Individuals with Problematic Internet Use (PIU) who use the internet excessively, it gave the causes of the difficulties to control using the internet and bad impact of physical and mental disorder.   The research aims to show the relationship among biological, psychological, and social factors with PIU so it can be created some relation model which explain about this phenomenon. Simple random sampling is a sampling technique used of this research. Subjects used of this research were 403 individuals who were in the age of emerging adulthood. Data collection method used in this research is PIU and bio psychosocial scale which consists of three parts are biology, psychology, and social. Based on the data processing, a relationship model among biology, psychology, social, and PIU where the relationship model has a chi square score of 0.102 with a probability score of 0.061, a CMIN / DF score of 1.518, a GFI of 0.919, an AGFI of 0.971, a CFI equal to 1.00, TLI of 0.90, and the score of RMSEA 0.072 so the model was proposed as strong and acceptable category. The model shows strongest relationship is the relationship between social and PIU was 0.47, psychology with PIU was 0.22, and biology with PIU was 0.12.

This study aims to get understanding on how the anxiety coping strategies of psychiatric nurses in handling patients who still feel anxious in the Intensive Service Unit (UPI). The method used in this study is a qualitative research by taking data based on the condition of natural objects. The study is conducted on psychiatric nurses in the Intensive Service Unit at Prof. Dr. Soerojo psychiatric Hospital in Magelang. The respondents of this study are taken from stratified purposive sampling that the writers take 2 female psychiatric nurses from female UPI and 3 male psychiatric nurses from Male UPI. Data are collected by observation and interview. The results show that the coping strategies that emerged from each subject differr one another, not all aspects of the coping strategy were used by the respondents. This means that by varying the coping strategies emerging from each respondent can be used as a reference as a study learned by individuals with the same conditions experienced by the respondents.

Everyone has problem to solve. Each problem has positive and negative impacts but it makes someone stronger. This research aims to figure out the effectiveness of expressive writing and social media as media to express thought, ideas, and emotion of the users. The arrangement of research is descriptive studies through the examination a number of social media accounts by employing purposive sampling method. Expressive writing is an activity to direct to communication skill through writing for sharing feelings, thoughts, and anything that is wanted by the user without a feeling of being blamed by somebody else. Expressive writing becomes one of curative alternatives to solve traumatic experience and other psychological matters. Expressive writing helps someone to release emotional expression. Expressive writing in the era of technology is not only performed in conventional ways, handwriting but also performed through modern devices. Social media such as facebook, twitter, and path is a product of technology that is popularly used to share problems (expressive writing). This is phenomenology research. It shows that 150 user accounts of facebook, twitter, and path conduct expressive writing to release their emotional expression on problems that they are facing. Based on the research, it is found the impact of social anxiety on the reliance on social media that is significant and positive.

The increasing number of cases of manipulation of financial statements that often occur to date has made the public increasingly question the performance of the auditor profession. This is because, most cases of manipulation can occur due to the negligence of auditors who are unable to detect the fraud. So the opinion published is not correct, and then the information presented in the auditor's report becomes misleading. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the various factors that can increase the accuracy of auditor's opinion. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between auditor competence, experience, and professional skepticism on accuracy of auditor's opinion. In addition, this research was also conducted to analyze the moderating effect of the gender variable on the respective relationship between auditor competence, experience, and professional skepticism on accuracy of auditor's opinion. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to 142 auditors who work in public accounting firms in Yogyakarta, Solo and Semarang. This research was tested statistically using simultaneous equations assisted by the SmartPLS application. This research result has found that auditor competence, experience and professional skepticism gives positive influence on accuracy of auditor's opinion. In addition, gender has also been shown to have a positive effect on accuracy of auditor’s opinion as moderating variable.

This study aims to determine the role of caregivers in configuring children's independence in Mustika Tama orphanages in Bantul in year 2020.Data were collected from documentation, observations, and interviews with caregivers and foster children at Mustika Tama orphanage. The data obtained then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods with steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing the validity of the data using Triangulation method.Based on the results of the study, it was found that the role of caregivers was crucial to the formation of independence in the children's at Mustika Tama orphanage. Caregivers have a role to guide, educate, care for, love affectionately and provide high motivation to children. The role of caregivers in configuring children's independence is influenced by inhibiting and supporting factors. Inhibiting factors such as: the characteristics of different children, children are likely to go along and stubborn. The supporting factor is that the facilities provided by the management to the caregiver are maximized.

This study aims to determine: the influence of Ethical Behaviors and Ethical Responsibility and Trust on marketing performance. The effect of Ethical Behaviors and Ethical Responsibility and Trust on product innovation. Effect of Product Innovation on marketing performance. The effect of Ethical Behaviors and Ethical Responsibility and Trust on marketing performance through product innovation.This type of research is quantitative research, with research variables Ethical Behaviors, Ethical Responsibility And Trust, product innovation and marketing performance. The population in this study is consumers of Yamaha N 'Max motorcycle products in Banjarnegara Regency. The sampling method is purposive sampling, based on characteristics or criteria,n and the number of samples is 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equations with a significance level of 5%.The results shows that Ethical Behaviors have a positive and not significant effect on marketing performance. Ethical Behaviors have a positive and insignificant effect on product innovation. Ethical Responsibility and Trust and product innovation have a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. Product innovation is able to mediate the influence of Ethical Behaviors. Product innovation is able to mediate the influence of Ethical Responsibility and Trust on marketing performance.

This study is a preliminary investigation to find out teacher and parents’ knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA), to find out teacher and parents attitudes towards CSA prevention education in school, and to find out what CSA topics that have been taught by teachers and parents with their children in Kendari. The data were collected by using questionnaires with 627 total respondents. The results revealed that the knowledge of teachers and parents’ CSA in Kendari is of average level.  59,6% of teacher and parents have enough information about CSA.  Despite the average knowledge, they have a positive attitude (80.7%) towards CSA prevention education in school.  Most of them (54.5%) report that they already implemented CSA prevention education for their children. Majority of teachers and parents (75,28%) admits to have heard about cases of CSA in Kendari.  Most of them obtained information from TV/electronic media (44,54%), stories being passed around the neighborhood (19,33%), and from the other sources: newspapers, closed family, relatives, and children’s school.  One of the sexual abuse cases which has been widely circulated among the respondents is a stepfather or a teacher who allegedly sexually harasses his child, and majority of people have committed CSA are from close family, such as: stepfather, teacher, neighbor, family friends, uncle, grandfather, or parent’s grocery subscription.  Keywords: awareness, child sexual abuse (CSA), teachers, parents

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of dividend policy, growth company, and business risk to the company’s value with the capital structure as the mediating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for years 2012-2016. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Total sample according to criterionthat is 265 and the statistical tool used Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 5.0. Independent variables of this study are dividend policy, growth company which proxied with sales growth, and business risk. Dependent variable of this study is company’s value proxied with Tobin’s Q, while the intervening variable of this study is capital structure. The result of this study proves that dividend policy gives the positive and significant effect to company’s value, growth company gives negative and not significant effect to company’s value, business risk gives positive effect and significant to company’s value. Growth company has no significant effect on company’s value if it is not mediated by the capital structure. Capital structure capable of mediating influence dividend policy, growth company, and business risk of company’s value.

The purpose of this research is to determine wheater discipline, motiation and job performance having high rates on Public Service in MPP Kulon Progo. The respondens are 30 from Samsat Kulon Progo consist of 10 from Satintelkan and 20 from Satlantas. Data use questionnaire with Likert scale for measurement. Queastionnaire consist of 13 for dicipline, 14 for motivation and 10 for job performance. Analysis data use means analysis that compared by normal curve score. This research aims to analyzing the indicators of each dimention with means scales. The result of the research has evidanced that firmness of disciplines, need for self esteem of motivation and job quantity of job performance have 4.43, 4.47, and 4.70 which highest means, having best category. Justice of diciplines, self actualization of motivation and attitude of job performance have 4.23, 4.25 and 4.53 whisch lowest means, having best category. The main conclution that can be drawn in this study are disciplines, motivation and job performance officer Polres Kulon Progo in MPP Kulon Progo have been very good for firmsness, self esteem and job quantity also needed enhancement on justice, self actualization and attitude for better public service.

Islamic banks are experiencing rapid development amid the current global crisis in Indonesia and even in the world. This becomes evidence that Sharia Bank can maintain its existence from all the problems of a complex economic crisis that hit in 2007. Indonesia as the largest Islamic country in the world is a potential market that supports the sustainability of Islamic banking. The Islamic sharia principles in its management, causes many people in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta decide to save their funds in Islamic banks. The population in this study is all Islamic bank customers in Yogyakarta, with sample selection using incidental sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. This study shows the positive influence of service and public trust in Islamic banks. Similarly, knowledge about Islamic banks, and one's religiosity has an important role in the decision making to save funds in Islamic banks in the city. Islamic labelity and current trends supported by high community religiosity are also important factors in the decision to deposit funds in Islamic banks. In fact, the biggest influence that influences customer's decision to save funds in a bank is the quality of service and trust. Thus, the attention of banking players is needed in improving performance and banking services, so that public confidence is higher in the decision to save funds in the bank. In other words, the community remains consistent to make economic transactions with banks in order to respond to the challenges of the economic crisis in the future.
