This aims of this study is to determine the effect of orientation marketing andproduct innovation on performance marketing in PT. Novapharin Gresik. This type ofresearch is survey research and this study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling is doneby using a purposive sampling method that is with certain considerations so that thenumber of samples obtained is 100 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire thathad been tested for validity and reliability and carried out classical assumption tests. Thedata analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This analysis model is used todetermine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Empirically Theresults of the study show that there is a simultaneous influence of the OrientationMarketing and Product Innovation variables on Performance Marketing and partiallyinfluence, that Orientation Marketing has a positive and significant effect on PerformanceMarketing and Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on PerformanceMarketing.Keywords: Orientation Marketing, Product Innovation, and Marketing Performance

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service qualitywhich including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy oncustomer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan. The population in this research are the PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan guests which approximately about 326 persons. The sample in this research are 77 persons of PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan customers with accidental sampling method and Slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’ss scale, documentation, and interview. The data analysis technique in this research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test and linear regression processed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows version 18.00 computer application program. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence on service quality to customer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfactionAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, kesigapan, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kerta Gaya Pustaka Kandangan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah tamu-tamu dari PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan sejumlah sekitar 326 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 77 orang yang diambil dengan metode accidental sampling dan formula slovin untuk menganalisis data sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear yang diproses dengan program komputer SPSS for Windows versi 18. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service quality which including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy at karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung  on customer satisfaction. This research uses descriptive analysis, simple Linear Regression analysis, validity and reliability test and t test. Populations in this study are 138 persons.  The sample in this resech area 100 persons o f karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung customers with a   accidental sampling method and slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’s scale, interview and documentation.The data analysis technique and research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and linear regression. Abstract: The purposes of this research are to investigate and analyze the effect of work motivation, competency, and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the police officers working in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province. The method of research is descriptive and the how independent variables affect dependent ones, is reviewed. Therefore, our research is explanatory research. The number of populations employed in this research is 185 polices. The samples are taken based on random sampling method with the sample size 30% of the population. Therefore, the number of samples is 55 polices. The instrument of research is tested with validity and reliability test, and the data are tested with double linear regression. The research proves that the work motivation, competency and compensation affect simultaneously and partially to the performance of the police officers. The work motivation has the dominant effect on the performance of the police officers in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province.Keywords: work motivation, competency, compensation, performance.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis dampak dari motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan mereview bagaimana variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 185 orang polisi. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampel acak sebanyak 30% dari populasi, yaitu 55 polisi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan data diuji menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara simultan maupun parsial mempengaruhi kinerja polisi. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, kompetensi, kompensasi, kinerja

<em>This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and market orientation on competitive advantage on Jeans brands in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. This study used survey research type with a sampling method saturated with the number of respondents as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product innovation and market orientation on the competitive advantage of jeans brand in Kebayoran Lama Jakarta. Product innovation is something that can be seen as a functional advancement of a product that can take the product one step further than competitors' products. Likewise, market orientation can find out the needs and desires of consumers, so that it can make a competitive advantage over the products being marketed.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type with a total of 100 respondents who had visited and bought products at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 21 program. The results show that price discount have an influence on impulse buying, in-store display have an influence on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle has an influence on impulse buying, and price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle have a simultaneous influence on impulse buying.

This study aims to determine: the influence of Ethical Behaviors and Ethical Responsibility and Trust on marketing performance. The effect of Ethical Behaviors and Ethical Responsibility and Trust on product innovation. Effect of Product Innovation on marketing performance. The effect of Ethical Behaviors and Ethical Responsibility and Trust on marketing performance through product innovation.This type of research is quantitative research, with research variables Ethical Behaviors, Ethical Responsibility And Trust, product innovation and marketing performance. The population in this study is consumers of Yamaha N 'Max motorcycle products in Banjarnegara Regency. The sampling method is purposive sampling, based on characteristics or criteria,n and the number of samples is 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equations with a significance level of 5%.The results shows that Ethical Behaviors have a positive and not significant effect on marketing performance. Ethical Behaviors have a positive and insignificant effect on product innovation. Ethical Responsibility and Trust and product innovation have a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. Product innovation is able to mediate the influence of Ethical Behaviors. Product innovation is able to mediate the influence of Ethical Responsibility and Trust on marketing performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence employee intention to conduct whistleblowing actions based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) proposed by Ajzen and Fishben (1988). The variables used in this study are subjective norms, attitudes toward behavior and perceptions of behavior control as independent variables and the intention to conduct whistleblowing as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at the Tabanan District Attorney. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with saturated sampling method (census). Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This analysis is used to calculate the magnitude of the influence of subjective norms, attitudes toward behavior and perceptions of behavioral control on the intention to conduct whistleblowing actions. The results of this study state that subjective norms have a significant effect on employee intention to conduct whistleblowing actions. In addition, attitudes towards behavior also have a significant effect on employees' intention to conduct whistleblowing actions. Perceptions of behavioral control also have a significant effect on employee intentions to carry out whistleblowing actions.

This study was headed to ascertain the effect of market orientation towards the marketing  performance which mediated by innovation product. This research is conducted in Denpasar City, involving 30 respondents who are owners or managers of Pie Susu SMMEs. Determined by using the purposive sampling method. Data collection is conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques utilized in this research are the path analysis technique and Sobel test. Results of this research have shown evidence that product innovation is able to mediate the influence of market orientation on marketing performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded with and product innovation capable of fully mediating the market influence on marketing.

Employee performance is the work of an individual from a plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of production employees at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar. This research was conducted at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar. The number of samples taken was 32 employees, with a saturated sampling method. The research instrument was tested by validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The influence of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of employees in the production department at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar with the t-calculated value of each variable including work skills (X1) 2.172 and t-table value of 1.701 when compared, the t-count value is greater than t-table and t-count values ​​are in the rejection area of ​​Ho, teamwork (X2) 2,342 and t-table value 1.701, motivation (X3) 3,935 and t-table value 1.701 The results of the f-test show that there is the influence of work skills, teamwork, and motivation on the performance of production employees at the Cahaya Silver Art Shop in Celuk, Gianyar.
