ON THE CREATION OF SECTORAL MACHINERY RECYCLING SYSTEM IN AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The necessity of formation of resource-saving ekologiurad-based utilization system of agricultural machinery in agriculture was confirmed by studies conducted in the center FNAC VIM in 2013-2018 years during this period, information was collected about the structure of the charged parts of agricultural machinery (agricultural machinery) going to maintenance of the enterprise with the purpose of recycling. Qualified specialists of repair enterprises were involved in determining the status of parts of the utilized equipment, normative documentation and necessary equipment were used. Terms of operation were determined from the date of purchase until the receipt of the machine to the repair company. The obtained data were subjected to statistical processing in order to determine the effect of the terms of service on the technical condition of these items and determining the number of parts of different groups (in percentage) included in the utilized agricultural machinery, as well as one of the main factors for deciding the feasibility of recycling equipment. The aim of work is justification of alternative ecological oriented intelligent system “Selkhozretsikling” formation for realization of a new strategy of resources use connected with their reuse. The averaged dependences of the change in the coefficient of technical readiness for tractors and combines on their service life are determined. Making an informed decision about the appropriateness of further use the machine (repair or disposal), which is close (or reached) to the limit state depends on the accuracy and timeliness of receiving information about the level of loss of its fitness after a certain service life or operating time. As analysis showed in most farms (52%) the preparation of the components of wastes derived of operation technics allows to use their potential on secondary market. Theoretical works and legislative documents make it possible to carry out the necessary practical measures for the formation of a system for utilization of agricultural equipment.

The need of agricultural producers in services of the engineering system providing technical service throughout all life cycle of agricultural machines can be considered as economically reasonable and necessary engineering activity in agroindustrial complex. The implementation of technological processes of maintenance and recovery parameters of the technical condition of agricultural equipment with appropriate quality is possible only subject to the availability of specialized enterprise engineering systems in agro-industrial complex intelligent technological equipping a specific item. For keeping agricultural equipment in good operating condition and parameters of its technical condition it is necessary to use the full range of repair and service impacts that damage tolerant repair and maintenance. The work suggests measures to improve the engineering and technical system (ITS) in the agro-industrial complex of Russia. It is shown that at present the system is characterized by a weakening in the quantity and quality of the fleet of agricultural machines, which negatively affects the material and technical support of agricultural producers. To positive change of the situation it is proposed as a first-priority measure - the creation of innovative centers for high-quality repair of equipment and its components. Examples of planning of such centers with appropriate resource-saving environmentally oriented utilization of agricultural machinery are given.

It is shown that in order to justify the extension of the service life of the machine beyond the resource set by the developers, it is necessary to focus on the allowable risks of accidents that can lead to accidents. After all, today for mobile agricultural machinery, the operation of which is associated with high-risk work, the concept of acceptable (acceptable) risk is not used, which does not allow to assess the danger of being on fields, farms and roads without machinery, with exhaustion of installed resources. The purpose of researches is to justify the permissible risk of exploitation of mobile agricultural machinery, in array of details and elements of constructions which have accumulated defects (damage). This paper analyzes the kinetics of accumulation of operational defects in the array of parts of individual components (systems) of tractors. MTZ-80 tractors (82) were chosen as the object of research, as one of the most common in Ukraine. To detect cracks, a developed eddy current flaw detector was used, the sensitivity of which allowed to find cracks several millimeters or larger in length without preparing the surface of the controlled parts. It is shown that the kinetic dependences of the accumulation of operational defects in the parts of tractor units in the analyzed range of service life are monotonically increasing, which can be described by exponential functions with a sufficiently high reliability. It is noted that the obtained dependences are similar to the kinetic dependences of the accumulation of static and dynamic (fatigue) damage obtained as a result of laboratory tests of samples of construction materials, which allows to use approaches to the criteria of the limit state of laboratory samples due to the power load to establish the boundary life of mobile agricultural machinery. However, the kinetics of the intensity of the occurrence of operational cracks in the array of tractor parts is not monotonous and has a maximum in the range of about 11-13 years of operation. This service life can be used as a criterion to stop the operation of the tractor, to carry out defectoscopy of parts and to replace defective parts. With such a long service life of the tractor, there is the greatest probability of sudden destruction of the tractor components and the creation of emergencies.

Problem. This article highlights the current state of diagnostics of gears on the level of accumulated fatigue damage in operation. The generalization of the known information on determination of a technical condition of separate gear wheels, especially with big modules (m> 20 mm), allows to outline prospects of development of such diagnostics of a technical condition of gear wheels directly in the course of operation. Goal. The goal of this study is to develop an algorithm for diagnosing the technical condition and forecasting a fault-free operation of the gears of heavy-duty machines. Methodology. The least squares method and the confidence interval method are used to predict accident-free guaranteed gear operation. Results. A procedure for diagnosing the technical condition of gears by measuring the hardness of the metal has been developed, which includes five main stages: selection of the device; choice of measurement scheme; selection of the number of measurements, number and relative position of measuring points; development of a design of a template for measurements; development of a device for fastening templates. When determining the accident-free guaranteed operating time on the basis of several criteria of the limit state, the final decision is made on the criterion that determines the minimum term. Originality. The method of forecasting accident-free guaranteed operating time of gears is chosen taking into account the stages of running-in and stable in linear function accumulation of damage in operation. Practical value. The use of the developed procedure for diagnosing the technical condition of the gears of gearboxes of heavy-duty machines will significantly increase the efficiency of their operation due to the transition from scheduled preventive maintenance to maintenance according to the actual technical condition.

Heat exchangers are used to stabilize and maintain the temperature regime of various units and systems of cars. The technical condition of heat exchangers in operation is different and unstable. At a certain operating time interval, the technical condition of any of the heat exchangers can become limiting due to the influence of various kinds of operational factors. The article analyzes the possibility of improving the means and methods of diagnostic support of automobile heat exchangers in operation. In the design and manufacture of automotive heat exchangers, they are tested in specialized laboratories equipped with test stands characterized by high capital and operating costs. The use of these stands for diagnosing heat exchangers in operation is not applicable. Due to the limitations and imperfections of the known methods and means of diagnosing automobile heat exchangers in operation, an objective assessment of their current technical condition is difficult and requires the search for new, more advanced diagnostic options. The relevance of the topic of the article lies in the search for ways to improve the diagnostic support, adapted for a quantitative assessment of the technical condition of heat exchangers in operation. The aim of the work is to improve the method and means of diagnosing heat exchangers in operation on the basis of modernizing the design of the test bench for radiator modules. Potentially a possible upgrade option was chosen previously developed by the authors stand for testing modules of automobile radiators, which is distinguished by the effect of resource saving when obtaining the test result. Achievement of the goal requires updating the architecture of the structural elements of the stand, and the search for design and technological solutions that contribute to the achievement of the goal. The methodological research toolkit is based on dialectically interrelated methods: analysis of a problem situation and subsequent design and technological synthesis. Scientific novelty lies in the development of conditions for modernization, allowing to expand the functionality of the basic structure of the stand. The practical significance of the results lies in the choice of the direction of research, with a new set of technical proposals and conditions for achieving the goal of the work.

Introduction. A study of the fleet of fire trucks was conducted. The absence of a direct dependence of the operating time of a fire truck on its service life is confirmed on the basis of the analysis. A matrix of conditions for making a decision on the need to replace a fire truck is formed, taking into account the standard purpose of the fire truck, its service life, the actual technical condition described by the corresponding category of technical condition, as well as the date of termination of its release. A criterion for the need to replace a fire truck has been developed, as well as an algorithm for making a decision on the need to replace a fire truck in conditions of limited funding. Goals and objectives. The purpose of the article is to develop an algorithm for making a decision about the need to replace a fire truck. This goal allows us to solve the problem of justifying the need to replace the sample in the course of ensuring a given level of readiness of fire and rescue units. Methods. Methods of mathematical statistics, the theory of the importance of criteria, technical and economic analysis, mathematical modeling and system analysis were used to achieve the goal and solve the problems of the study. Results and discussion. A criterion for the need to replace a fire truck is developed, on the basis of which a block diagram of the algorithm for making a decision on the need to replace a sample is formed. Conclusion. The results obtained in the course of the work can be used in the development of programs (plans) for re-equipping fire and rescue units with modern fire trucks. Annotation Purpose. Optimization terms of repair and maintenance works due to monitoring of the technical condition in mobile agricultural machinery on the basis statistical simulation using of its technical resource. Methods. System analysis and methods for statistical processing results of operational reliability tractors in experimental farms on NAAS. For the development statistical simulation models, discrete-event simulation, “Any Logic” simulation environment is provided. Results. The intensity using of mobile agricultural machinery during the year by the amount of fuel consumption is established, which makes it possible to plan the terms and scope of repair and maintenance works during the period of minimum load of equipment. The advantages strategy of adaptive maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery in comparison with the planning and warning system, which consist in determining the periods of repair and maintenance work, taking into account the intensity using mobile equipment and residual resource, which is basis for the development and implementation of operational management plans for its technical. Prerequisites for statistical simulation of the process of using the technical resource of mobile equipment are highlighted; the stages of establishment of its residual resource and appointment of terms of repair and maintenance works are defined. Conclusions. The economic effect on the results of research will be to monitor the technical state of mobile equipment, minimization of downtime for technical reasons during intense field work and effective use of technical resources maintaining a crop of potential losses by 8–10% due to the timely implementation processes. Abstract The paper studies the prospects of using telematics data to support effective solutions for tracking and monitoring the condition of the power supply system (PSS) components of unmanned vessels (UV) through the determination of positioning and, accordingly, operating time of PSS components. The paper attempts to describe one of the modules of the proposed integrated telematics system for UV monitoring, diagnostics and control. For practical implementation of telematics for unmanned merchant vessels, an algorithm has been developed to diagnose the technical condition of PSS components based on the operating time and condition of the units and components of the UV PSS. The results obtained by the algorithm show the technical condition of the observed technical equipment, time of its operation, and justify the need for repair or its complete replacement. The block diagram presents the algorithm that employs a minimal set of data to determine the use of technical equipment for further planning of its preventive maintenance. The paper provides the graphical interpretation of data on the time of PSS components operation and an example of displaying the interface of the remote operator of the UV. It is proposed to use telematics for tracking and monitoring the UV PSS operation in order to improve the quality of equipment maintenance, provide rational use of resources, extend its service life, and plan the repair time. In the future, it is proposed to create an integrated intelligent system based on telematics data, which allows the UV control and monitoring of the technical condition of its equipment.

Research is aimed at the formation and development of innovative developments to increase the metal structures corrosion protection, as an important means of ensuring the quality and safety industrial facilities. The method determining the corrosion destruction signs, the procedure of monitoring and carrying out measures to diagnose the technical condition of lattice metal structures according to the level of corrosion hazard were adopted. The nomenclature indicators and control methods (conformity assessment) of determining parameters primary and secondary protection metal designs against corrosion is established. During this study, the lattice structures operational condition loader crane’s girder structure was considered. It is revealed that operation of the crane is carried out in difficult production conditions operating environment’s aggressive influence in combination with considerable dynamic loadings working operations loading technological process, unloading, sorting (averaging) of ore yard’s charge of blast furnace shop. Based on the study structures corrosion condition and operating conditions, measures have been developed to increase the durability ore-grab crane of the reloader. Based on the analysis of the principles of the ISO 9001 process approach, the development and implementation design solutions to extend the structures service life in aggressive environments of metallurgical production. It is proved that the procedure of making constructive and technological decisions, performance works on increase corrosion resistance promotes maintenance conditions of resource saving and technological safety industrial constructions. The principles process is offered to develop and implement design measures to extend the service life of structures in aggressive environments metallurgical production are proposed. Constructive and technological measures to ensure durability in accordance with the requirements of the building structure corrosion risk have been developed, which are determined by the critical indicators metal structures protection in the conditions corrosion influences within their limit values.

The operation of the rolling stock at transport enterprises is connected with the influence of many factors, and due to their analysis, it is possible to determine the optimal service life of rolling stock to increase the economic efficiency of transport processes. The scientific novelty of the research is represented by the results of experimental data statistical processing that can be used to count the studied patterns models’ parameters for various vehicles and for empirical equations for predicting operating costs based on actual data are established. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the improvement of technical and economic methods for optimizing the service life of rolling stock based on open information without carrying out resource tests and long-term observations. This makes it possible to assess the operating costs with a high degree of reliability, reasonably form preferences in vehicle configuration and rationally determine the period of effective use, taking into account the type of fuel and the dynamics of changes in the secondary market residual value.

Research aimed at the development and implementation of new digital methods and intelligent systems that allow improving the diagnostic process, increasing the reliability of determining the functional characteristics of agricultural tractors in an online mode is an important and relevant component of technologies and tools for servicing agricultural machinery. The paper presents the results on the justifi cation and development of an intelligent system for diagnosing machines based on the interaction of a neural network. The advantage of this diagnostic system is the ability to maintain the working condition of agricultural machinery, in case the processes of diagnosis and analysis of the obtained data are automated. The use of an intelligent tractor diagnostic system provides for the determination of not only the cause of failure by the controlled parameters, but also the effi ciency evaluation of the machine as a whole. It is established that one of the ways to increase the effi ciency of using agricultural machinery is the non-contact determination of the parameters of the technical condition of equipment through the modernization of the technology for monitoring the technical condition of machines and the quality of work on the basis of the introduction of modern intelligent and telemetric systems.
