Vegetables can be in the form of plants or parts of plants that are consumed fresh or ripe as part of the diet. There are very diverse types of vegetables in the form of tubers, fruit, flowers or leaves. Leaf vegetables are the type most consumed. 97.29% of the Indonesian population consumes vegetables, the types of vegetables consumed by the Indonesian population are leaf vegetables such as kale, chicory and caisim. The purpose of this research is to analyze the efficiency of trading channels and marketing functions carried out by each marketing actor in the Bogor City Traditional Market by using trading margin, farmer share, profit ratio and R / C cost. This research was conducted on the trading channel actors in the Traditional Market in Bogor City. The number of respondents in the study were 15 farmer respondents and 42 merchant respondents from both markets. The data analysis used purposive method for lapak traders and snowball sampling from retailers to farmers. The results of this study were four leaf vegetable trading channels in the Traditional Market of Bogor City with the efficiency level of the three vegetables considered to be the most efficient, namely channel IV on kale vegetables, channel II on chicory and channel IV on caisim, with each having a margin of yield of 3500, 800, 700 and the highest farmer's share was 82.93%, 81.40% and 59.52%. Thus it is necessary to do more analysis related to the strategy of developing vegetable commodities of kale, chicory and caisim in traditional markets related to marketing activities.

Implicature is an implied meaning of speech that is conveyed indirectly by the speaker to the speech partner. This study aims to describe the conversational implications of herbal medicine traders in Prenduan traditional markets, Madura. This research used a pragmatic theoretical approach (implicature) and a descriptive qualitative methodological approach. The data collection technique of this study used the technique of listening, taking notes, and recording. The data analysis technique classified conversational implicatures based on the pragmatic theory approach. The results of the data analysis indicated that there were conversational implicature in the conversations of herbal medicine traders in Prenduan traditional market. Conversational implicatures are used, namely: prohibition, approval, refuse, command, request, assure, complaint, and report.

This paper aims to establish a code of conduct framework in Pasar Besar Malang. The approach used is the qualitative grounded theory by involving market participants and market authorities as informants for ten months. Data analysis used is open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Field findings stated that the code of conduct could make the arrangement more extensive than man’s cooperation in biographical, interactional, and organizations to increase the turnover for creating a sustainable traditional market. In addition, the code of conduct can create a rule, written or unwritten, at Pasar Besar Malang.

The phenomenon occurring along with traditional market development is the safety aspect, criminal activities, the low hospitality in serving buyers, the lack of honesty in trade, excessive price range in bargaining, and the lack of product information. This study aims to formulate model of traditional markets as cultural product outlet and tourism destination in the current era. It was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Its location is Pasar Klewer, Surakarta District with considering textile commodity specification of cultural production result of low-class economy communities with the scale of South-East Asia service. The study began with the explorations of potential, problems, effort and service of traditional markets, and government policy and commitment. Data were obtained through spatial and aspatial identification, site observation, in-depth interview, and document study. Sampling techniques were purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out by using analytical methods, including 1) External and Internal Factors Analysis Summaries to analyze potential, problems, effort and service of traditional markets, and 2) Interactive Analysis to analyze the relevance of policy, commitment and effort carried out by traditional market actors. The result shows that traditional markets are one of tourism destination with historical values as outlets of community cultural products and populist economic spaces based on human source capabilities. The benefit of this study is directly received by market actors, policymakers of Surakarta Government, community and tourists, as well as academicians in scientific development in relation to cultural-art and tourism development based on the populist economy.

Sri Bantas Traditional Market is one of the traditional markets located on Jl. Raya Munggu Br. Batanduren, Cepaka Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The objective in implementing this service is to provide assistance in the governance of the Sri Bantar Village market in Cepaka. The problems identified include: some traders in the Sri Bantas market have not implemented financial accounting practices, the lack of infrastructure arrangement in the Sri Bantas market, and the lack of a promotional strategy for traditional markets in the Sri Bantas market. The methods used in this assistance were interviews, observation, and data analysis. The work programs carried out in the Sri Bantas market were: 1) providing information about simple bookkeeping to market traders, 2) procuring hand washing stations, 3) procuring market block names , 4) data collection of traders, 5) making banners, and 6) making online pamphlets. The result of this activity is that some traders know the importance of making financial reports and how to make simple financial reports, up to date trader data has been inputted into the market system, the market is better known by the wider community.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence traders in the Panam-Pekanbaru Traditional Market, Indonesia. The sample in this study were 61 traders. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used SPSS version 25. Finding showed that partially the variables that had a significant effect were working hours and capital, while the non-significant variable was length of business. While the results of the research simultaneously that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable.

Leaf vegetables are in great demand by the people in Bogor City who are mostly from Sunda tribe. Bogor city residents who buy vegetables at Giant Extra Botani Square willing to pay more than those who buy in traditional markets. The research aimed to analyze marketing efficiency of leaf vegetables especially spinach, chinesse green cabbage (Brassica chinensis var. Parachinensis), kale, lettuce head and chinesse white cabbage (Brassica pekinensia L) at Giant Extra Botany Square in Bogor City . Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively with marketing margin, farmer's share and R/C Ratio analysis. Primary data collection was taken from interview with Giant Extra’s management by purposive method, while interview to supplier and farmer used snowball sampling method. The results showed that the marketing efficiency of leaf vegetables in Giant Extra Botanical Square Bogor City, based on marketing margin analysis obtained the largest margin value on Chinese White Cabbage (Brassica pekinensia L) commodity amounting to Rp 20.450. Suppliers get the greatest benefits on commodities of spinach, Chinese Green Cabbage and kale. The highest farmer's share was obtained by farmers in lettuce head commodities by 69.6%. The highest R/C ratio was obtained by Chinese White Cabbage commodity at 1.60Keywords: marketing efficiency, leavy vegetables, modern market

This study about shopping behavior changes from traditional markets to modern market in the  Manado city is viewed from the aspect of sociology. This study used a qualitative approach. The results showed that the shopping behavior of most citizens of Manado city has changed shopping habits in traditional markets into shopping habits in the modern market. Everyone in the economic measures based on efficiency considerations that revolve around efficiency of money and space also efficiency of time and energy. Before someone decides to shop, his views always consider the fourth aspect of it, and then decided to act. Thus the action is determined by the orientation to the person's environment that is tailored to the needs inherent in him. Then someone can act as he wishes. Most citizens of Manado city construct behavior of shopping habits in traditional markets into shopping habits in the modern market. The peoples leaving the characteristics of cooperation and confidence in social economy action trough activity in the traditional market began to fade, tend to behave consumerist, individualistic, laden competition, but innovation and creative. The pattern of this kind of action can be a collective action at the subjective macro level. This means that changes in individual behavior of Manado city residents at a certain level in line with the rapid development and progress of science and technology, will have implications on fundamental social changes in the structure of social behavior overall Manado city residents. Manado, will become a city inhabited by modern society with a consumption-oriented economic measures or commonly known as the consumerist society.

The term, 'inang-inang pasar' is referred to Bataknese market female vendors who sell basic commodities in the traditional urban markets. They have the image of hard working and tough vendors who fight against poverty in towns. Their activities as vendors in traditional markets indicate their strategic role of women as the agents of economic resilience and the agents of health security in their families. Here, their toughness in supporting their families by being vendors at Sembada traditional market, Medan. However, their toughness becomes a dilemma caused by Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, the government implement prokes (health protocol) from 3Ms to 5 Ms (wearing masks, washing hands, doing social distancing, avoiding crowd, and staying home), including in the area of the traditional markets where they sell their merchandise. The Prokes of Covid-19 in traditional markets have caused various responses from them. The reality is that they have not been ready to practice the policy on this 5 M Prokes since most of them lack of awareness of adhering to it due to the vulnerable of their health habitus. It seems that they can become the carriers and local transmitters of Covid-19. This situation worsens their condition and the people surrounding them such as their own family members. Business opportunities and challenges in the economic sector are underway in the country, including in Medan Labuhan. Many regions build their territory by making public spaces such as traditional markets. Nowadays, there is a change of consumer behavior toward the traditional market so; its positions are replaced by the modern markets. With the revitalization of Pekan Labuhan traditional market that carries the theme of behavioral architecture is expected to restore the function of the traditional market as a place of selling and purchasing transaction and increasing competitiveness to the modern market. With the achievement of this issue will increase consumer interest to shop in Pekan Labuhan traditional market which then gives a good impact on the economic stability of Medan Labuhan.
