The purpose of this study was (1) Know the process of applying for K3 management system development projects Fly Over Flower Market Surabaya, (2) Getting the elements associated with OHSAS 18001:2007. From the analysis it was found that (1) monitoring and evaluation process of the construction SMK3 Fly Over Flower Market, is only intended to measure the level of implementation of SMK3 in fulfilling the terms of the security, safety and health at the site of construction activities carried out to the service user (PIU ), KDP, and the service provider. By adjusting the results of the monitoring and evaluation SMK3 into the element K3 OHSAS 18001:2007 Management, implementation SMK3 more profitable. The advantage is that its elements can be used to specify the K3 policy, planning, program objectives and K3. (2) Through Gap Analysis calculations using the Radar Chart, obtained K3 Management OHSAS 18001:2007 elements associated with the results of the monitoring and evaluation is an element SMK3 K3 Policy (clause 4.2) with a value of 94.00%, Planning (clause 4.3) with values 96.30%, Implementation and Operation (clause 4.4) with a value of 96.30%, Inspection and Repair (clause 4.5) with a value of 93.34% and Management Review (clause 4.6) with a value of 93.33%. It shows very well and in accordance with the implementation of the management system K3 is done through monitoring and evaluation.Kata kunci : fly over, gap analysis, OHSAS

Introduction: Based on Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, companies with more than 100 workers and have a high potential for hazards are required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The purpose of this study is to review the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 at PT Totalindo Eka Persada, the Kingland Avenue Serpong Project in 2020. Methods: This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The informants of this study used 2 key informants, namely the HSE Manager and construction K3 experts.Research data information is obtained from interviews, documents, and observations. Results: Based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 obtained a suitability of 86.5%. The level of achievement in detail is, monitoring and evaluation of K3 performance at 75%, implementation of the K3 plan 78%, determining K3 policy 100%, and planning K3 100%. Discussion: Total value of the five elements of Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 in the kingland avenue project of PT. Totalindo Eka Persada in 2020 is 86.5% so that the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) is classified as satisfactory based on the provisions required by Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.

In the Minister of Health Regulation Number 66 of 2016, concerning occupational health and safety in Hospitals, a hospital is a workplace with a high risk of safety and health. In addition, in the context of managing and controlling risks related to occupational health and safety in hospitals, it is necessary to organize occupational health and safety in hospitals to create hospital conditions that are healthy, safe, and comfortable. The occupational health and safety reported there was still an accident occur at the Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. This study was to overview the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital in 2020. This research was a qualitative descriptive study with an in-depth interview and observation approach conducted at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital from January to December 2020. The population is all workers registered as employees at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Informants in this research were those who have the authority and knowledge about the immplementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) in Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Concerning the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) have not been implemented optimally. It is expected that Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital implemented of occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) optimally.

Pertumbuhan industri yang semakin marak saat ini, membutuhkan komitmen dan tanggungjawab para pelaku industri untuk ikut serta menjaga lingkungan agar tetap lestari. PenerapanSistem Manajemen Lingkungan (SML) ISO 14000, menjamin konsumen dan masyarakatakan komitmen industry tersebut. Persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif, menginisiasiPT. Citra Abadi Sejati untuk meningkatkan citra perusahaan dengan ISO 14000.Permasalahan yang ada yaitu belum mengetahui secara mendetail dokumen dan tahapanproses yang harus dilengkapi untuk memenuhi syarat pengajuan sertifikasi ISO 14000.Metode gap analysis merupakan metode yang paling tepat dalam mengidentifikasi danmengevaluasi kondisi perusahaan saat ini, sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan perbaikandalam implementasi ISO 14001. Berdasarkan hasil gap analysis secara menyeluruhdidapatkan nilai sebesar 15%, menunjukkan kesiapan PT. Citra Abadi Sejati dalampengimplementasian ISO 14001:2015 dan melakukan sertifikasi. Perlu dilakukan perbaikanterhadap 3 klausul yang belum terpenuhi dengan mengacu pada rekomendasi yang telahdiberikan yaitu klausul 4.1 ; klausul 4.2 dan klausul 9.1.2. The growth of the industry that is increasingly widespread now, requires commitment andresponsibility of industry players to participate in protecting the environment in order toremain sustainable. The application of ISO 14000's Environmental Management System(SML) guarantees consumers and the community the industry's commitment. Increasinglycompetitive market competition, initiated PT. Citra Abadi Sejati to improve company imagewith ISO 14000. The existing problem is not knowing in detail the documents and stages ofthe process that must be completed to meet the requirements for applying for ISO 14000certification. Gap analysis method is the most appropriate method in identifying andevaluating the company's current condition , so that corrective action can be taken inimplementing ISO 14001. Based on the results of the overall gap analysis, a value of 15% isobtained, indicating the readiness of PT. Citra Abadi Sejati in implementing ISO 14001:2015 and certifying. It is necessary to make improvements to the 3 clauses that have not beenfulfilled by referring to the recommendations that have been given, namely clause 4.1; clause4.2 and clause 9.1.2.

Abstract: The business of health services is a business that is closely related to social responsibility because the object is human so that it cannot be equated with other businesses. Hospital as one of the health service facilities, has a role in increasing public awareness of the importance of health. A hospital is a unique and complex organization because it is a labor-intensive institution, has charac- teristics and functions and functions that are specific to the process of producing medical services and have various professional groups in the service of sufferers. This study aims to design a Perfor- mance Management System in order to analyze internal and external factors, facilitate the monitoring and evaluation process to improve the performance and competitive advantage of Rumah Sakit Bersalin X Pacitan as a whole and improve purchase division performance in particular. The re- search method used in this study is qualitative with purposive sampling for sampling techniques. The results of this study, that management of Rumah Sakit Bersalin X execute High Contacts Busi- ness Strategy by means of recruiting workers who have the competence, knowledge, skills and abilities as a core employee business company that cannot be excluded, because this workforce is an executor in the company and is very much needed to be maintained. It can be seen from learning and growth perspective, the companies prefer ‘people expertise’, by choosing workers who have expertise that is tailored to each division within the company. People expertise is prepared as the executor of the company’s strategies and plans that are seen in the internal process. The dominance of these people expertise that drives ‘operational excellence’ which is expected to increase cus- tomer equity and thus will affect the company’s overall income and profitability.

This research examined the problems of the tourism sector of the economy, that was described from the perspective of potential informatization. The features of the tourism industry functioning were reflected, some proposals were put forward regarding the design and development of an automated management system, and the geographical affiliation of the research areas were indicated. The tourist and recreational complex was proposed to understand as a separate component of the tourism industry, and was accordingly accepted as the object for the projected automated system. The authors had refined the formulation of the term "tourist and recreational complex" as a complex socio-economic system based on the problems and possibilities of it’s informatization. Sufficient attention was paid to the identification of the characteristic features of the tourist and recreational complex, to the designation and addition of its functions, to the possibilities and difficulties of formalization. Some features and problems of the designing an automated control system were described in this research, there were also suggests about its conceptual structure, and outlines the for further research. Special attention was paid to the developing of the automated system for managing the tourist and recreational complex, based on the requests, needs and capabilities of its three main groups of users: regional (district) management, business and guests (tourists, recreants).
