Abstract: The current study entitled “A Morphological Analysis of Slang Words Used by Characters In Ralph Breaks the Internet Movie” aimed to investigate the morphological processes of constructing slang words and its meaning of the  found slang words used by the movie characters. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis design. The findings revealed that there are 42 slang words categorized into different morphological processes included compound (14,28%), clipping (11,90%), blending (14,28%), affixations (16,66%), reduplicative (7,14%), backformation (2,4%), abbreviation (2,4%), conversion (4,76%), alternation (14,28%), extension (4,76%) and word manufacture (7,14%). This study demonstrated the meaning changes of the slang words that have been affected through certain morphological processes by modifying their word category. Consequently, some slang terms have preserved the original meaning despite the changes in their spelling. In the meantime, certain slang words get abbreviated or shortened and retained their original meaning. Meanwhile, some slang words change their meaning by deriving their word category. Besides, there were certain slang words that change their meaning depending on word usage.Key words: morphology, Ralph Breaks the Internet, slangAbstrak. Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Morfologi Kata-kata Slang yang Digunakan oleh karakter dalam Film ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’” bertujuan untuk menelaah proses morfologi dalam membangun kata-kata slang dan maknanya yang digunakan dalam film tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain analisis isi. Data temuan menunjukkan  42 kata slang yang dikategorikan ke dalam proses morfologi yang berbeda, yaitu ‘compound’ (14,28%), ‘clipping’ (11,90%), ‘blending’ (14,28%). , ‘affixations’ (16,66%), ‘reduplicative’ (7,14%), ‘backformation’ (2,4%), ‘abbreviation’ (2,4%), ‘conversion’ (4,76%), ‘alternation’ (14,28%), ‘extension’ (4,76%) dan ‘word manufacture’ (7,14%). Studi ini mendemonstrasikan perubahan makna dari kata-kata slang yang telah dipengaruhi proses morfologi tertentu dengan memodifikasi kategori kata asal. Hasilnya beberapa istilah dalam kata slang tetap mempertahankan makna aslinya meskipun ejaannya berubah. Sementara itu, kata-kata slang tertentu disingkat dan tetap mempertahankan arti aslinya. Beberapa kata slang lainnya berubah makna dengan mengubah kategori katanya. Selain itu, beberapa kata-kata slang tertentu berubah maknanya tergantung dari penggunaan kata.Kata kunci: morfologi, Ralph Breaks the Internet, slang

The appearance of the trailer for The Santri movie has sparked various responses on the internet, this can be observed from the existence of parties who are pro and contra with the movie trailer. This difference can be seen from the way the audience responds to and interpret the contents of the movie trailer. This study can understand the image of the student at Islamic Boarding School in the movie trailer of The Santri which can be seen through the account NU Channel on YouTube. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach model with content analysis on movie trailers. The results of the study show that the image of the student at an Islamic Boarding School in the movie trailer of The Santri can be divided into two parts, namely: first, an explicit image such as students must have self-confidence, have high dreams, love religion and their nation, have a good faith, and be a loyal friend. Second, implicit images such as students who have a simple, tough, and brave image, accept differences, and are open-minded.

The research aims to describe and to analyze the forms of code-mixing used by Boy William on Vlog #Dibalikpintu. This study was a descriptive qualitative method and human research is the main instrument of this study. In collecting the data, this study utilized observation and documentation methods. This study employed content analysis which focused on analyzing the forms of code-mixing which were defined by Suwito (1983). The result of this study: In the word form, there are 19 data found, (15 nouns, 2 verbs, 1 adjective, 1 question word). In the phrase form, there are 19 data found, (17 noun phrases, 2 adjective phrases). In the baster form, there are 5 data found, (1 noun as a form of gerund suffixation, 3 noun suffixation, 1 verb suffixation). In the word reduplication form, there are 2 data found, (1 noun, 1 compound noun). In the idiom form, there are 2 data found, (1 formal idiom, 1 informal idiom). In the clause form, there are 25 data found, (8 noun clauses, 14 verb clauses, 3 adjective clauses).

Abstract The objective of this research is to acquire deep understanding of the "Kasrah Hamzah Inna"  on Alquran Alkareem Albaqarah and Alqashas Epistles,  which consist of 149 verses. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative  method using content analysis of the verses of quran.  The result showed that there are 97 % the "Kasrah" was compulsory, and 3% was uncompulsory. The most verses appear with "Inna" is in the beginning of the kalimah, and after the verb "Qaul" . The 97% of  kasratu inna is a compulsory ,its  divided into five: 1. At the beginning of the sentence amounted to 80 (54%) (and it is divided into 5; a.hakikat it was 13 (16%), b,hokum it was  3 (4%), c.ibtidaiyah it was  12 (15%), d. isti'nafiyyah it was 12 (15%), e. ta'liliyyah  40 (50%)). 2. After the Conjunction it was 1 (1%). 3. After the answer of  oath sentence  it was  1 (1%). 4. After the words amounted to 31 (21%). After the sentence torch circumstances it was  5 (4%). Meanwhile, the position of non compulsory kasratu Hamzah inna was founden  after faa aljazaa,  only 5 times (3%). The results show  that many types of kasrah hamzah inna was founded in  albaqarah and alqashas.

This study aims to analyze e-learning-based learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic used by SD / MI teachers in Jember and the factors that support and hinder the e-learning based learning media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Respondents in this study were SD / MI teachers in Jember. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and online interviews. The results showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, SD / MI teachers in Jember conducted e-learning based learning. The e-learning-based learning media that is most widely used is Whatsapp as the main media for e-learning based learning. Then as supporting media, SD / MI teachers also use Google Classroom, Edmoodo, Zoom, Quizizz, and other e-learning based learning media. In using e-learning based learning media, the biggest obstacle is the internet quota, then there are other inhibiting factors such as internet network access, facilities / infrastructure, time, skills in using learning media. While the factors that support SD / MI teachers in using e-learning-based learning media are e-learning features, facilities / infrastructure, internet quotas, skills in using learning media. Keywords: e-learning, learning media, COVID-19, teachers.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning di masa pandemi COVID-19 yang digunakan oleh guru SD/MI di Jember dan faktor yang mendukung seta menghambat media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD/MI di Jember.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat pandemi COVID-19 membuat guru SD/MI di Jember melakukan pembelajaran berbasis e-learning. Media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Whatsapp sebagai media utama pembelajaran berbasis e-learning. Kemudian sebagai media pendukungnya guru SD/MI juga menggunakan Google Classroom, Edmoodo, Zoom, Quizizz, dan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning lainnya. Dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang menjadi hambatan paling besar adalah kuota internet, kemudian juga terdapat faktor penghambat yang lain seperti akses jaringan internet, fasilitas/sarana prasarana, waktu, skill menggunakan media pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor yang mendukung guru SD/MI dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yaitu fitur-fitur e-learning, fasilitas/sarana prasarana, kuota internet, skill menggunakan media pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: e-learning, media pembelajaran, COVID-19, guru.

This article aims to discuss the destructive nature of Indonesian language through Instagram social media. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with a content analysis approach. Use data in the form of captions from uploading Instagram accounts @ young_lex18. The mix between Indonesian and foreign languages is the main highlight of the caption from account @ young_lex18. Using Indonesian and foreign languages in one sentence that does not comply with the writing rules can cause the existence of Indonesian to fade away. Caption is used to clarify content in uploads or express what is felt. The language used is in accordance with what is felt, so the writing rules are not cared.

The Julungan ceremony is a village clean tradition which is held every 7 months by the community in Kalisoro Village, Tawangmangu District. The purpose of this study aims to describe the Julungan ceremony as a village clean tradition in Kalisoro Village, Tawangmangu Subdistrict in terms of cultural values. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with terminology method and content analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the Julungan Ceremony is a traditional ceremony of clean village and earth alms carried out in Kalisoro Village, Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. The Julungan ceremony is held every Kliwon Tuesday at Wuku Juluwangi on the Javanese calendar which is followed by the Kaliroso villagers. Cultural values can be seen from the Julungan ceremony procession. Julungan as a ceremony that describes an expression of gratitude to God is marked by continuing to commemorate and continue to preserve. This research can be used as a knowledge to the Karanganyar community that the Julungan ceremony is a traditional ceremony for generations that must be preserved and maintained by the community by following the procession in the Julungan ceremony.

This research describes how the mining conflicts in Nagan Raya and Central Aceh Regency between the local community and PT Emas Mineral Murni (PT EMM). This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study as a data collection technique by searching literature through online news pages on the internet using the search keyword “Aceh Conflict PT EMM”. Content analysis uses Occam’s razor logical principle to read and interpret data to explain a complete picture of the conflict situation without involving unnecessary assumptions. This research found many stakeholders involved in the conflict aside from the local community and PT EMM. Besides, the conflict is focused not only on competition to seize natural resources but also on overlapping legal authority. Low interaction between stakeholders causes conflict to grow and develop. The conflict’s final result is a resolution in the form of a petition signed by the Acting Governor. He stated that he would sue PT EMM with a guarantee of resigning from the position if he cannot realize Acehnese students’ aspirations.

MAKNA SIMBOLIK RITUAL AMONG TEBAL DALAM NOVEL GENDUK KARYA SUNDARI MARDJUKI AbstractThis study aims to describe the symbolic meanings of among tebal ritual and the description of attitude of life of the tobacco farmers on the slopes of Sindoro in novel Genduk by Sundari Mardjuki. This research uses descriptive qualitative method which put forward on content analysis with in-depth reading on the novel. The problem in this research is the symbolic meaning of among tebal ritual and the description of the attitude of life of the tobacco farmers on the slopes of Sindoro which is reflected from among tebal ritual in the novel Genduk. The data of this research are all symbolic expressions in among tebal ritual and all words and sentences that describe the attitude of life of the tobacco farmers on the slopes of Sindoro in the novel Genduk. Result this research can describe the symbolic meaning of among tebal ritual which consists of symbolic meaning of ritual offerings that are white, yellow, red, and black tumpeng which symbolize the four elements in human beings that cannot be separated and jajan pasar that symbolize human character in this world is different. Prayer in rituals has a high expectation for tobacco plants to be planted to grow fertile with good harvest. The symbolic meaning of the procession of among tebal ritual is the togetherness that is in the society of tobacco farmers on the slopes of Sindoro. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah makna simbolik dari ritual among tebal serta deskripsi sikap hidup petani tembakau di lereng sindoro yang tercermin dari ritual among tebal dalam novel Genduk. Data penelitian ini berupa semua ungkapan simbolis pada ritual among tebal serta semua kata dan kalimat yang mendeskripsikan sikap hidup petani tembakau di lereng Sindoro dalam novel Genduk. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan makna simbolik ritual among tebal yang terdiri atas makna simbolik sesaji ritual yaitu tumpeng putih, kuning, merah, dan hitam yang melambangkan keempat unsur dalam diri manusia tidak dapat dipisahkan serta jajanan pasar yang melambangkan karakter manusia di dunia ini tidak ada yang sama. Doa dalam ritual memiliki makna pengharapan tinggi untuk tanaman tembakau yang akan ditanam dapat tumbuh subur dan panennya bagus. Makna simbolik prosesi ritual among tebal yaitu kebersamaan yang terjalin di masyarakat petani tembakau lereng Sindoro. Penelitian ini juga mendeksripsikan sikap hidup petani tembakau lereng Sindoro yang tercermin dari ritual among tebal.Kata kunci: makna simbolik, among tebal, sikap hidup, petani tembakau

This article aims to reveal philosophy level from axiology (use) of literature in the society of Minangkabau’s superstition viewed from cultural manifestation. This research is a content analysis researh using descriptive qualitative method. The research was done in 10 places in Luhak Kubuang Tigo Baleh Minangkabau namely Salayo, Cupak, Gantuang Ciri, Guguak, Koto Anau, Muara Paneh, Kota Solok, Talang, Panyangkalan, dan Kinari.The data in this research is the statements of superstition in KubuangTigoBaleh society which is obtained from observation and indepth interview withpenghulu, cerdik pandai, and alim ulama. In analyzing the data, the research usedMiles danHubeman’s modelsthrough three steps (1) data reduction, (2) data display and (3) conclusion. Based on the findings it can be concluded that There are four patterns of superstition, namely negative, positive, prediction and witchcraft pattern. Moreover, in the process of pattern meaning the lofty ethic values are framed and considered as local wisdom of the Minangkabau society, especially in KubuangTigoBaleh which is appropriate, well-mannered, educated and existence acknowledged as a belief.
