An automated device for deviation control from parallelism of surfaces in prismatic parts is described. The device is an inexpensive analog of a coordinate measuring machine and allows facilitating and accelerating considerably a process of measurement and processing information obtained in comparison with manual labor. There is presented an assembly drawing of an automated control device and also a structural and a block diagram of the control system for an automated control device. A description of elements of the control system and an automated control device is given, a principle of automated control device operation is de-scribed. To control measurements by a computer there is developed an application by LabVIEW graphic pro-gramming means.

Life support for first manned spaceflights was based on supplies of consumables. Crew life support systems based on supplies of water and oxygen, in spite of their simplicity, are extremely inefficient in orbital space missions and are unfeasible in deep space missions because of mass and volume constraints. Therefore, there are currently developed and are to be used on space stations the life support systems that are based on chemical and physical regeneration of water and oxygen extracted from human waste. In view of further advances in long-duration orbital stations, and the prospects of establishment of planetary outposts and deep space exploration, the problem of constructing an automated system for controlling a suite of regenerative LSS becomes urgent. The complexity of solving the problem of constructing an efficient control system in this case owes to the existence of a large number of effectiveness criteria. The paper proposes a system of consolidated global efficiency criteria, which allows to break up this problem into a series of sub-problems of optimization in order to solve this problem. The proposed criteria are longevity, cost, comfort. The paper presents a series of specific examples of using the proposed principles with necessary generalizations. This paper deals with various automated milling strategies and their influence on the accuracy of produced parts. Among the most important factors for surface quality is the automated milling strategy. Milling strategies were generated from two different programs, CAM system SolidCAM, with the help of workshop programming in the control system Heidenhain TNC 426. In the first step, simulations of different toolpaths were conducted. Using geometric tolerance is becoming increasingly important in robotized production, but its proper application requires a deeper understanding. This article presents the measurement of selected planes of robotized production to evaluate their flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity deviations after milling on the coordinate measuring machine Carl Zeiss Contura G2. Total average deviations, including all geometric tolerances, were 0.020 mm for SolidCAM and 0.016 mm for Heidenhain TNC 426. The result is significantly affected by the flatness of measured planes, where the overlap parameter of the tools has a significant impact on the flatness of the surface. With interchangeable cutter plate tools, it is better to use higher overlap to achieve better flatness. There is a significant difference in production time, with SolidCAM 25 min and 30 s, and Heidenhain 48 min and 19 s. In accordance with these findings, the SolidCAM system is more suitable for production.

В данной статье приводится описание технологического процесса обжига керамического кирпича в кольцевой печи Гофмана. Проанализирован существующий уровень автоматизации объекта. Приведено обоснование для внедрения автоматизированной системы управления процессом обжига кирпича и вариант структурной схемы системы автоматизированного управления. Также представлены основные характеристики интегрированной среды разработки SIMPLE-SCADA, выбранной для организации операторского уровня автоматизированной системы управления технологическим процессом. Для определения показателей качества системы определены прямые и косвенные оценки качества функционирования системы управления. This article describes the technological process of firing ceramic bricks in a ring Hoffmann furnace. The existing level of object automation is analyzed. The justification for the introduction of an automated control system for the brick firing process and a variant of the block diagram of the automated control system is given. The main characteristics of the integrated development environment SIMPLE-SCADA, selected for the organization of the operator level of the automated process control system, are also presented. To determine the quality indicators of the system, direct and indirect assessments of the quality of the management system are determined.

Моделирование неоднородных потоков событий, обрабатываемых в автоматизированной системе управлениях, позволяет оценить её потенциальные возможности, дать количественную оценку вероятности возникновения критических ситуаций, в которых невозможно организовать автоматизированное управление. Неоднородность потоков событий рассматривается в трёх аспектах. Во-первых, для обработки событий различных типов операторам автоматизированной системы требуется разное количество ресурсов, прежде всего временных. Во-вторых, потоки событий существенным образом различаются по интенсивности, а выборка значений интенсивностей разных типов событий является негауссовой. В-третьих, между потоками событий наблюдается сложный, трудно формализуемый механизм взаимовлияния. Для комплексного учёта данных аспектов рассматривается модель неоднородных по типам потоков событий, построенная на игре в размещение ранговых автоматов. Предложены два правила разрешения спорных стратегий в игре в размещение: приоритета действия первого и максимального соответствия. Modeling heterogeneous streams of events processed in automated control system makes it possible to assess its potential capabilities, to quantify the likelihood of critical situations in which it is impossible to organize automated control. The heterogeneity of streams of events is considered in three aspects. First, for processing events of various types, operators of an automated system require a different amount of resources, primarily temporary. Second, the streams of events differ significantly in intensity, and the sample of intensity values for different types of events is non-Gaussian. Thirdly, a complex, difficult to formalize mechanism of mutual influence is observed between the streams of events. For a comprehensive account of these aspects, a model of events heterogeneous by types is considered, built on the game of placing rank automata. Two rules for resolving controversial strategies in the placement game are proposed: the priority of the action of the first and the maximum match.

In Ukraine, the condition of surface water near industrial enterprises is extremely critical. The operation of enterprises leads to intensive water pollution with industrial and domestic wastewater. Therefore, improving the quality of treatment facilities through the introduction of automated control systems is an urgent problem. For the operation of automated control systems for typical cleaning processes, a software package is required, which is developed on the basis of appropriate algorithmic software and mathematical models of processes. To obtain them, methods of mathematical and simulation modeling and block diagram method of algorithmization were used. In order to assess the quality of the developed algorithm for controlling the process of buffer wastewater neutralization during operation, a comparison of control system operation based on this algorithm with the most successful foreign variants of neutralization control systems was made. Simulation for the average values of operating parameters Q = 75 m3 / h, CP = 75 g / l, and Ck = 2 g / l at minimum b = 0.02 g / l pH and maximum buffer value b = 0.47 g / l pH, and also with  unidirectional extreme combination of parameters Q = 50 m3 / h, CP = 100 g / l, b = 0,02 g / l pH and Q = 100 m3 / h, CP= 50 g / l, for minimum b = 0.02 g / l pH and maximum buffering value  b = 0.47 g / l pH shows that the best quality of transient processes is for the control system operating on the basis of the developed algorithm. For any combination of parameters, the transients for this control system provide better quality transients. Studies have shown that the control system based on the developed algorithm in comparison with the previously proposed systems provides better process control by reducing the time of transients and reducing the dynamic deviation of the output parameters, which improves the quality of wastewater treatment. Given the non-stationary process and high requirements for the cleaning parameters, manual control of this process is beyond the power of even an experienced operator. The developed mathematical model describing the dynamics of the wastewater neutralization reactor with buffer properties and the process control algorithm made it possible to proceed to the development of the control system software, which is necessary for the automated control of this process.

It is shown that quality assurance of block-modular electronic systems is achieved on the basis of reliability of control. It is necessary to provide control and diagnostics in full at all stages of the life cycle in the practice of developing and manufacturing programmable block-modular controllers. New results on the creation of the necessary means for automated control systems of serial-capable controllers are presented. Such systems can be used in preliminary and acceptance tests, as well as during adjustment in the production process. The algorithmic, software and hardware of the automated control system have been developed for functionally complete sets of modules (electronic panels). The development is performed for controllers in the tasks of the electric drive and can be used in other applications. The features of structural and circuit solutions and the layout of an automated control system are given.

In the current economic conditions it is particularly important to create reliable cost information, using the tools of the automated system operational controlling. Lack of an effective system of controlling of cost and management accounting often leads to problems in the development of management strategies by financial results and cost’s of oil production enterprises. ERP-system is currently possible to develop an effective strategy of cost management , but the controversial issues are the choice of objects of managerial cost accounting of oil and gas company, develop options for synthetic and analytical cost accounting group, using the 30 accounts and specific analytical grouping costs, creating transformation models of cost elements, costs of processes and costs, collected in their places of origin in the cost of oil and associated gas. According to a survey of large and marginal companies of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation, in the article we presented the content and relationship diagram of objects of costs controlling within automated enterprise management system, the classification of costs for primary and secondary, codes of 30th accounts, reflecting costs elements, the composition of the oil activities companies, which are formed in the context of costs according to the principles of the ABC method and the scheme of the formation of oil production costs within the automated control system of the company (SAP). The recommendations allow you to develop the costs controlling concept, as at group level and at the level of Oil and Gas Management.

A novel 5-Degree of Freedom PCMM (parallel coordinate measuring machine) was proposed, and its motion control system was designed. Compared with the other structural PCMMs, the structure feature of proposed PCMM was described. Then its motion control system was designed with the modularized and open architecture. The controlled scheme of hardware, which based on PC, PMAC motion control card and the precision measuring probe, was developed. The software of the motion control system was written by Visual Basic6.0 language. Finally, the process of motion control for 4-UPS-UPU PCMM was proposed. The new method above for design of motion control system is simple and effective, and may be applied to other parallel machine.

This work deals with the provision of underground, as one of the main modes of public transport, with automated control systems, in particular the provision of automated train management. It defines that the underground is one of the most progressive modes of transport, which is related to its environmental safety, comfort, and speed of movement, as this mode of transport does not intersect with other transport and pedestrian routes, which excludes traffic blocks. Underground is an important element of urbanized spaces, for it serves large passenger traffic. The article presents an algorithm for the creation of an automated control system for the underground train system. Based on this algorithm, a model of building an organizational and economic mechanism for automation of control systems has been developed. The diagram of organizational and technical implementation of the automated system of underground train management is presented. An economic analysis of the effectiveness of the application of the automated control system of underground trains was carried out. The recoupment on the acquisition and installation of automation systems is very high. The application of the automated system will increase the capacity of the underground by optimizing the traffic schedules, which will contribute to increasing its profitability. It is also useful to determine the reduction of electricity consumption due to the change in the dynamics of acceleration and braking systems, which is important, as the underground is a powerful enterprise. In the future, a promising direction is to streamline the coordination of train schedules and other modes of land public transport.
