Abstract: The purposes of this research are to investigate and analyze the effect of work motivation, competency, and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the police officers working in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province. The method of research is descriptive and the how independent variables affect dependent ones, is reviewed. Therefore, our research is explanatory research. The number of populations employed in this research is 185 polices. The samples are taken based on random sampling method with the sample size 30% of the population. Therefore, the number of samples is 55 polices. The instrument of research is tested with validity and reliability test, and the data are tested with double linear regression. The research proves that the work motivation, competency and compensation affect simultaneously and partially to the performance of the police officers. The work motivation has the dominant effect on the performance of the police officers in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province.Keywords: work motivation, competency, compensation, performance.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis dampak dari motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan mereview bagaimana variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 185 orang polisi. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampel acak sebanyak 30% dari populasi, yaitu 55 polisi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan data diuji menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara simultan maupun parsial mempengaruhi kinerja polisi. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, kompetensi, kompensasi, kinerja

<em>This study aims to examine the effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at a medical equipment company in East Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to respondents. This research was tested with validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and simple and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study partially giving awards a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Communication factor is one of the factors that influence on employee motivation. The aim of the study was to: 1) Know the effect of Leadership to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. 2) Know the effect of Communication to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. 3) Know the effect of Compensation to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. 4) Know the effect of Leadership, Communication, and Compensation to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng. The study was conducted at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, with population of 134 employees. Sample was the random sampling with 58 employees as samples. Analysis of the data in this study using validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study indicates that 1) Leadership has positive and significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, 2) Communication has positive and significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, 3) Compensation has positive and significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng, 4) Leadership, Communication, and Compensation simultaneously have significant influence to Work Motivation of Employee at the Department of Revenue, Financial and Regional Asset Management Regency of Soppeng.

This aims of this study is to determine the effect of orientation marketing andproduct innovation on performance marketing in PT. Novapharin Gresik. This type ofresearch is survey research and this study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling is doneby using a purposive sampling method that is with certain considerations so that thenumber of samples obtained is 100 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire thathad been tested for validity and reliability and carried out classical assumption tests. Thedata analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This analysis model is used todetermine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Empirically Theresults of the study show that there is a simultaneous influence of the OrientationMarketing and Product Innovation variables on Performance Marketing and partiallyinfluence, that Orientation Marketing has a positive and significant effect on PerformanceMarketing and Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on PerformanceMarketing.Keywords: Orientation Marketing, Product Innovation, and Marketing Performance

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service qualitywhich including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy oncustomer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan. The population in this research are the PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan guests which approximately about 326 persons. The sample in this research are 77 persons of PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan customers with accidental sampling method and Slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’ss scale, documentation, and interview. The data analysis technique in this research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test and linear regression processed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows version 18.00 computer application program. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence on service quality to customer satisfaction at PT. This research uses descriptive analysis, simple Linear Regression analysis, validity and reliability test and t test. Populations in this study are 138 persons.  The sample in this resech area 100 persons o f karaoke Inul Vizta Tanjung customers with a   accidental sampling method and slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’s scale, interview and documentation.The data analysis technique and research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and linear regression. This study aims to analyse the effects of work discipline, work motivation, and compensation on employees performance. The objects of this study are employees working at the Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara. The populations were 333 employees. The sample of 77 respondents was obtained by using Slovin’s formula with 10% error. The sampling method used was proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analysed by using multiple linear regression. The results show that work discipline, work motivation, and compensation have significant and positive effects to employees performance. Work motivation has the biggest influence on employees performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the sales strategy which consists of determining targets, serving and selling simultaneously influencing consumer buying interest in buying motorbikes at the new Sinar pamekasan dealer. To find out which factor has the most dominant influence on consumer buying interest at the new Sinar Baaru dealer in Pamekasan. This study uses a quantitative method, using multiple linear regression equation techniques, and the population in this study are all consumers who are making purchases at a new ray dealer in pamekasan, so from that the population in the pamekasan new ray dealer is not counted or unlimited. The sample used in this study is random sampling, which is 100 respondents are needed within 4 days, but if within 4 days the respondent is still less than the target, the researcher will ask for more time to reach the targeted number of respondents. In the calculation of the analysis using SPSS, it can be seen that R = 0.870, which value is in the range between 0.80 - 1.00, which means that the correlation or relationship level of the 3 independent variables is in the "very strong" level. Acquisition of SPSS calculation results, which is F count 99.258, this value is greater than FTable (99.258> 2.70). (X2) obtained TStat 9.960> Ttable 1.987, and selling (X3) TStat 2.887> Ttable 1.987. which has the greatest t coefficient value is serving (X2) which is equal to tcount 9.960> Ttable 1.987. Thus, it can be concluded that serving has a dominant effect on consumer buying interest at Sinar BaruPamekasan Dealer.

This research aimed at determining the impact of process and physical evidence on customer satisfaction. Methods used in this research was quantitative analysis using multiple regression analysis with validity and reliability test. Sampling method used in this research is random sampling through the distribution of a series of questionnaires to 93 customers at Santika Hotel as a case study. This research investigated process and physical evidence that affected customer satisfaction. The result showed that both variables have significant effect on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.Keyword: Process, Physical Evidence, Customer Satisfaction

The research had purpose to analyzed the effect of liquidity, PΕR and DPS on stock price. Independent variables that used in this study were liquidity, price earning ratio and dividend per share. Dependent variable that used was stock price. The population are all the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Indonesia 2012-2017. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression. The research used purposive random sampling method, that is the samples of 14 companies. The results of partial test shows that liquidity does not affect the stock price,then the effect of PΕR and DPS on the stock price were significant. Simultaneously the effect of liquidity, PΕR and DPS were significant to the company's stock price in the property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 periods.Keywords: Liquidity, Price Earning Ratio, Dividend Per Share, Stock Prices

Currently, cosmetics are one of the important needs for most women. In addition to beauty reasons, cosmetics are often associated with professionalism where professional workers are required to look attractive so that the use of cosmetics is one way to support appearance. . The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotion on consumer satisfaction at Alfabelenskin Pusat Banyuwangi. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. Validity test and reliability test are used to test the measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression was used to determine the effect of independent variables consisting of price, product quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction. The results showed that price, product quality and promotion had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction at Alfabelenskin Pusat Banyuwangi
