<em>It is estimated that around 40,000-70,000 children become victims of sexual exploitation and about 100,000 children are trafficked each year. It clearly proves the children’s lack of knowledge about sex education they should have gained in their first year from their caregivers, in this case their mothers. Entering the age of 1-2, children’s curiosity and ability to speak and to remember begin to increase quite well. This is the right time to continuously enrich their vocabularies and hone their ability to remember and speak by introducing body parts like hair, nose, knees, heels, and so on. Autism is a term used to describe a type of pervasive disorder in a child resulting in a disturbance or delay in cognition, language, behavior, communication and social interaction. Providing education and understanding is a special challenge for caregivers. This study illustrates how the role performed and displayed by the caregiver (mother) of autistic individuals in introducing the parts of body. The method used in the study is a qualitative method with case study approach by conducting observation and interview with the caregiver of autistic children. The result of the study indicates that the full role of caregiver (mother) produces autistic children with independent behavior. They can understand their body parts, maintain the hygiene of body parts and understand what body parts that may be touched and not</em>

This chapter focuses on the role of the dominant player in conservative media, Fox News, during the first year of Donald Trump’s presidency. It looks at three case studies to illustrate how Fox News used its position at the core of the right-wing media ecosystem repeatedly to mount propaganda attacks in support of Trump: the Michael Flynn firing in March 2017, when Fox adopted the “deep state” framing of the entire controversy; the James Comey firing and Robert Mueller appointment in May 2017; when Fox propagated the Seth Rich murder conspiracy; and in October and November, when the arrests of Paul Manafort and guilty plea of Flynn seemed to mark a new level of threat to the president, Fox reframed the Uranium One story as an attack on the integrity of the FBI and Justice Department officials in charge of the investigation.

Abstract PurposeCardiotoxicity (CDT) is the main adverse effect related to trastuzumab (TTZ) use, and the role of the right ventricle (RV) in this context is not clear. We aimed to evaluate the longitudinal changes in RV function during TTZ therapy and to determine the differences in RV function associated with subclinical CDT.MethodsPatients with breast cancer underwent echocardiograms at the beginning of TTZ treatment (Ex 1) and every 3 months during the first year (Ex 2, 3, 4). Subclinical CDT was defined as ≥ 12% relative reduction of left ventricle global longitudinal strain (LV GLS).ResultsTwenty-five women (52.1 ± 13.1 y-o) were included. We found a decrease in LV ejection fraction between the first and fourth exams and the LV GLS gradually decreased during follow-up (Ex1: -20.6 ± 2.0; Ex2: -19.4 ± 2.1; Ex3: -19.2 ± 1.8; Ex4: -19.0 ± 2.1, all p < 0.05). RV GLS changed from baseline to 3 month and to 6 month (Ex1: -23.9% ± 1.6; Ex2: -22.5% ± 2.1; Ex3: -22.5% ± 2.3, all p < 0.05), and the RV Fractional Area Change was lower in the third exam (Ex1: 44.3% ± 6.6 vs Ex3: 39.9% ± 6.0, p = 0.004). We found subclinical CDT in 13 patients (52%); changes in RV parameters had the same pattern of changing in the group with and without subclinical CDT.ConclusionIn this sample, the RV function decreased during TTZ therapy and the decrease was not associated to the observed LV cardiotoxicity.

The article analyzes the place of psychological work in the system of means of corrective work with convicts sentenced to imprisonment, the role of the penal psychologist in the study of the criminological characteristics of the personality of the convicted offender. Psychological work, which has its own unique toolkit for determining the personal and social characteristics of an individual, in correctional institutions de facto plays a leading role in reducing recurrent behavior, addictions, clarifying, by psychological and pathopsychological methods, the true, deep, in particular unconscious, motives of a particular crime. However de jure by the existing legislative structure, which describes the main means of corrective influence on convicts, psychological work is actually not taken into account as such a means. It is also noted that giving convicts the right to refuse psychological work negatively affects the results of psychocorrectional influence on them. Especially undesirable are such refusals on the part of those who are negatively characterized, socially and pedagogically neglected, that is, convicts who are most in need of psychocorrection. The conclusion is made about the need to legislatively consolidate psychological work as an independent means of corrective action, the obligation of individual psychological work with convicts, psychotherapeutic work with convicts during the first year after their release.

Indonesian life is now facing a character crisis that is engulfing its younger generation. Therefore it is necessary to have the right character education to be able to overcome this. As a Christian, the Bible is the basis of character education. The character is shown by a person through his or her behavior and actions on a daily day. Good character must conform to the prevailing ethics, values, and norms in society. Understanding Christian ethics is very helpful for believers to be able to behave and show their Christianity. For sumba students who are predominantly Christian and are now studying in Malang also experience this character problem. The purpose of this study is to analyze the teacher's knowledge in Christian ethics (sex education) against the character of the learner. In this paper, researchers used quantitative methods and found that the influence of Christian ethics on the Christian character of Sumba students in Malang was 19.5%. There is a relationship between Christian ethics learning and significant Christian character and from positive correlation values it can be said, the higher in providing Christian ethics lessons and discussion learning methods, the higher the Christian character of sumba students in Malang Therefore researchers argue that Christian ethics teaching education is very important to be considered in the organization that has been formed, considering that the organization is majority Christian. One method that can be used in this learning is the discussion method.
