu city as many 2400 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis.  Based on the analysis, the result that the simultaneously product quality, service quality, and price is significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. The next in partial product quality and service quality is positively and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city, while the price is negative and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city.Keyword: service, quality, satisfaction, bakery.

Customer Satisfaction in terms of Shopee's Lifestyle, Promotion, and Service Quality. Thesis, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2021. This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial effect of Customer Satisfaction in terms of Lifestyle, Promotion, and Shopee E-Commerce Service Quality. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all Shopee E-commerce buyers. The number of samples used by Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study indicate that the F-test of lifestyle, promotion, and service quality simultaneously and significantly affects Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The t-test results show that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Shopee's e-commerce, the promotion has a positive and significant effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that lifestyle, promotion, and service quality variables on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction is lifestyle variables because it has the largest.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

Consumer satisfaction in a restaurant can be improved through good product quality in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. Improving product quality is an important problem for a restaurant because it is beneficial for restaurants and consumers. The purpose of this study are: (1) to know the attributes of fried chicken that are considered important by consumers in the original Prambanan fried chicken restaurant, (2) to measure the level of importance of the quality of fried chicken products, (3) to measure the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of fried chicken products and (4) knowing the strategy to improve the quality of fried chicken products. This study uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of this study indicate that there are 11 attributes of product quality that are considered important by consumers with very important criteria. The biggest value of consumer interest is the attribute of fried chicken taste of 3.78. On the value of consumer satisfaction attributes of fried chicken chili variants have the smallest value of 3.08 with the highest IR of 1.30 need to provide and improve the quality of the product on the attributes of the fried chicken chili sauce. This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact on Loyalty by measuring indicators that affect the variable Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on customer satisfaction variables and their implications on customer loyalty variables. This research applies a descriptive research design using survey methods. Sampling uses convinient sampling as a sampling technique. This study was tested using the structural equation modeling (Lisrel) approach to test the significance of the significance of the overall model and predetermined pathway. The findings show that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables significantly influence customer satisfaction variables. Further findings indicate that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables directly have a significant effect on customer loyalty variables. This study also shows that customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty variables. It is recommended to companies to improve the excellence of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing.
