ABSTRACT Northern Sanur Beach (Sanur Kaja Beach) consisting of Matahari Terbit Beach and the main Sanur Beach is a polular tourist destination on the island of Bali. Its strategic location, famous history, public and additional facilities, makes Sanur a demanding location for tourists. But one important role for such tourist destination is the cleanliness of the beach itself, providing comfort to travellers. A direct observational study and a descriptive cross-sectional study with randomized survey of 100 travellers (50 domestic and 50 international) regarding the cleanliness of Northern Sanur beach. Through the survey we gathered traveller’s evaluation on current sanitation of public facility (toilet, parking, and resting), additional facilities (restaurant, gift shop, and street vendors), and sanitary facility (rubbish bins) condition in Northern Sanur beach giving a score of very clean, moderate, or poor. Through direct observational we looked at physical objects around the environement such as its geography and facilities available in Northern Sanur beach collected through interviews from local informans. Respondents showed an overall positive response of “moderate” 25 of respondents or (50%) of domestics, and 32 respondents or (64% ) foreigners regarding sanitation quality of Northern Sanur beach. Public facilities as well as additional facilities are generally considered to be moderately clean by the total respondents. But traveller’s opinion suggested the “poor” availability of rubbish bins 25 of respondent or (50%) domestics and 23of respondents or  (46%) foreigners. Public facilities of four public toilets, two parking area, rubbish bins, are available for travellers and taken care by local employees assigned by the head of village. As travellers states Northern Sanur to be moderately clean, other results that are considered poor or below expectation regarding specific public facilities should be taken care of to provide a better tourist attraction. Cleanliness is a tourist attraction itself, therefore keeping clean it is important for the sustainability of tourism.

The development of technology is currently getting more advanced and growing faster, especially in the field of information technology. The existence of houses in the vicinity of public facilities is very desirable and beneficial for newcomers to a new area. One of the public facilities that usually have boarding is a university or college. Students who study at a university do not only come from within the city but also come from outside the region. However, most students from outside the region have difficulty choosing boarding or rented houses due to limited information. Limited information about the facilities and the inaccuracy of boarding houses becomes a difficulty at the beginning for those who are new students. With the advancement of information technology, it can answer the need for finding a boarding house, and will be very helpful both from the side of the owner and tenant. To solve complex problems, you can use the K-Means Clustering and Hierarchical Clustering algorithm models that are optimized with naïve Bayes. The final result of this study is that the K-Means and naïve bayes accuracy values are higher with 90.82% accuracy, 90.56% precision, 90.68% recall and longer time that is 10 seconds, while for hierachical and naïve values. Bayes got 88.02% accuracy, 87.82% precision, 88.00% recall and 7.6 seconds faster time

The sample is wipe the surface of iron fence, bench, handrail and counters as many as 24 samples. Conducted isolation on specific media and morphological, physiological and biochemical identification. We found 70 isolates with 5 species of bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus saphrophyticus 27.4%, Bacillus subtilis 25.7%, Staphylococcus epidermidis 17.14% and MRSA (Methicillin Resisten Staphylococcus Aureus) 2.8%. Locations with the most bacteria types are iron grip and chair. Tanjung priuk is place the most bacteria type and found MRSA. Method and frequency of cleaning of transportation means become one factor to eliminate number and type of microorganism. Until now there are no regulations that bind to the hygiene and sanitation of transportation in particular.

The problem examined in this thesis is that there are problems that need to be repaired and improved such as the building used does not cover the number of  companies in it so that on certain days many consumers still lack seats in the waiting room, as for another thing, the parking spae provided is not very wide so disturbing the public facilities in the parking area of the town square of Sumenep. Therefore, to find out more about the service quality of public service Malls in Sumenep district, the researchers conducted research with the title of service quality (Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Emphaty (X3) ) on consumer satisfaction in Public Service Mall in Sumenep Regency. In answering these problems, researches used purposive sampling method, namely the method of determining the sample with certain considerations. The results of the researcher show that the variables of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Emphaty (X3) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction in order to improve the quality of service and the comfort of the community while at the Public service Mall in Sumenep Regency.

The strategy being developed by the government is the Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) which includes government policies, service quality, development of capital access, and construction of school facilities, construction of facilities and infrastructure, access to fisheries resources, skills development, and technological mastery. With the development strategy of coastal development is expected to be a solution where the solution needs to be done through a comprehensive strategy by placing socio-economic systems and cultural values that have been embedded in the community as a driving factor for change. CFA Test: From the KMO and Bartlett's Test table, the Kaiser Mayer Olkin (KMO) value is 0.547 where the value is greater than 0.5. This value indicates that the data is valid for further analysis by factor analysis. Bartlett test value is 53.965 with a significant value of 0.002 far below 5%, so the correlation matrix formed is an identity matrix, or in other words, the model of the factor used is excellent. The method in this study is to use CFA (Confirmatory Analysis Factors) to choose which variables affect the dependent variable and multiple regression analysis methods that aim to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable separately or together.

Abstract - Boarding house is the second place to live after living with parents. Boarding houses are usually chosen by someone who lives far from parents with the interests of studying or working. But in general boarding houses are identical to someone who is in school or college. With the many universities or educational institutions in the city of Purwokerto, many people rent their houses as boarding houses. But sometimes many boarding house residents move around for various reasons, such as rising boarding prices, far from the place of study, far from public facilities and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a boarding house to reduce boarding house occupants who move. In choosing this boarding house, ELECTRE and SAW methods are used as tools to get a picture of the best boarding houses. With this method the weighting is done to get the percentage of matches for the recommended boarding house according to the criteria. Keywords: boarding, Electre, SAW, criteria
