This research was conducted to layer farmers in Sukolilo village, Wajak in Malang distric .The data collection was conducted during Desember 2017 – January 2018 that focus on elasticity of egg price to farmer interest of develop their farming. Research method used is a method of survey sample with determination of the sampling method purposively namely layer chicken farmers who had 300-3000 chickens. The number of the overall sample can be reserach used is egg price, number of the population, feed price, pullet  price, afkhir of layer price. Data analysis conducted includes data qualitative and analysis to calculate the elasticity of egg price by used Cobb-Douglas regression analysis. Data prosesscing from the result of this research condusted using the the SPSS version 16,0. The result show that  afkhir of layer price have significant to affect elastic of egg  price. The research concluded that 1) afkhir of layer price is a factor have significant affect to farmer interest of develop their farming and elastic to egg price 2) number of population, feed price and pullet price are the factors that are not elastic to egg price.Keywods : elasticity of egg price, number of population, feed price, pullet price, afkhir of layer price

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure (TBP) and professionalism on audit quality with auditor experience and job satisfaction as moderating in KAP in Bali. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in KAP in Bali, amounting to 77 auditors. Determination of samples in this study using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 42 auditors. The results of this research questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a negative and significant effect on audit quality; professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality; auditor experience weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality; and job satisfaction weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and product quality on the consumer’s purchase decision. The population of this research were students of Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. The sampling frame was limited to those of the Economic Faculty. The non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used in this research. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that purchase decision is positively and significantly affected by brand image, brand awareness, and product quality.

This study aims to determine the achievement of the Contents Standards through the understanding of PAI and Non PAI teachers in each Indicator. The Population in this study is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tasikmalaya Regency and its samples are MI Tarbiyatul Ula and MI Al-Muawanah. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire documentation and data analysis. Data collection and observation using google form distributed to 5 PAI teachers and 5 Non PAI teachers. Collecting authentic data and triangulating interview results with several teachers and analyzing the results of comparisons between PAI and Non PAI teachers. The results of this study indicate that achievement of the contens of 84,50 % for PAI teachers and 82,00 % for Non PAI teachers. This shows the level of achievement of the Contents Standards through teacher understanding through each indicator is still lacking and needs to be improved by following various training and teacher readinessto improve performance.

Indramayu ornaments that are painted on Jakarta’s pedicabs have an exotic impression and a special attraction to the foreign tourists. The decorative ornament has the potential to be a valuable asset for the improvement of Indonesia art and design. The study was conducted with a qualitative research method of determining the location of culture through the stages of research, determination of informants, data collection and data analysis that were done by organizing, sorting, classifying and categorizing the data. Categorization is done based on the body parts of tricycles and obtained a variety of motives according to the space of placement the ornaments. By documenting and studying these ornaments, it can be improved due to nowaday needs, which would certainly enriches Indonesian decorative ornaments and utilized in broader needs.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

AbstractThis study aimed to examines the effect of activity ratio, liquidity ratio, firm size and profitability ratio to leverage in consumer goods companies listed in BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) from period 2014-2019. Based on purposive sampling method, total sample of this research is 102. The data collection method used are observation, interview, and documentation.Hypotesis testing used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The result show that both liquidity ratio and firm size have significant effect to leverage. This is indicate that the firms using their current asset efficiently and firm size have bargaining power to influence their investor while activity ratio and profitability have not significant effect to leverage.

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance.
