AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of income (x1), and the management of funds of the state civil apparatus (X2) on bank credit granting, a case study of the Academic Community of IAIN Manado. This research is a survey research conducted on the Academic Community of IAIN Manado. The population in this study is 111 respondents and the sample is 87 respondents. Sampling uses a random sampling technique with Solvin formula. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test, hypothesis testing, and T test using multiple regression analysis with SPSS V.16 application for Windows.The results of this study prove that income does not affect the granting of credit with a value of 0.857> 0.05, Fund management affects the granting of credit with a value of 0.003 <0.05 and Revenue (X1) and Fund Management (X2) simultaneously for Credit granting (Y ) with a value of 0.005 <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the R square value is 0.119 or 11, 9% management of funds. This means that the influence of the fund management variable on the provision of bank credit has an influence of 11, 9%Keywords: Income, Fund Management, and Credit Granting

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of community participation, human resource competence, and supervision on accountability of village fund management (a case study in Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya). This is a quantitative study with questionnaire used as the primary data elicitation and Likert scale as the measure. The study was carried out in Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. A total of 120 respondents were selected, consisting of the villages’ tuha peut and public figures. The simple random sampling was used as the sampling technique with the Slovin formula for determining the number of samples. The multiple linear regression was employed as the data analysis technique, facilitated by the SPSS version 21. The results indicate that the public participation (X1), human resource competency (X2), and supervision (X3) variables either partially or simultaneously have significant effects on the accountability of village fund management (Y).

This research is motivated by the students' skills in one of the basic techniques in a straight kick which is not good, especially when implementing a straight kick. This study applies the use of pyramid media which aims to determine the effect of the pyramid media on the ability of the basic technique of a straight kick on martial arts martial arts class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang. This research uses a quantitative approach with pre-experimental methods. The design used is one group pretest-posttest design. The population of the study was 262 students of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang with 262 students while the sampling technique was cluster random sampling, the sample in this study was 33 students. The data analysis technique of this study used a normality test with a pretest value of 0.234 and a posttest value of 0.126 while a Dtable value of 0.2077. Of the two groups of data has a value ≤ Dtable so that both groups of data are said to be normally distributed while the homogeneity test is obtained Fcount 1.27 <Ftable1.80 then the data has a homogeneous variant and the T test for the hypothesis test there is an increase of 42%, then seen from the results of tcount 18,173> table 2.0423 with a significance level of 0.05% which means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then it can be stated that there is an influence of the pyramid media on the ability of the basic technique of a straight kick on martial arts martial arts class VII graders of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keterampilan siswa pada salah satu teknik dasar dalam tendangan lurus yang kurang baik terutama pada saat pelaksanaan tendangan lurus. Penelitian ini menerapkan penggunaan media piramida yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media piramida terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar tendangan lurus pada materi bela diri pencak silat siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental. Desain yang di gunakan yatiu one group pretest-postest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang sebanyak 262 siswa sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik kluster random sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 siswa. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dengan nilai pretest Dhitung 0,234 dan posttest Dhitung 0,126 sedangkan nilai Dtabel 0,2077 . Dari kedua kelompok data memiliki nilai ≤ Dtabel sehingga kedua kelompok data tersebut dikatakan berdistribusi normal sedangkan uji homogenitas diperoleh nilai Fhitung 1.27<Ftabel1.80 maka data memiliki varian yang homogen dan uji T untuk uji hipotesis terdapat peningkatan sebesar 42%, kemudian dilihat dari hasil thitung 18,173 > ttabel 2.0423 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 % yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media piramida terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar tendangan lurus pada materi bela diri pencak silat siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games. This research is a mixed method. The population in this study were VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Sindangwangi Majalengka totaling 93 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling so that the study sample was obtained, namely students of class VIII.B, which amounted to 28 students. The research instruments used in this study were service tests and interviews about understanding service. The data analysis technique in this study is the normality test, and the hypothesis test is used to determine the effect of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games. Based on statistical calculations for service tests obtained by Z Hit (4.59)> Z daf (2.35), the Hi received means the influence of the direct instruction model on serviceability in badminton games at a level of confidence (α) of 0.05. As for understanding service excellence, as you know, service excellence is the first attack to get points. This study concludes that there is an influence of the direct instruction model on service in badminton games. The finding is that the direct instruction model still has that is all teacher-centered instruction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Sehingga akan diperoleh informasi mengenai kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dilihat dari faktor perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan wajib pajak tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 60 wajib pajak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial perkembangan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dan pengetahuan perpajakan tidak beroengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Namun secara simultan perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. This study aims to determine the effect of business development and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. So that information will be obtained regarding taxpayer compliance in carrying out its obligations seen from the business development factors and tax knowledge of the taxpayer. The population in this study were the actors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling and the number of samples obtained was 60 taxpayers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially business development has an effect on taxpayer compliance and knowledge of taxation has no effect on taxpayer compliance. However, simultaneously, business development and tax knowledge affect taxpayer compliance.

This study aimed to determine the concept of Karma Yoga in relationship with spiritual intelligence and employee performance of LPD in Buleleng Regency. The concept of Karma Yoga is a value of local genius that will provide guidelines for LPD employees in the form of sincerity in working as a basis for improving employee performance of LPD. The population in this study was all active LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of Karma Yoga and spiritual intelligence had a relationship with employee performance.

The aims of this article to know the Effect of Learning Time, School Env1ronment and Learn1ng Method on Basic Accounting Learning Outcomes of Class X AKL of Students SMK Negeri 3 Padang. In this research is a descriptive and associative research with a population of 98 students and 78 sample students with a proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by documentation and questionnaires. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The prerequisite tests were performed with a normality test, a heteroscedasticity test, a multicollinearity test, and with a multiple regression analysis technique. The results showed: (1) Learning Time, School Environment and Learning Method together had a significant effect on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05 with a contribution of 87%. (2) Learning Times have a significant effect on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05. (3) School Environment has a significant influence on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05. (4) Learning Methods also have a signifikacant effect on Learning Outcomes, sig 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: learning time, school environment, learning method, learning outcomes

The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and inferential analysis. The population in this study were visitors to the Khalista Hotel in Purwakarta who were involved in the decision to stay. A sample of 54 respondents was determined by using a random sampling technique by means of a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment while the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach. The analysis technique used is partial correlation, t test, multiple correlation, F test and multiple regression.The results of the study found that: (X1) Service Quality did not affect the Decision to Stay with a rcount of -0.535> with a rtabel of 0.2632; (X2) Price has a positive effect on Decision to Stay at Hotel Khalista Purwakarta with a value of rcount of 7,762> with rtabel of 0.2632 value; (X3) Location has a positive effect on Decision to Stay with a value of rcount of 15.87> with r table of 0.2632. The regression equation obtained is Y = 12,197 + -0.51X1 + 0.156X2 + 0.668X3

<p>The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning discipline <br />and logical mathematical intelligence on mathematics achievement. This study is a survey design. This research did in student class XI IPA SMA Negeri 98 Jakarta semester 2012/2013. The sample taken by simple random sampling technique, involved 40 students. The instrument were in the forms of questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed first by test requirements, the normality test, linearity and multicollinearity. Based on the fulfillment of the criteria in terms of the tes analyzed, inferential analysis to the test the research hypothesis. The data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression. The findings showed that (1) learning discipline and logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant simultaneous impact on mathematics achievement. (2) learning discipline had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. (3) logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. </p>

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar fisika peserta didik dan mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif fisika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 yang berjumlah 33 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar kognitif dan angket minat belajar peserta didik. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,0063 < 0,05) dan ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed)  lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) Abstract: This article aims to determine the influence of online learning with virtual labs on the learning interest of students ' physics and to know the influence of online learning with virtual labs on cognitive learning outcomes of student physics. This type of research is a quasi experiment with the experimental design of one group Pretests posttest. This research sample is a student of class X MIPA 1 which amounted 33 people determined with simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are cognitive learning results test and Angket learning interest learners. Data analysis results can be concluded that there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the learning interest of learners with a value of sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.05 (0.0063 < 0.05) and there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the outcome of the students ' cognitive learning with a sig (2-tailed) value smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher
