Title: Vertical and Horizontal Room Cosmology in Traditional House (Sa’o) Adat Saga Village, Ende Regency, Flores Cosmology is the science related to kemestaan (cosmos) in a concept of the relationship between the human world (micro-cosmos) and of the universe. Space in traditional house Saga has values and khasan interesting architecturally is examined. The influence of Ngga'e on the Du'a belief and traditional home space Saga interesting architecturally is identified. This study uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach that is description. The findings of this study is about the cosmology of the space on a traditional home. Cosmological view of space in traditional house Saga is distinguished into three parts namely is lewu, gara as one and mention the position of the human body parts. Cosmological view of space in traditional Indigenous Villages (Sa'o) Saga depicted horizontally with the mother lay. Nature of traditional house Saga is the core of fertility and birth. Being a mother is clearly visible on a carved door (pene ria) enter Sa'o believe carving the breasts of a woman who symbolizes the human life and a transverse under IE peneria koba leke symbolizing the human development. The position of the head of the mother at the lulu (the dugout), second legs on his back is to the fore in the tent (dugout or accepting guests), second hand mereba is at the right and left dhembi space, the womb or humanitarian space are at puse ndawa. Keywords: traditional house (sa'o), the indigenous village of saga, the cosmology of the vertical and horizontal spaces

UNSTRUCTURED Over half of Americans report looking up health-related questions on the internet, including questions regarding their own ailments. The internet, in its vastness of information, provides a platform for patients to understand how to seek help and understand their condition. In most cases, this search for knowledge serves as a starting point to gather evidence that leads to a doctor’s appointment. However, in some cases, the person looking for information ends up tangled in an information web that perpetuates anxiety and further searches, without leading to a doctor’s appointment. The Internet can provide helpful and useful information; however, it can also be a tool for self-misdiagnosis. Said person craves the instant gratification the Internet provides when ‘googling’ – something one does not receive when having to wait for a doctor’s appointment or test results. Nevertheless, the Internet gives that instant response we demand in those moments of desperation. Cyberchondria, a term that has entered the medical lexicon in the 21st century after the advent of the internet, refers to the unfounded escalation of people’s concerns about their symptomatology based on search results and literature online. ‘Cyberchondriacs’ experience mistrust of medical experts, compulsion, reassurance seeking, and excessiveness. Their excessive online research about health can also be associated with unnecessary medical expenses, which primarily arise from anxiety, increased psychological distress, and worry. This vicious cycle of searching information and trying to explain current ailments derives into a quest for associating symptoms to diseases and further experiencing the other symptoms of said disease. This psychiatric disorder, known as somatization, was first introduced to the DSM-III in the 1980s. Somatization is a psycho-biological disorder where physical symptoms occur without any palpable organic cause. It is a disorder that has been renamed, discounted, and misdiagnosed from the beginning of the DSMs. Somatization triggers span many mental, emotional, and cultural aspects of human life. Our environment and social experiences can lay the blueprint for disorders to develop over time; an idea that is widely accepted for underlying psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety. The research is going in the right direction by exploring brain regions but needs to be expanded on from a sociocultural perspective. In this work, we explore the relationship between somatization disorder and the condition known as cyberchondria. First, we provide a background on each of the disorders, including their history and psychological perspective. Second, we proceed to explain the relationship between the two disorders, followed by a discussion on how this relationship has been studied in the scientific literature. Thirdly, we explain the problem that the relationship between these two disorders creates in society. Lastly, we propose a set of intervention aids and helpful resource prototypes that aim at resolving the problem. The proposed solutions ranged from a site-specific clinic teaching about cyberchondria to a digital design-coded chrome extension available to the public.

The Covid-19 case has had a huge influence on all aspects of human life, starting from health, economy, sosial, law, and many more. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused various frictions between various interests, one of which is a clash between individual interests and community interests. One of the obvious things about this problem is regarding the impact of COVID-19 in the field of sociology, especially the relationship between individuals, especially the issue of community stigmatization regarding infectious diseases, the dilemma between the privacy rights of the identity of COVID-19 patients and the disclosure of publik data on COVID-19 patients with various risks will injure and cause multiple material and immaterial losses. On the other hand, Covid-19 also raises various sosial-psychological problems and legal problems that still do not regulate all aspects of human life. This paper describes the sociological elements of COVID-19, the right to privacy, publik information disclosure, and the sosial-psychological impact of COVID-19, along with a juridical review of the right to privacy and publik disclosure of information regarding the transparency of COVID-19.

The purpose of the scientific paper is to characterize the correlation between the conceptual content of the principle of justice and the concept of reforming the labor legislation under the draft law of Ukraine «On Labor» with determining the prospects of future labor law of Ukraine. The author emphasizes that labor law rules, like no other branch of law, should be based on justice. This justice, once acquired at the cost of human life, has become so commonplace and commonplace that labor law rules are taken for granted and contain absolutely unnecessary ele­ments that can be changed, eliminated, ignored… But in reality, all of these are important. and the necessary elements of a single interconnected mechanism, the core of which is justice. It is noted that the disappearance of at least one element of this mechanism means that justice is fading, and is therefore inadmissible in labor law. It is concluded that the draft Labor Law is an attempt to replace the principle of justice with the right of the strong, and therefore it is alien to the modern world and national consciousness and has no potential for reforming the labor legislation of Ukraine.

Strategic management’s perspective focus about how an organization creates competitive advantage to achieved performance excellence. As the core concept of strategic management, strategy defined as a way of adjusting the relationship between an organization and its environment, and that structures in turn must fit the strategy. In other statement, when this strategy linked with the perspective of organization theory, strategy can implement optimally if the organization structure designed to support the strategy and inefficiency in business process will be happen if the strategy and structure doesn’t connected. The sanctity of human life is the core issue in almost all religions of the world. In the present world scenario, human beings are suffering a lot. Human life is at risk. The most important and precious figure in society is human beings as it is the greatest creature of Almighty Allah. Buddhism and Islam both emphasize the sanctity of human life. The stress laid by the teaching of Islam on the sanctity and respect of human life can be understood by the fact that Islam does not allow the killing of people who are not physically involved in the war. Islam also against suicide. Similarly, the teaching of Buddha has emphasized the holiness and sanctity of human life. According to the philosophy of non-violence in Buddhism (Ahimsa), Killing of human beings is far from Buddhist’s creed even they are against the killing of insects. In Buddhism, “The nonviolence is one of the five precepts of Dhamma, which form the right action, right views and right-thinking on Eightfold Path. This article focuses on the teaching of Buddhism and Islam, a comparative study regarding killing and suicide as these topics are closely related to the sanctity of human life.

This article describes the role of myth and some universal themes of myth, such as the creation of the world, a huge flood, death, and the end of the world. Almost all the world's myths concern this universal themes, as seen from the similarity of some of the myths followed by many cultures in the world. These myths have primary functions to human’s behavior and attitude because people keep telling almost the same myths to their predecessors. The goals for this research are (1) knowing the functions of myths with famous themes from various culture and (2) knowing the background and relationship between myths and modern culture. The result describes the relationship between the cultural myths, where the core of the story is the truth of humanity. In addition, myth acts as a template to organize their daily activities as well as human activity, but it also serves to introduce human to a greater power in the universe. The values in each story will be interpreted as rules and customs that must be met, and this has resulted in the emergence of a culture passed down from generation to generation.

The Berezan lead letter is a document of paramount importance with regard to several epigraphic questions (first of all, the writing on lead platters) and to many historical issues too (the Greek presence, mainly Milesian, within ancient Scythia and the diffusion of writing in this area; the ionic dialect; the relationship between literacy and commerce; archaic Greek prose; Greek epistolography; the right of seizure and the regulation of syle); moreover, it is a human life story that vividly shows us the dramatic situation of Achillodoros who, harassed by Matasys, sends a heartfelt letter to two recipients, his son Protagoras and Anaxagoras.

Even the mere mention of "transplantation of human body parts" is reason enough to deal with this topic for who knows how many times. Quite simply, we need to discuss the topics discussed from time to time !? Let's get down to explaining some of the "hot" life issues that arise in connection with them. To, perhaps, determine ourselves in a different way according to the existing solutions ... to understand what a strong dynamic has gripped the world we live in, colored our attitudes with a different color, influenced our thoughts about life, its values, altruism, selflessness, charities. the desire to give up something special without thinking that we will get something in return. Transplantation of human organs and tissues for therapeutic purposes has been practiced since the middle of the last century. She started (of course, in a very primitive way) even in ancient India (even today one method of transplantation is called the "Indian method"), over the 16th century (1551). when the first free transplantation of a part of the nose was performed in Italy, in order to develop it into an irreplaceable medical procedure in order to save and prolong human life. Thousands of pages of professional literature, notes, polemical discussions, atypical medical articles, notes on the margins of read journals or books from philosophy, sociology, criminal literature ... about events of this kind, the representatives of the church also took their position. Understanding our view on this complex and very complicated issue requires that more attention be paid to certain solutions on the international scene, especially where there are certain permeations (some agreement but also differences). It's always good to hear a second opinion, because it puts you to think. That is why, in the considerations that follow, we have tried (somewhat more broadly) to answer some of the many and varied questions in which these touch, but often diverge, both from the point of view of the right regulations and from the point of view of medical and judicial practice. times from the perspective of some EU member states (Germany, Poland, presenting the position of the Catholic Church) on the one hand, and in the perspective of other moral, spiritual, cultural and other values - India and Iraq, on the other.

Human rights are a key element of the post-Second World War international order. They function as both an institutional framework and as a powerful idea, and have been adopted and adapted by those seeking to address the most pressing problems of their age. The framers of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) never dreamed of including environmental rights in the list of rights that are fundamental to a decent human life. By the first decades of the twenty-first century, however, it has become clear that environmental problems like climate change generate profound human rights impacts. A sustainable environment is essential to the enjoyment of all human rights, now and henceforth, but extending rights into the future raises many complex questions about the relationship between rights and risk, the right to procreate, and whether and how future people can have human rights.
