The holy principles of pests and surgical principles are required when action is taken. Bacterial infection is one of the most common and most frequent complications. In the revocation action of RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri put patient safety as the main priority in health service. Post-tooth extraction infection may occur because the equipment and room are not sterile, the operator does not follow the existing SOP, inappropriate drug administration and the patient's own condition. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of patient safety management on post-tooth extraction infection of Oral Surgery patients at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Method used in this research is quantitative, Descriptive Observational as the process of data collection using Transversal Study design (Cross Sectional). The population of 112 person was taken at the oral surgery clinic of RSGMP IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri from 18 January to 18 February 2018. All the respondents were observed and examined from preparation of tooth extraxtion to control. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling by lottery technique By using Slovin formula,  error rate of 2% obtained 107 samples. The result of multiple linear correlation analysis was obtained by equipment patient safety (0) (p-value = 0,000 <α = 0,05), place extraction patient safety (X2) (p-value = 0,000 <α = 0,05) (p = 0,401> α = 0,05) post-extraction instruction (X4) (p = 0,007 <α = 0,05). There is significant influence of patient safety of equipment (X1), place extraction patient safety (X2 and tooth extraction instruction, while tooth-extraction operator (X3) ) (p-value = 0.401> α = 0.05) had no significant effect on post-tooth extraction infection.R square value of 38 , 5%, means that the influence of the 4 variables is 38.5%, and the rest explained other variables that are not studied in this study. It is found that post-tooth extraction infection after the control is 17.8% .The most dominant influence is place extraction variable.

AbstrakKeselamatan pasien merupakan dasar dari pelayanan kesehatan yang baik. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dalam sasaran keselamatan pasien terdiri dari ketepatan identifikasi pasien, peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif, peningkatan keamanan obat yang perlu diwaspadai, kepastian tepat lokasi, prosedur, dan tepat pasien operasi, pengurangan risiko infeksi, pengurangan risiko pasien jatuh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedaung Wetan Kota Tangerang. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisa diatas menggunakan analisa Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil Penelitian ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan, dengan hasil, p value sebesar 0,013 &lt; 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapa Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan. Knowledge of health personnel in patient safety targets consists of accurate patient identification, increased effective communication, increased safety of the drug that needs to be watched, certainty in the right location, procedure, and precise patient surgery, reduction in risk of infection, reduction in risk of falling patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the application of patient safety to health workers in the Kedaung Wetan Health Center, Tangerang City. The research method uses descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach. The population is 50 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The analysis technique above uses Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results of the study there is a Relationship of Knowledge with the Implementation of Patient Safety in Health Officers, with the result, p value of 0.013 &lt;0.05, it can be concluded that there is a Relationship between Knowledge and Patient Safety Implementation in Health Officers. In the patient safety standards / International Patient Safety Goal (IPSG), especially the prevention of the risk of falling must be applied by nurses, age is one of the internal factors that affect compliance. This study aims to determine the correlation between age of nurses with adherence in the implementation of prevention of falling patients in Samarinda Government Hospital using a descriptive correlation design and cross sectional approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and observation sheet with a sample of 51 nurses in the non-intensive inpatient room with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis test in this study uses the Spearman rank test with the results of p value 0.026 (rho = 0.312), so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the age of nurses with adherence in the implementation of prevention of falling patients.

The safety of hospital patients is the hospital system to make patient care safer. Safe from the possibility of the risk of Patient Safety Incidents (IKP). One that can override the Model COPA patient safety is requesting more competent, safe practices, verified by examination performance. This study used a descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach. The goal is to obtain COPA analysis model approach and the determinant factors of nurses with patient safety. The population is all nurses in inpatient hospital Abdul Manap city of Jambi. The number of samples in this study were 50 nurses using total sampling technique. In the bivariate analysis, obtained variables skills assessment and intervention, communication, critical thinking, human caring and relations of social, management, leadership, teaching and integration of science, gender, type of education, length of work, married status, employment status, accreditation campus, GPA, there is a significant association with patient safety with p-value <0.005. Meanwhile, to test each dependent variable and independent variables used chi square test. Multivariate analysis using logistic regression. For that to hospitals in hiring the necessary consideration in terms of the skill factor, for workforce training nurses for patient safety and hospital complements the SPO and equipment less.

The quality of health services is the main focus in health service facilities, especially hospitals. A patient safety culture can improve quality and patient safety. Nurse clinical leadership was identified as one of the supporting factors for the successful application of a patient safety culture. This study aims to analyze the relationship between clinical leadership of nurses and the application of a patient safety culture at Nurul Hasanah Hospital. This type of research is descriptive correlational analytic with cross sectional approach.The population in this study were all nurses at Nurul Hasanah Hospital with a total sampling technique of 62 nurses. The results showed that most of the respondents with good clinical leadership (53.2%), most of the application of a good patient safety culture (66.1%) and there was a significant relationship between the clinical leadership of nurses and the application of a patient safety culture (p-value = 0.043). So it can be concluded that the application of a good patient safety culture can be realized by the optimal clinical leadership abilities of nurses. Therefore, the support of the hospital managerial is very important to support the clinical leadership competence of nurses in realizing the achievement of a patient safety culture through both formal and non-formal education.

The patient safety mission at the hospital is to prevent patient safety incidents from occurring, the number of incidents is said to be like an iceberg phenomenon. The incidence rate in Indonesia based on data from the Joint Commission International (2012) shows that as many as 13% due to surgical errors and 68% due to blood transfusion errors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership support and compliance with nurses in identifying patients in the implementation of patient safety in the Datu Beru Aceh Hospital. Tengah. The research design used a quantitative analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The population of all nurses working in the Women's Internal Medicine Room at Datu Beru Hospital, Central Aceh was 34 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate with chi_square. The results of the research variable Leadership Support with Nurse Adherence obtained p-value = 0,000, meaning that there is a relationship between leadership support and nurse compliance to identify patients in the application of patient safety. Multivariate analysis of leadership support variables obtained sig value of 0.000 <p = 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of the leadership support variable on nurse compliance. There is a relationship between leadership support and the compliance of nurses to identify patients in the application of patient safety and there is a significant effect.

Patient safety is a system created by the Hospital so that patient care safe. Which issupported by the knowledge and attitudes that are the result of the idea through to a particularobject sensing and social interaction so that the formation of one's actions. The aim of researchto determine the relationship of the nurse's knowledge about patient safety by implementinghospital patient safety procedures in Hospital Nursing Waluya Sawahan Malang.This study used a correlational design with cross sectional approach. The population inthis study nurses were 60 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Diggerquestionnaire data. The data obtained were analyzed with a computerized program usingSpearman Rank Test. The results of the research data showed the majority of 49 respondents (81.7%) havesufficient knowledge and fraction 3 respondents (5.0%) knowledgeable good. Whereas in theimplementation of Hospital Patient Safety mostly 41 respondents (68.3%) Less Patient Safetyimplementation and fraction 3 respondents (5.0%) Patient Safety good execution. Analysis of thedata by the Spearman Rank test was obtained (p value) (0,001) &lt;α (0.05) means that there is arelationship between knowledge of nurses with the implementation of a hospital patient safetyprocedures in hospital Panti Waluya Sawahan Malang. While the correlation coefficient 0.420means that relationships are.Recommended Suggestions for further research conduct further research to measureother variables that have not been studied as a nurse attitudes towards implementation. Researchcan be done by the method of observation and in-depth interview since Patient Safety is verycomplex.

<p class="jkshead1">ABSTRACT</p><p><em>Burnout is physical, emotional, and mental fatigue due to long-term involvement in situations full of emotional demands. Nursing students may be at risk for burnout due to the many tasks and routines of lif</em><em>e.</em><em> </em><em>This research aimed to describe burnout in students of nursing department and burnout level difference between two periods of intake. This research used quantitative descriptive study with the type of cross sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. The sample size was 156 respondents</em><em>.</em><em> Data were analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage, as well as Kolmogorov-Smirnov.<strong> </strong>The majority of respondents were female (80,8%), chose a major that fit their interest (67,9%), very satisfactory GPA (62,8%), and from Central Java (65,4%). The number of respondents in 2013 and 2014 was 77 and 79 students. respectively. The majority of students experiencing moderate level of burnout was (56,4%). Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (80,8%), kuliah sesuai dengan minatnya (67,9%), IPK sangat memuaskan (62,8%), dan berasal dari Jawa Tengah (65,4%). Jumlah responden angkatan 2013 dan 2014 adalah 77 dan 79 orang. Mayoritas mahasiswa mengalami <em>burnout </em>tingkat sedang (56,4%). Uji <em>Kolmogorov-Smirnov</em> menunjukkan <em>p-value</em> 0,170. Background: Missing or lost teeth after tooth extraction may lead to tooth decay and infection. Many cases of tooth loss will not be followed with prosthodontics or rehabilitative treatments. Patients might be aware of partial denture, however no concern to replace the missing teeth.Aims: This study was to determine the relationship between the levels of knowledge and interest in using the partial dentures.Methods: This study was an observational analytic survey with cross sectional design, conducted in October - November 2017. The work involved 60 patients who had pulled teeth at Kanina Dental Clinic, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, who had been selected using purposive sampling technique. Levels of knowledge and interest among the participants were assessed by a set of questionnaire. The data obtained was then analysed using Kendall's Tau test.Results: From the study, we found that 35 respondents had good knowledge and high interest to use partial dentures (58.3%), while the other 22 patients (40%) had been noted with less knowledge and poor maintenance. From Kendall's Tau test, we found a significant relationship between the patient's knowledge and partial removal denture maintenance of p value = 0.003. This study also highlights the role of patients’ peer to their decision to use the removable partial dentures.Conclusion: Respondents may consider loosing teeth affected to their physical aesthetics, masticatory system, and speaking comfort. Data shows the higher knowledge to the benefits of partial dentures the higher their interest in using removable partial dentures after tooth extraction.

Patient safety is a significant global health problem and a top priority for incidents prevention. Data revealed that the patient safety goals’ average implementation was only 33.5%, far away from the 100% target. The compliance of hand hygiene among nurses, meanwhile, was only 28.6%. This study aims to analyze factors associated with the implementation of patient safety goals among nurses at X Hospital Karawang. A cross-sectional approach with a simple random sampling technique was implemented in this study. A total of 117 nurses in the inpatient room were recruited in this study. A significant relationship showed knowledge, supervision, motivation, and the implementation of patient safety goals (p-value < 0.05). Supervision from the head nurse is the most associated factor. By improving the quality of Supervision, will influence the application of patient safety goals; therefore, that a patient safety culture is created and achieved well. recommend to define clearly the significant of patient safety and what kind of indicators we can use to measure this? and evaluate qualitatively (not using percetange) to indicate the extent to which patient safety is applied.   Keywords: patient safety goals, Supervision, knowledge, motivati

Background: Nurse performance in patient safety implementation context is closely related to efforts to prevent the impact of unexpected events on patients such as death and permanent disability. The individual performance can be seen from the characteristics and motivation that determine the results of work. Early survey found that there were nurse who did not implemented patient safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between characteristics and motivation with the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety in the Inpatient Unit of Regional Public Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang.Methods: The type of research was a cross sectional study. 45 nurses in surgical, child and internal room as sample were taken using simple random sampling technique. Data was analysis with chi square test.Results: The results of this research are known as age with p value (0.291), gender with p value (1,000), education with p value (0.862), marital status with p value (0.196) and working period with p value 0.247 and motivation with pvalue (0.000).Conclusions: There was a relationship between motivation and nurses' performance in implementing patient safety.
