From Vulnerable Health Habitus to Tough Health Habitus Against Covid-19 in Inang-Inang at The Traditional Markets in Medan, Indonesia

The term, 'inang-inang pasar' is referred to Bataknese market female vendors who sell basic commodities in the traditional urban markets. They have the image of hard working and tough vendors who fight against poverty in towns. Their activities as vendors in traditional markets indicate their strategic role of women as the agents of economic resilience and the agents of health security in their families. Here, their toughness in supporting their families by being vendors at Sembada traditional market, Medan. However, their toughness becomes a dilemma caused by Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, the government implement prokes (health protocol) from 3Ms to 5 Ms (wearing masks, washing hands, doing social distancing, avoiding crowd, and staying home), including in the area of the traditional markets where they sell their merchandise. The Prokes of Covid-19 in traditional markets have caused various responses from them. The reality is that they have not been ready to practice the policy on this 5 M Prokes since most of them lack of awareness of adhering to it due to the vulnerable of their health habitus. It seems that they can become the carriers and local transmitters of Covid-19. This situation worsens their condition and the people surrounding them such as their own family members. This study aims to identify the traditional market development strategy based on local wisdom in Koto Baru Traditional Market, X Koto Subdistrict, TanahDatar District. This research is a qualitative research, and is conducted in Koto Baru Traditional Market of X Koto Subdistrict of Tanah Datar Regency which is taken based on Purposive Sampling. The data in this research is collected through observation, interview and documentation and continued with data analysis, Interpretation and Withdrawal Conclusion and then continued to do SWOT analysis to get the strategy in development of Traditional Market of KoToBaru Sub X Koto Tanah Datar regency. The results show Based on the results and discussion above it can be concluded that the study of market development based on the arrangement and management of traditional markets in Traditional markets District X Koto Flat district is the Government together with the community together develop the market as an agricultural production market organic farming, Government and society jointly promote the market, Make improvements and additions to various facilities and infrastructure Traditional Market, Providing an understanding to the public the importance of maintaining and protecting Traditional Markets, Focusing on improving the infrastructure of market stalls so as not to disturb the pedestrians, Doing Market development by not damaging the environment Market, economic activities of the community by providing capital in developing organic agricultural markets, Improving the relationship of cooperation between the community and government in market development., Keeping peace and security n market. Ternate city has several modern and traditional markets. This study focuses on the traditional markets. They are found in several locations, such as in Gamalama village, Dufa-Dufa village, and Bastiong village. Meanwhile the local government builds traditional markets in Kota Baru village. The existence of traditional markets as centers for trade contribute to the Local Own-source Revenue of the region from retributions. Ternate's Own-source Revenue increased during the period of 2010 to 2015, as well as the level of retribution as one of its contributing factor. This study aims to determine the development of traditional market retribution and their perks sector of the Local Own-source Revenue of Ternate City. This study was carried out in Ternate City. This study is a descriptive research with secondary data analysis. The data were analyzed with simple linear regression tools in time series formatted as Y = β + x. The study findings reveal that there is a very strong relationship between Local Own-source Revenue and traditional market retribution. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.987 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.975 illustrate 97.5% contribution to the revenue. It recommends the Ternate Local Government to perfectly manage the retribution to realize a positive relationship between the fees taken and the service provided. This is mutually beneficial between the government and the community in general.

The Hukaea-Laeya community has been established as a customic village inhabited by the ethnic of Mororene who still strongly believe in tumpuroo whose function is as a traditional healer. In terms of medical treatment, even until nowadays the people of Hukaea-Laeya still place a great trust in tumpuroo. The existence of tumpuroo is very closely related to the preservation of Moronenean traditional culture and health. This paper aimed to explain the traditional practices of tumpuroo with various values ​​and perspectives and their influence on the preservation of tradition, especially spells. The study was conducted with the ethnographic method in Hukaea-Laeya with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. From the data analysis, it could be explained that tumpuroo had a strategic role in protecting Moronenean's public health from illness and disease. On the other hand, tumpuroo also became important actors in the effort to preserve local wisdom stored in medical spells. Moreover, when the concept and worldview about health was also connected with the process of preserving customs related to ancestral spirits and the transcendental  figures. The social health role of the tumpuroo could be enhanced by the government to encourage the promotion and development of health based on the capacity of local communities.

To the dismay of today's social progressives, the Argentine Catholic church addresses the moral situation of its people but also shies away from specific political positions or other hint of secular involvement. At the beginning of the twentieth century, the church set out to secure its place in national leadership by strengthening religious institutions and withdrawing clergy from politics. The church struggled to overcome a heritage of organizational weakness in order to promote evangelization, that is, to extend its spiritual influence within Argentina. The bishop of the central city of Córdoba, Franciscan Friar Zenón Bustos y Ferreyra (1905-1925), reinforced pastoral care, catechesis, and education. After 1912, as politics became more heated, Bustos insisted that priests abstain from partisan activities and dedicate themselves to ministry. The church casts itself in the role of national guardian, not of the government, but of the faith and morals of the people.

ABSTRACT  Islamic Religious Instructor has a quite strategic role in the midst of society. besides he is a preacher of Islam, also the Islamic Religious Instructor, according to his function as a guide, illuminator, and community builder with religious language. The role of religious counselors in addition to functioning as an impetus for the community to actively participate in development also plays a role in overcoming obstacles that build the course of development, particularly overcoming negative impacts. Religious instructors as religious leaders always guide, nurture, and move the community to do good and stay away from prohibited acts, inviting something that is needed by the community in fostering its territory both for the purposes of social facilities and worship. The Religious Instructor is a place to ask questions and a place to complain for his community to solve and resolve with his advice. Religious Instructors as community leaders act as priests in matters of religion and social problems as well as in matters of state by an effort to succeed the government program. The role of religious instructors in improving and creating the quality of sakinah families in the Muhajirin AL Muhajirin voluntary II Ta'lim Assembly group in Teluk Betung Barat Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, it can be concluded that religious counselors play an important role in improving the quality of sakinah families, one of which is in terms of worship , and also able to improve the quality of a new family and has long become a sakinah family.

Dalam mengoptimalkan penerimaan pajak, pemerintah selayaknya mendesain sistem perpajakan yang berpegang prinsip efisiensi dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek keadil-an dan kesederhana. Dalam sistem perpajakan, hukum formal mempunyai peranan penting dalam mengejawantahkan hukum material, karena itu Undang-undang Ketentu-an Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan (KUP) menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan pajak. Mengingat strategisnya peran UU KUP, perlu untuk mereview kembali UU KUP yang saat ini berlaku serta perlu dilakukan suatu penyempurnaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif yang terdiri dari studi literatur dan focus group discussion. Penelitian bertujuan memberikan masukan atas KUP yang saat ini masih dalam proses pembahasan dengan menekankan pada aspek kemudahan (ease of administration), keadilan (equity) dan kepastian hukum (law enforcement). Hasil penelitian ini menekan-kan pada hal-hal terkait (i) perlunya meningkatkan basis data perpajakan, (ii) perlunya menjalankan kemudahan administrasi yang berdasarkan ketentuan yang tegas, jelas, dan sederhana, (iii) penegakan hukum yang tegas, (iv) adanya sanksi yang sebanding dengan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh wajib pajak, dan (v) peningkatan kualitas layanan dan profesionalisme petugas pajak. Kajian ini diharapkan mampu mendorong terwujudnya regulasi perpajakan pro terhadap optimalisasi penerimaan tanpa mencede-rai hak-hak wajib pajak. Proposal for Amendment of Formal Law on Taxation Procedure  In optimizing tax revenue, the government should design a taxation system that adheres to the principle of efficiency, justice and simplicity. In the taxation system, formal law has an important role in manifesting laws, therefore laws and taxation procedures (KUP) are one of the keys to the successful implementation of tax policies. Considering the strategic role of the KUP Law, it is necessary to review the KUP Law which is currently in force and needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative data collection techniques consisting of literature studies and focus group discussions. The research aims to provide input on KUP which is currently still in the process of discussion by emphasizing aspects of ease (ease of administration), justice (equity) and legal certainty (law enforcement). The results emphasize issues related to (i) the need to increase the taxation database, (ii) the need to carry out administrative facilities based on firm, clear and simple provisions, (iii) strict law enforcement, (iv) comparable sanctions with violations committed by taxpayers and (v) improving the quality of service and professionalism of tax officials. This study is expected to be able to encourage the realization of tax regulations that are pro to the optimization of revenue without harming the rights of taxpayers.

Bone Regency as part of South Sulawesi is a very interesting area to discuss. This area is not only part of the history of South Sulawesi, but also a historical flow of South Sulawesi. the existence of nobles who are so attached to the joints of the lives of the people of Bone is still interesting to be examined to this day. Based on this, the article aims to reveal the role of Bone nobility in the swapraja government system to the regency (1950 - 1960). The political development of the government during this period was seen as sufficiently influencing the political dynamics of the government in Bone Regency which continued even today. The method used is the method of historical research with four stages, namely, heuristics, criticism (history), interpretation, and presentation (historiography). The results of the study show that after the transition from swapraja to regency, the role of nobility is still very calculated. But it is no longer like in the period before the transition, where the government was ruled by the king / aristocracy. At this time the level of intelligence is also taken into account. Apart from the fact that the structure of the government is indeed different because the process of appointing head of government is also different. But in general the role of nobility after the transition was not much different, where there were still many nobles holding power. ABSTRAK Kabupaten Bone sebagai bahagian dari Sulawesi Selatan merupakan suatu daerah yang sangat menarik untuk dibicarakan. Daerah ini bukan saja merupakan bagian dari sejarah Sulawesi Selatan, tetapi juga merupakan arus sejarah Sulawesi Selatan. keberadaan bangsawan yang begitu melekat di dalam sendi kehidupan masyarakat Bone masih menarik untuk ditelisik sampai hari ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tentang peranan bangsawan Bone dalam sistem pemerintahan swapraja ke kabupaten (1950 – 1960). Perkembangan politik dari pemerintahan selama periode ini dipandang cukup mempengaruhi dinamika politik dari pemerintahan di Kabupaten Bone yang berlangsung bahkan sampai sekarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah adalah metode penelitian sejarah dengan empat tahapan yaitu, heuristik, kritik (sejarah), intrepretasi, dan penyajian (historiografi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah peralihan dari swapraja ke kabupaten, peranan bangsawan masih sangat diperhitungkan. Namun tidak lagi seperti pada masa sebelum peralihan, di mana pemerintahan dikuasai oleh raja/aristokrasi. Pada masa ini tingkat kecerdasan juga diperhitungkan. Selain karena struktur pemerintahannya memang berbeda juga karena proses pengangkatan kepala pemerintahan juga berbeda. Namun secara umum peran bangsawan setelah masa peralihan tidak jauh berbeda, di mana masih banyak bangsawan yang memegang kekuasaan.

An imported product to be traded into the territory of Indonesia must include an Indonesian language label in accordance with established regulations, the regulation is regulated in Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Minister of Trade Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 / M-DAG / PER / 9/2015 concerning Label Inclusion In Indonesian in Goods. Every product introduced to consumers must be accompanied by correct information. This information is needed so that consumers do not have a wrong picture of the product. This information can be submitted in various ways, one of which is by including an Indonesian translation label on the foreign language label listed on the product packaging. Information on product packaging labels is very necessary for the community so that each individual can correctly determine the choice before buying and consuming the product. In fact there are still many producers who are not responsible for selling cosmetic products that do not meet the requirements. Cosmetic products that do not meet these requirements can be found easily in malls, in traditional markets, or through the internet. The role of the state in this case the government is needed to protect consumers from the circulation of products that do not meet the requirements. So legal protection for consumers is needed to increase awareness of the rights as consumers.
