With modern technologies of milk production, udder disease in cows is one of the most common. All forms of mastitis are classified as complex and unprofitable diseases that cause significant damage to the economy of dairy cattle breeding, which consists of premature culling of highly productive cows, milk during and after treatment with antibacterial drugs, the loss of highly productive offspring - calves, as well as the costs associated with diagnosis and treatment. The use of a drug containing argovit silver nanoparticles allows you to shorten the treatment period in the absence of damage from milk rejection after therapy. The study was conducted to study the cost-effectiveness of treatment of cow mastitis with drugs of various pharmacological groups. The animals were divided into experimental and control groups according to the principle of analogues. The experimental groups were treated with argovit in the form of a 10 % aqueous solution intracisternally, 10 ml, 1 time per day. The cows of the control groups were injected intracisternally with 5 g of the drug lactobai three times with an interval of 12 hours. The results of the research established a high economic effect of veterinary measures on 1 rub of costs for the treatment of subclinical, serous and catarrhal mastitis in cows with a drug containing argovit silver nanoparticles, which amounted to 5.4; 53.6 and 55.6 rubles, respectively.

In terms of transition to loose housing, the issue of herd management is becoming especially acute. The aim of the study is to substantiate the efficiency of milk production using innovative technologies based on 7 model dairy farms containing 100 or more dairy cows. The relevance of the research topic is in the analysis of the effective application of the “Herd Management” system through digital technologies and intensive feeding for raising young animals of various groups. The economic effect of the introduction of innovative technologies in these economic entities is shown, which made it possible to determine the potential for their development, to assess the results of conducting production processes. The authors note the importance for dairy industry of the transfer and adaptation of technologies for automation of technological processes for production of livestock products in dairy cattle breeding in Kazakhstan, which will contribute to the achievement of goals and indicators as part of the implementation of the State Program on Development of the Agroindustrial Complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017-2021. Examples of model farms, where high financial indicators were obtained on the basis of calculations, are presented. It was revealed that the development of dairy cattle breeding and the increase in productivity of cows largely depends on intensification of forage production, organization of proper care and maintenance of livestock, the breed and quality of raised heifers intended for reproduction. It was determined that in the experimental groups, when optimizing the feed rations of young cattle, the increase in live weight of the studied farm animals increases.

The study objective is to study the effectiveness of lactic acid in varroatosis and its impact on the development of bee colonies under conditions of the South of Tyumen region. The acaricidal effectiveness of lactic acid was studied in October 2019 using one method in two experiments in 30 broodless bee colonies kept in two apiaries, where bee colonies were divided into 2 groups (experimental - 10 colonies and control groups of 5 colonies each). For treatment of bee colonies from the experimental group, frames with bees were removed from the hives in turn, which were sprayed with a 15.0% aqueous solution of lactic acid in the volume of 5 ml on each side of the honeycomb. Bee colonies were treated twice with an interval of 5 days. The bees in the control group were not treated. Dead mites were registered on a daily basis in all groups within 5 days after each treatment, for these reasons laminated cardboard sheets were placed on the bottom of the hives, which then were taken out and the number of fallen ectoparasites was recorded. Studies on the impact of lactic acid on the development of bee colonies were conducted in 20 brood bee colonies in the period from May to July 2020. It has been found that the effectiveness of treatment of experimental bee colonies with the drug was 90.0 ± 2.1% (apiary No 1) and 7.8 ± 1.9% (apiary No 2). At the same time, the maximum death of mites in colonies was observed during the first day after treatment. In the control groups, the number of mites decreased by 10.9 ± 0.8% and 11.6 ± 1.0%, respectively. It has been established that the treatment of bees with an aqueous solution of lactic acid in the above concentration, dose and multiplicity did not have a negative impact on the development of bee colonies, their strength and food supply, and no deaths of bees and queens were detected during the observation period.

Spans occur when a pipeline is laid on a rough undulating seabed or when upheaval buckling occurs due to constrained thermal expansion. This not only results in static and dynamic loads on the flowline at the span section, but also generates vortex induce vibration (VIV) which can lead a fatigue issue. The phenomenon, if not predicted and control properly, will result in significant damage to the pipeline integrity, leading to expensive remediation and intervention works. There are various span mitigation methods in use for both over stressing and fatigue concerns. The mitigation methods, if not analyzed properly, may result in much unnecessary work or generate more problems or concerns in the future. The mitigation analysis can become very challenging due to many restrictions in the field such as the minimum and maximum heights or lift of mechanical supports or grout bags, and bearing capacity vs. cost of supports. The cost of different mitigation methods and their interactions are the other considerations along with the installation tolerances, challenges associated with the water depth and uncertainties in seabed properties. This paper describes the latest developments in use of finite element analysis to investigate associate mitigation solutions given the governing practical limitations and cost factors. The ULS and fatigue lift criteria are used as the guidelines. The methods presented within this paper are applicable for various span conditions. Conclusions are then drawn to the impact of these various scenarios so that the pipeline integrity can be assured with confidence.

The paper discusses the issues of providing the population of the Russian Federation with milk and dairy products, increasing milk production, and implementing investment projects in the industry. It is noted that the technological and technical support, as well as improving the systems of keeping, feeding and milking animals play an important role in solving problems of increasing the efficiency of dairy farming. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of innovative technologies and modern machinery at dairy farms and facilities, including equipment fitted with digital systems for collecting information about the state of animals, milk yield, milking parameters and other indicators, as well as robots. Milking installations provided by the system of machines are designed for milking cows in stalls, milking parlors, as well as in maternity wards. According to their engineering level, they must ensure the fulfillment of the physiological milk let-down requirements, the productive longevity of animals, etc. The developed artificial intelligence system allows planning the efficiency of feeding and monitoring the main processes at a dairy farm. Feed is of paramount importance in the prime cost of raw milk. The cost of feed affects the profitability of production. Spectrometers, including pocket ones, can be used for feed analysis. Improvement of technologies in dairy production will help to increase the competitiveness of the industry.

The article deals with the problem of organization of financial control procedures for the activities of a joint-stock company by the audit bodies. The development of effective verification mechanisms can significantly reduce the cost of conducting them and increase their effectiveness. One of the problems that arise in the study of such problems is the modeling of behavior of participants in the system of internal and external control. The solution of this problem is impossible without the use on a scientific basis of economic and mathematical models of financial control mechanisms, taking into account the economic relations of the subjects and the object of control, allowing to assess the costs of control and its effectiveness. The article examines the mechanism of interaction between shareholders and control bodies. Models describing this interaction have been developed, as well as the tasks of determining the vector of the planned task of inspections by control bodies have been formulated and solved. The parameters of the verification procedure are determined by the criterion of maximizing the economic effect of the center from conducting inspections by the control bodies. The model uses a multiplicative function of the economic effect of the center on the possession of information on each of the subjects of control. The members of the system are the audit commission, the board of directors and the audit organization. For each participant of the system, target functions are formulated, taking into account information about material remuneration and taking into account alternative income. The developed model is tested on numerical data on the cost of conducting inspections and on alternative income. The results of the calculations illustrate the behavior patterns of the system participants, in particular, the feasibility of paying the full cost of inspections by the center and the implementation of the inspection plan by the control bodies in the appropriate volume.

Aiming at the difficulty in obtaining environmental parameters in dairy cattle breeding, this paper proposes and implements a dairy cattle breeding environment monitoring system based on Bluetooth and B/S architecture. In order to reduce the cost of cross-platform deployment, the overall system adopts the B/S architecture and introduces a Bootstrap responsive layout; in order to improve the human–computer interaction capabilities, the Echarts graphical plug-in is introduced; and in order to enhance the stability of Bluetooth communication, a time-sharing connection mechanism and sampling are designed along with a cycle adaptive adjustment mechanism. The experimental results show that the system has a good user experience on various smart terminal devices. The time-sharing connection mechanism solves the repeated disconnection problem under the Bluetooth one-master, multiple-slave star connection. The system can be used in the dairy cow growth environment. With real-time monitoring and accurate early warning, it reduces the deployment and use cost of the system and has broad application prospects.
