The research aims to describe and to analyze the forms of code-mixing used by Boy William on Vlog #Dibalikpintu. This study was a descriptive qualitative method and human research is the main instrument of this study. In collecting the data, this study utilized observation and documentation methods. This study employed content analysis which focused on analyzing the forms of code-mixing which were defined by Suwito (1983). The result of this study: In the word form, there are 19 data found, (15 nouns, 2 verbs, 1 adjective, 1 question word). In the phrase form, there are 19 data found, (17 noun phrases, 2 adjective phrases). In the baster form, there are 5 data found, (1 noun as a form of gerund suffixation, 3 noun suffixation, 1 verb suffixation). In the word reduplication form, there are 2 data found, (1 noun, 1 compound noun). In the idiom form, there are 2 data found, (1 formal idiom, 1 informal idiom). In the clause form, there are 25 data found, (8 noun clauses, 14 verb clauses, 3 adjective clauses).

Sociolinguistics is a linguistic branch that studies the relationship between language and society. In this entire world, every people have their personal language style when they have interacted with other people. With the language variation that people have, they are able to mix some languages on their single utterance. When one language is mixed with the other language, in the sociolinguistics study it is called code-mixing. By applying code-mixing in social life, it has been widely used by a lot of people over the world. One Indonesian YouTuber named Gita Savitri Devi does code-mixing in some of her videos. Therefore, this research focused on code-mixing appears in Gita Savitri Devis’s YouTube channel video. This research aimed to find out the types of code-mixing that emerge in Gita Savitri Devi’s YouTube video. This research used a descriptive qualitative method and the writers are the main instrument. This research applied the documentation method in collecting the data. This research focused on analyzing the types of code-mixing of Hoffman by applying content analysis. Furthermore, the result of the types was calculated by using Sudijono formula. In this study, the writers found that there were fifty-two data in types of code-mixing. The type of intra-sentential of code-mixing was the highest type and involving a change of pronunciation was the lowest one.

Sociolinguistics is a study of the connection between language and society. People have a different language style when they interact with each one. By many variations that they have, it can be possible for them to mix their language in their utterance—mixing one language with the other languages, in the sociolinguistics field, is called by code-mixing. It has been common to use of code-mixing in society. It happens in the one of the public figures and famous that is Mr. Nadiem Makariem. Therefore, this research focuses on code mixing that emerges on video of Mr. Nadiem Makariem. The objective of this research is to find out the types and levels of code mixing that appear on the video. This research was descriptive qualitative method and the researchers act as the main instrument of this research. In collecting the data, this research utilized documentation method. This study employed content analysis focusing on analyzing the types of code mixing which defined by Hoffman and the levels of code mixing that argued by Suwito. Then, the result of types and levels of code mixing were counted by using Walizer’s formula. The result shows that there were 134 data in the types and levels of code mixing. In the types of code mixing, the highest type was intra-sentential of code mixing (88.8%) and the lowest type was involving a change of pronunciation (0%). While, in the levels of code mixing, word level (44.8%) becomes the dominant while word repetition (3%) and idiom (1.5%) were the lowest.

Abstract: The current study entitled “A Morphological Analysis of Slang Words Used by Characters In Ralph Breaks the Internet Movie” aimed to investigate the morphological processes of constructing slang words and its meaning of the  found slang words used by the movie characters. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis design. The findings revealed that there are 42 slang words categorized into different morphological processes included compound (14,28%), clipping (11,90%), blending (14,28%), affixations (16,66%), reduplicative (7,14%), backformation (2,4%), abbreviation (2,4%), conversion (4,76%), alternation (14,28%), extension (4,76%) and word manufacture (7,14%). This study demonstrated the meaning changes of the slang words that have been affected through certain morphological processes by modifying their word category. Consequently, some slang terms have preserved the original meaning despite the changes in their spelling. In the meantime, certain slang words get abbreviated or shortened and retained their original meaning. Meanwhile, some slang words change their meaning by deriving their word category. Besides, there were certain slang words that change their meaning depending on word usage.Key words: morphology, Ralph Breaks the Internet, slangAbstrak. Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Morfologi Kata-kata Slang yang Digunakan oleh karakter dalam Film ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’” bertujuan untuk menelaah proses morfologi dalam membangun kata-kata slang dan maknanya yang digunakan dalam film tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain analisis isi. Data temuan menunjukkan  42 kata slang yang dikategorikan ke dalam proses morfologi yang berbeda, yaitu ‘compound’ (14,28%), ‘clipping’ (11,90%), ‘blending’ (14,28%). , ‘affixations’ (16,66%), ‘reduplicative’ (7,14%), ‘backformation’ (2,4%), ‘abbreviation’ (2,4%), ‘conversion’ (4,76%), ‘alternation’ (14,28%), ‘extension’ (4,76%) dan ‘word manufacture’ (7,14%). Studi ini mendemonstrasikan perubahan makna dari kata-kata slang yang telah dipengaruhi proses morfologi tertentu dengan memodifikasi kategori kata asal. Hasilnya beberapa istilah dalam kata slang tetap mempertahankan makna aslinya meskipun ejaannya berubah. Sementara itu, kata-kata slang tertentu disingkat dan tetap mempertahankan arti aslinya. Beberapa kata slang lainnya berubah makna dengan mengubah kategori katanya. Selain itu, beberapa kata-kata slang tertentu berubah maknanya tergantung dari penggunaan kata.Kata kunci: morfologi, Ralph Breaks the Internet, slang

The objectives of this study are (1). To find the types of code mixing used in the novel Magic Hour. (2). To know the Indonesian meaning of code mixing used in the novel Magic Hour. (3). To know the most typical type code mixing used in the novel Magic Hour. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to collect the data. The data are the English words. The writer collects data by finding the types of Indonesian English code mixing, selecting sentence that consist of Indonesian-English code mixing. The analysis shows that there are some types that use, such as: Intra sentential mixing, intra lexical code mixing, involving a change of pronunciation. The types of code mixing which found in the novel are selected into the most typical forms. The writer looked for Indonesian meaning of code mixing. The achievements of this research are expected to be additional source of code mixing study and it is meant to conduct and to develop in the code mixing field.

Abstract The objective of this research is to acquire deep understanding of the "Kasrah Hamzah Inna"  on Alquran Alkareem Albaqarah and Alqashas Epistles,  which consist of 149 verses. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative  method using content analysis of the verses of quran.  The result showed that there are 97 % the "Kasrah" was compulsory, and 3% was uncompulsory. The most verses appear with "Inna" is in the beginning of the kalimah, and after the verb "Qaul" . The 97% of  kasratu inna is a compulsory ,its  divided into five: 1. At the beginning of the sentence amounted to 80 (54%) (and it is divided into 5; a.hakikat it was 13 (16%), b,hokum it was  3 (4%), c.ibtidaiyah it was  12 (15%), d. isti'nafiyyah it was 12 (15%), e. ta'liliyyah  40 (50%)). 2. After the Conjunction it was 1 (1%). 3. After the answer of  oath sentence  it was  1 (1%). 4. After the words amounted to 31 (21%). After the sentence torch circumstances it was  5 (4%). Meanwhile, the position of non compulsory kasratu Hamzah inna was founden  after faa aljazaa,  only 5 times (3%). The results show  that many types of kasrah hamzah inna was founded in  albaqarah and alqashas.

This research discussed code-mixing in Yowis Ben film from Fajar Nugros which is 80 percent using Javanese language. This paper aims to describe the forms and factors of using code-mixing. This paper is a kind of descriptive qualitative using observation-notification method (Simak-catat). Data in this study are oral data which is using information form. The population is all of the dialogs in Yowis Ben film. The result shows there are code-mixing word form, phrase, baster, word of frequent, and idiom dominantly code-mixing word form from Indonesian language insert to the Javanese language. Factors of using code-mixing are needs for a synonym, Social value, development and identification of new culture, low frequency of words, pernicious homonymy, oversight, and end (purpose and goal).

This article aims to discuss the destructive nature of Indonesian language through Instagram social media. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with a content analysis approach. Use data in the form of captions from uploading Instagram accounts @ young_lex18. The mix between Indonesian and foreign languages is the main highlight of the caption from account @ young_lex18. Using Indonesian and foreign languages in one sentence that does not comply with the writing rules can cause the existence of Indonesian to fade away. Caption is used to clarify content in uploads or express what is felt. The language used is in accordance with what is felt, so the writing rules are not cared.

The Julungan ceremony is a village clean tradition which is held every 7 months by the community in Kalisoro Village, Tawangmangu District. The purpose of this study aims to describe the Julungan ceremony as a village clean tradition in Kalisoro Village, Tawangmangu Subdistrict in terms of cultural values. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with terminology method and content analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the Julungan Ceremony is a traditional ceremony of clean village and earth alms carried out in Kalisoro Village, Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. The Julungan ceremony is held every Kliwon Tuesday at Wuku Juluwangi on the Javanese calendar which is followed by the Kaliroso villagers. Cultural values can be seen from the Julungan ceremony procession. Julungan as a ceremony that describes an expression of gratitude to God is marked by continuing to commemorate and continue to preserve. This research can be used as a knowledge to the Karanganyar community that the Julungan ceremony is a traditional ceremony for generations that must be preserved and maintained by the community by following the procession in the Julungan ceremony.

This research focused on the analysis of the types of code-mixing and code-switching between Maudy Ayunda and Robert in the interview in Perspektif Metro TV on Monday 30th December 2019. The researcher applied sociolinguistic theory, especially the theories on types and reasons of code-mixing and code-switching proposed by Hoffman (1991) and how many codes in their utterances based on Myers-Scotton theory (2006). This research applied the descriptive qualitative method. After analyzing the data, there are 71 cases of code-mixing and 68 cases of code-switching. For the types of code-mixing, there is 63 intra-sentential, 15 intra-lexical and 3 involving a change in pronunciation. For types of code-switching, there is 64 inter-sentential, and 4 are established with the previous speaker. For the reasons of code-mixing/code-switching, the researcher found 31 data of talking about a particular topic, 1 data of quoting somebody else, 2 being emphatic about something, 6 of repetition used for classification and 1 of clarifying the speech content for the interlocutor. For the matrix in code-mixing, Indonesian 82% as matrix language and English 18% as an embedded language, and in code-switching, Indonesian 54% as matrix language and English 46%as an embedded language.
