Annotation Purpose. Optimization terms of repair and maintenance works due to monitoring of the technical condition in mobile agricultural machinery on the basis statistical simulation using of its technical resource. Methods. System analysis and methods for statistical processing results of operational reliability tractors in experimental farms on NAAS. For the development statistical simulation models, discrete-event simulation, “Any Logic” simulation environment is provided. Results. The intensity using of mobile agricultural machinery during the year by the amount of fuel consumption is established, which makes it possible to plan the terms and scope of repair and maintenance works during the period of minimum load of equipment. The advantages strategy of adaptive maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery in comparison with the planning and warning system, which consist in determining the periods of repair and maintenance work, taking into account the intensity using mobile equipment and residual resource, which is basis for the development and implementation of operational management plans for its technical. Prerequisites for statistical simulation of the process of using the technical resource of mobile equipment are highlighted; the stages of establishment of its residual resource and appointment of terms of repair and maintenance works are defined. Conclusions. The economic effect on the results of research will be to monitor the technical state of mobile equipment, minimization of downtime for technical reasons during intense field work and effective use of technical resources maintaining a crop of potential losses by 8–10% due to the timely implementation processes. The method of analysis of gases dissolved in oil is one of the most informative methods for early detection of defects in power oil-filled transformers. This determined its wide application in the practice of off-line and on-line monitoring of transformer equipment. In the article, based on the ratio of weight coefficients used in the calculation of the technical condition index of functional units and equipment units, a method for determining the reliability of oil-filled transformer equipment is proposed. An indicator that characterizes the quantitative measure of the diagnostic value of a single method (group of methods) for monitoring parameters of a power oil-filled transformer in the calculations of the technical condition index is obtained. The efficiency of monitoring the state of a power oil-filled transformer was evaluated based on the results of the analysis of gases dissolved in oil. A quantitative example of calculating the economic effect of increasing the operational reliability of a group of 110 kV power transformers in one of the areas of the distribution network using a remote diagnostic monitoring system based on the analysis of gases dissolved in oil is given

The necessity of formation of resource-saving ekologiurad-based utilization system of agricultural machinery in agriculture was confirmed by studies conducted in the center FNAC VIM in 2013-2018 years during this period, information was collected about the structure of the charged parts of agricultural machinery (agricultural machinery) going to maintenance of the enterprise with the purpose of recycling. Qualified specialists of repair enterprises were involved in determining the status of parts of the utilized equipment, normative documentation and necessary equipment were used. Terms of operation were determined from the date of purchase until the receipt of the machine to the repair company. The obtained data were subjected to statistical processing in order to determine the effect of the terms of service on the technical condition of these items and determining the number of parts of different groups (in percentage) included in the utilized agricultural machinery, as well as one of the main factors for deciding the feasibility of recycling equipment. The aim of work is justification of alternative ecological oriented intelligent system “Selkhozretsikling” formation for realization of a new strategy of resources use connected with their reuse. The averaged dependences of the change in the coefficient of technical readiness for tractors and combines on their service life are determined. Making an informed decision about the appropriateness of further use the machine (repair or disposal), which is close (or reached) to the limit state depends on the accuracy and timeliness of receiving information about the level of loss of its fitness after a certain service life or operating time. As analysis showed in most farms (52%) the preparation of the components of wastes derived of operation technics allows to use their potential on secondary market. Theoretical works and legislative documents make it possible to carry out the necessary practical measures for the formation of a system for utilization of agricultural equipment.

Annotation Purpose. Improving the efficiency of the use mobile agricultural machinery by substantiating the rational terms of its maintenance and repair, taking into account changes in its technical condition from seasonal loading, natural-production and agrometeorological conditions of use. Methods. System analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system-factor and system-event approaches, graphic, statistical. Results. The conceptual provisions of strategy adaptive maintenance and repair mobile agricultural machinery are revealed, as well as its advantages over the known approaches to the organization of repair and maintenance works are marked. The regularities of seasonal loading of mobile agricultural machinery in farms of different natural-production zones of Ukraine analyzed. A generalized algorithm of the strategy of adaptive maintenance and repair of mobile agricultural machinery has been developed. Conclusions 1. It’s established that the main factors that determine the need for maintenance and repair of equipment are its residual life and operating time, and the factors that determine the possible periods of maintenance and repair of equipment – natural-production and agrometeorological characteristics of the agricultural producer. Predicting the impact of these factors on the processes of using mobile agricultural machinery is the basis for justifying the rational timing of its maintenance and repair. 2. The formation of strategy adaptive maintenance and repair of mobile agricultural machinery based on statistical simulation of the processes of seasonal use of machinery by agricultural producers. Such a model should take into account the natural-production characteristics of the agricultural producer, the characteristics of its technical support, agrometeorological conditions and generate technical and economic indicators of many possible options for adaptive plans for seasonal maintenance and repair of each unit. 3. It’s established that the criterion for substantiation of a rational seasonal adaptive plan for maintenance and repair of mobile agricultural machinery is the minimum total cost of implementing the relevant strategy. The total cost of funds should take into account the cost of maintenance and repair of machinery, the cost of potential crop losses caused by late performance of mechanized agricultural work machinery due to its incapacity, and cost due to underutilization of technical resources. This article describes a vibration model connected by individual nodes of a DC motor. The purpose of the article is a mathematical model allowing to predict the work of machines with a depreciation resource and search for ways to increase the information content of assessing the functioning of the rolling stock condition without dismantling them. Currently, the operational reliability of the DC motor is reduced after the development of the service life. Study and evaluation of the vibration effect on the brush-collector node. The main components of the DC motor (bearings, electrical brushes) are unrecoverable. Therefore, any interference with their normal operation leads to premature wear of the entire DC motor. Existing methods for life-extending maintain the operational reliability of a DC motor equal or close to the passport data for several years. This model allows vibration diagnostics without dismantling the DC motor and stopping the rolling stock. The mathematical model describes the oscillations of each node of the DC motor in the direction of movement of the rolling stock, showing the excess of the permissible value. After mathematical processing of the results, a machine reliability model under study is obtained (usually in the form of polynomials) as a function of the needed parameters – the influencing factors. Due to this model, pre-detected defects can save on repairs and maintenance in the future. This model is the basis of software for online diagnostics. The proposed model allows providing an objective use of repair and restoration compositions depending on the current technical condition, which will lead to an increase in the service life of the mechanism and savings in operating costs. On the one hand, extending the operating life of a DC motor should produce an economic effect, and on the other hand, technical measures to maintain operational reliability cause an increase in material costs.

Abstract. The authors noted that in order to increase the energy-saturated equipment technical readiness, reduce its operation costs and ensure full use of the resource, it is necessary to quickly assess the current technical condition. The authors have created a counter-indicator prototype for high-precision control of gearbox technical condition. (Research purpose) To formulate a proposal for developing a system for the remote monitoring of gearbox technical condition applicable to the Kirovets tractor family. (Materials and methods) To increase the precision level of traceability and technical condition detection, a system of diagnostic tools was proposed based on the developed counters-indicators, which take into account design features when determining diagnostic parameters. (Results and discussion) It was shown that to assess the gearbox technical condition, it is necessary to use additional monitoring systems, obtain information for calculating the residual life, when using direct measurements and having a possibility of the ongoing monitoring over the actual change in the gearbox units diagnostic parameters. The authors studied the options for using meter-indicators to minimize group II and III failures during operation.(Conclusions) It was identified that in order to increase the level of gearbox operational reliability, it is necessary to introduce a system of counters-indicators. The authors revealed the possibility of monitoring the individual unit technical condition in accordance with the specified indicators, as well as in order to prevent operation in emergency (abnormal) modes.

Modern machines are subject to progressive wear that occurs at different rates, which leads to unpredictable failures that reduce the reliability and durability of machines. The strategy of maintenance and repair is aimed at eliminating these problems. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in analyzing the basic principles of the strategy of maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery in order to ensure control of the technical condition of machine parts. (Materials and methods) When resource diagnostics is used, , the allowable value of the parameter is set in advance for a part . This value is the tolerance that corresponds to a certain wear rate of the part. The tolerance is set based on the condition that if the current value of the controlled resource parameter during the next diagnosis is less than the set value, then such a part at the current value of the wear rate can be finalized until the next inter-control check. Taking into account the wear rate of the same type of parts from the group when determining the allowable wear during their resource diagnostics becomes an urgent task. (Results and discussions) As a result of research, the article presents "Methodology for determining the main indicators of reliability of parts of agricultural machines with different wear rates" and "Methodology for determining the tolerance system of parts of agricultural machines with different wear rates". (Conclusions) The article presents the tolerance system that reduces the probability of failure of machine parts in operation. During resource diagnostics, those parts whose resource parameters exceed the tolerance are rejected.

The organization of operation, maintenance and repair of the basic technological facilities of electric power systems (EPS), which are beyond their designed service life (hereinafter referred to as ageing facilities, or AFs) is one of the problems that determine the energy security of many countries, including economically developed nations. The principal cause of insufficient overall performance of AFs is the traditional focus of the EPS management on economic efficiency and the insufficient attention to reliability and safety of AFs. The tendency to nonlinear growth in the frequency of occurrence of unacceptable consequences in the EPS requires ensuring the operational reliability and safety of AFs. The averaged estimates of reliability and safety used at designing power facilities are not suitable for characterization of overall operational performance. Among the basic and the least investigated (in terms of operational reliability and safety) EPS facilities are overhead power transmission lines (OPL) with a voltage of 110 кV and above. This is for a reason. OPL are electric power facilities with elements distributed along a multi-kilometer line (supports, insulators, wires, accessories, etc.). That is what makes the organization of continuous monitoring of the technical condition of each of these elements, and, consequently, the assessment of operational reliability and safety, so problematic. A method is suggested for assessment of “weak links” among the operated OPL on operative intervals of time along with a method for assessment of the technical condition of OPL at examination of a representative sample.

Two basic functions of the machine, consumer and technical are given. Application the law of conservation of energy is shown in case of the description of an energy balance of an element of the machine. The expanded concept of technical condition in relation to the machine is this, parameters of technical condition are justified. Communications of technical condition with operability and working capacity and also communication of operability of an element of the machine with its efficiency are defined. The possibility of representation of technical condition in the form of сlass in object-oriented programming is revealed.

Abstract The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need to determine the state and residual life duration of high-voltage cable lines to identify faulty and maintainable cables. The aim of the article is to determine a reliable scientifically grounded criterion for assessment of insulation characteristics of the cables in use and to perform a comparative analysis of the results obtained by the traditional method of diagnosing insulation with the results of a new method of assessment by the return voltage. In this regard, the article deals with the issues related to the testing of cables having oil-impregnated paper insulation, as well as with the issue of switching from planned replacement of cables to assessment of their actual state and period of residual life. The authors propose to use the method of examining the cables by the return voltage using the device for testing electrical insulation “UDEI-1” developed at the department of Electrification and Automation of the Nizhny Novgorod State University of Engineering and Economics. The article presents the results of measuring the return voltage of three cables that operated under different conditions. The cables had different technical state. The analysis of the estimation of the residual life of cables by the return voltage was carried out using such criteria as the PIRV polarization index, the LIRV electrical conductivity index, and the P-factor. The P-factor is the physical criterion demonstrating the aging of paper-oil insulation by the shape of the return voltage curve. It represents such characteristics of insulation aging as moistening. To compare the results of testing the cables by the return voltage with the conventional methods of diagnostics and to determine the actual technical condition of power cables, the authors applied the method of spatiotemporal reflectometry and the method of measuring insulation resistance with the determination of such indicators of state as insulation resistance normalized per one kilometer, absorption coefficient, and polarization index. The results of this article confirm that the return voltage gives a qualitative assessment of the state and degree of aging of cables with impregnated paper insulation. The authors proposed a new system for evaluation of cable condition by weighting coefficients. In this approach, the determination of residual life of cables with impregnated paper insulation is based on the values of the return voltage. Application of the new system gives opportunity to improve reliability of the power lines. Recommendations for the further operation of the studied cables are given. The materials of the article are of practical value for carrying out complex assessment of the technical condition of power cables by the return voltage and can be useful for drawing up a schedule for replacement or repair of cable lines depending on their actual state.

Relevance of the work. The operational efficiency and technical condition of mining vehicles to a large extent depend on the service life and performance characteristics of tires. The most important technological process that determines the effectiveness of field development is the transportation of rock mass. The share of motor transport costs in the total cost and production by open method at Russian mining enterprises is significant, and reaches 70% as the depth of open pits (cuts) increases. At the same time, the actual productivity of mining trucks is much lower than their technical and technological capabilities, and this difference is up to 2.5 times or more for various brands of vehicles, including imported ones. Today, both consumers and manufacturers of large tires are interested in the most efficient tire production management. Purpose of the work: consideration of the main factors affecting tyre life, as well as datum ranking of these factors to determine the degree of significance of each factor. Methodology of research. The systematic approach was used including datum ranking method, some analytical, computational methods and generalization. Results. The ranking was carried out by three independent groups of experts on a number of proposed factors. The main factors in each group were identified and the degree of agreement between the opinions of the interviewed specialists was evaluated. The general opinion of various expert groups on the significance and ranking of factors affecting the integrity of giant tires is confirmed. Conclusions. Datum ranking and analysis of factors affecting the wear of giant tires of mining dump trucks significantly affect the optimization of machine operation and, with appropriate adjustments, can give a positive economic effect.
