Leadership style is a style used by a leader to lead the organization by using existing resources within the organization to achieve organizational goals. Human resources are one of the resources that exist within the organization that can be utilized leader for the achievement of organizational goals. Employees are human resources that can be utilized by a leader in achieving organizational goals. It is important for a leader to be able to use an appropriate leadership style with the organization, in an effort to improve employee work motivation, which affects the performance of employees who support the achievement of organizational goals. In this study will be discussed about the performance of employees who are influenced by the style of leadership and work motivation. The results showed that employee performance is influenced by the level of work motivation and leadership style. In addition, the appropriate style of leader will affect the level of employee motivation, so it can significantly improve the performance of employees within an organization.

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. This study aims to: (1) analyze the cultural influence of employee organization, in the form of integrity, professional, innovation, responsibility, and conscientiousness 2) analyze the influence of employee's work leadership style, in the form of spiritual leadership, autocratic style, laissez-fair style, and transformational style (3) analyze the influence of employee work motivation, the need for flexibility, the need to excel, the need for affiliation, and reward (4) analyze the influence of employee development, namely: benchmarking, learning tasks, intelegent quotient, and emotional quotient (5) analyzing leadership style influence on human resource development (6) analyzing the influence of motivation (7) analyzing organizational culture through human resource development (8) analyzing leadership style through human resource development affect employee performance. (9) analyzing motivation through the development of human resources affects the performance of employees (10) analyzing the development of human resources affects the performance of employees The object of this research is employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sulawesi which is divided into 24 Offices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of The City Regency and 1 Regional Office. The sample of this study was 386 out of a population of 10,293 employees. The research sample was obtained by random sampling cluster technique after which the population was proportionate using proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed with the Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed: (1) Organizational Culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects employee performance (3) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (4) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (5) Leadership style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development (6) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development. (7) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Development (8) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development (9) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance through Human Resource Development. Human Resources development has an important role in improving employee performance and productivity. In developing human resources, it can be done using a work motivation approach where work motivation is an impulse to do something consciously that arises from within and outside of each individual with the aim of increasing superior and competitive human resources. In the work motivation there are 6 motivational theories including: Need theory from Abraham Maslow, (b) Frederick Herzberg's two-factor theory, (c) McClelland's Achievement Theory, (d) Strengthening Theory (e ) Expectancy Theory, (f) Purpose Theory as Motivation. Based on this theory a leader can do various things to improve employee motivation and work to improve work productivity because with high motivation, work productivity will also be high and vice versa because between the two will be interrelated.

Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk (PTBA) is a state-owned companies in the field of the largest coal mine in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style to employee motivation human resource Human Resources Division, how much influence employee motivation to employee performance Human Resources Division Human Resources Division and how much influence the style of Leadership Human Resources Division directly or indirectly against employees HR Human Resources Division office Tanjung Enim mining center unit PTBA. The method in this study is associative with the design of the study through the survey method by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by simple random sampling and data processed with SPSS 17.0 software. From the results of research studies can be explained that the leadership style that has a positive and significant impact on employee motivation high and low HR Division PTBA directly with the influence of (0.349) 2 = 12.18%, as well as motivation to have a positive and significant  influence of high low level of employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division directly, further direct leadership style has positive and significant impact on employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division and influential leadership style indirectly through employee motivation to the Human Resources Division kenerja PTBA.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style to work motivation, influence of work discipline to work motivation, influence of compensation to work motivation, influence of leadership style to employee performance, influence of work discipline to employee performance, influence of compensation to performance, influence of leadership style, work, compensation through work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this research is employees of Bank Syariah X Branch Batam as many as 160 employees. The sampling technique used the census technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 22. The result of this research is as follows: Leadership style has significant influence on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, compensation has significant effect on work motivation, the leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has significant effect on employee performance, compensation has significant effect to employee performance, leadership style, work discipline, and compensation have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.
