Menyoal Gangguan Kesehatan Mental Deviasi Seksual Fetish

This article aims to explain a dangerous form of sexual deviation where the perpetrator uses sexual gratification with sexually oriented inanimate or inanimate objects known as fetishes. Fetish behavior is a form of sexual deviation where the sexual activity carried out is carried out improperly to get sexual pleasure. This deviant behavior is very dangerous, because the perpetrators tend to use sexual objects that are unnatural or abnormal. Deviant sexual behavior if not above will lead to sexual behavior that is growing and even leads to prolonged stress. This is because the perpetrators cannot channel their deviant sexual desires and also have an impact on a person's mental health disorder. The research method used in writing this journal is a literature study based on case studies. The results of the analysis obtained data that fetish sexual deviation behavior in mental health can be treated through Islamic therapy to suppress deviations committed by perpetrators.

Description of Knowledge About Reproductive Health in Youth at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta 2021

Reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. The main problem of Indonesian youth is ignorance of the actions that must be taken, especially reproductive health problems. This is indicated by the low knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health. This study aims to determine the description of reproductive health knowledge in adolescents, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The subjects in the study were 4 adolescent informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and observation. Adolescent knowledge about reproductive health is obtained through the internet and courses. In maintaining the health of their reproductive organs, teenagers live a healthy life and avoid risky sexual behavior. As a result of risky sexual behavior that can be exposed to sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV / AIDS and others. In controlling their reproductive health, adolescents have never been examined by health services. The view of teenagers regarding deviant sexual behavior is that it is illegal which if done is a big sin and can interfere with brain health.

HUBUNGAN PERAN IBU DALAM KOMUNIKASI IBU – ANAK DENGAN PRILAKU SEKSUAL REMAJA PUTRI SMK SASMITA JAYA I PAMULANG

Teenagers in their growth and development are at risk for health problems, one of which is deviant sexual behavior. Deviant sexual behavior is a behavior that can have a negative impact on the perpetrators, unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, and abortion. This study aimed to analyze the relationship of mother role in mother-child communication with sexual behavior of girls SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 Pamulang. Method : This research used cross sectional research design . Sampling technique used Proportional random sampling class X and XI with a large sample of 170 girls aged 16-19 years. Research instrument in the form of questionnaire. Instrument validity test is done using Pearson Product Moment . Test reliability used the Alpha formula . Statistical test of dependent and independent variables to used Spearman correlation with the level of gnifikasi 0.05. Statistical test results obtained ρ = 0.001 and r = 0.255, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the role of the mother in mother-child communication with the sexual behavior of young women in SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 Pamulang with low link strength. Suggestion for the next researcher should use interview method aarrange good instrument in collecting data to get more accurate data and get better result.ABSTRAKRemaja dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya adalah suatu kelompok berisiko terhadap masalah kesehatan, perilaku seksual merupakan salah satu keadaan menyimpang. Perilaku sseksual menyimpang suatu tanda perilaku yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi remaja , yaitu seksual pra nikah, aborsi dan penyakit menular seksual. pada remaja sering dikatakan pergaulan yang bebas sehingga komunikasi dengan orang tua yaitu ibu tidak optimal Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan peran ibu dalam komunikasi ibu-anak dengan perilaku seksual pada remaka putri di SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 Pamulang . Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportional random sampling kelas X dan XI usia 16-19 tahun dengan besar sampel sebanyak 170 remaja. Instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Uji statistik variabel dependen dan independen menggunakan Korelasi Spearman dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh ρ=0,001 dan r=0,255,dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara peran ibu dalam komunikasi ibu-anak dengan perilaku seksual remaja putri di SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 Pamulang dengan kekuatan hubungan rendah. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya menggunakan metode wawancara dan menyusun instrument yang baik dalam pengumpulaen data agar diperoleh data yang lebih akurat dan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai

Divorce in the Side of a Marriage Counselling Values

It was also stated that divorce rates are increasing, marriages are decreasing because many people choose to live together without marriage or single life and free sex. The author gives the purpose of writing to discuss the crisis in the household, rebuild the household and give Christian values ​​in counteracting divorce. The author uses descriptive literature research method data and provides research results: How a harmonious family can be established dynamically if we base our family building on the basis of strong Christian spirituality values ​​accompanied by a fabric of good communication between us and our children. Surprisingly few studies have explored the implications of divorce happened because family can not be established, especially in young adulthood. This study addresses several theoretical arguments linking divorce in the side of spiritual value with reduced religious involvement in young adulthood and tests relevant hypotheses using data from a unique sample. Results show that divorce in the side of spiritual value is associated with substantially lower communicate religious involvement among young adults in their families house.

PERILAKU SEKSUAL TRANSGENDER (Studi Komparatif Hak Asasi Manusia Antara Perspektif The Universal Declaration of Human Right dan The Cairo Declaration of Human Right)

The emergence of the term Transgender in Indonesia first appeared in 1860 and underwent development in the 1990s. In 1986 the term Wadam (Female Adam) emerged, but changed into a transsexual (Male Female). The amendment was based on the objection of several parties because of the use of the name of Adam's Woman. It was considered impolite because the name of the Prophet Adam as.In the Universal Declaration of Human Right, there is indeed no mention of sexual orientation, it must be of the opposite sex, what is concerned about human rights to marry and build families, namely article 16 which is then used as a basis by transgender people to justify deviant sexual behavior they are through same-sex marriage. On the other hand, in the Universal Declaration of Human Right there is also article 18 which guarantees the right of everyone to believe in the teachings of his religion and practice his religious teachings well. While we all know there is no religious teaching in this world that allows sexual behavior to deviate, even the most tolerant religion.

Lesbian in Adolescents and Prevention by Counselors

Lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people or abbreviated as LGBT have targets starting in their teens. Teenagers are expected to have found sexual orientation and sex roles according to their sex. The emergence of comfort with peers reinforces the urge to be a lesbian. The importance of prevention to avoid the risk of deviant sexual behavior. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with self-identification instrument. The total sample of 183 boarding schoolgirls obtained through purposive sampling. The results of processing instruments found 39.9% or as many as 73 students in the category were experiencing a tendency to behave lesbians. It can be interpreted that adolescents are still in a position to find identity and confusion to determine their identity so that they can still be influenced by lesbian behavior. As for prevention that can be done by the counselor is to provide information services with materials that fit the needs of adolescents, namely adolescent girls' adolescence, recognize the growth and development of adolescents, differentiate sex and gender between men and women, limit adolescent relationships over the dangers of lesbi behavior. The service material is expected to prevent the occurrence of deviant sexual behavior, namely lesbi.

Peran Orangtua dalam Pemberian Pendidikan Seks Sejak Dini bagi Anak Difabel Mental Intelektual terhadap Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual

Pendidikan seks bagi anak difabel mental intelektual atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah tunagrahita menjadi suatu permasalahan yang penting di tengah masyarakat. Hal tersebut berdasar sebab pendidikan seks merupakan salah satu upaya agar setiap anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat mengenali, memahami dan mengelola perkembangan dan perubahan secara biologis yang terjadi pada dirinya agar tidak terjebak pada perilaku seks yang menyimpang dan yang terpenting agar tidak mendapatkan kekerasan dan pelecehan seksual dari orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu narasumber atau informan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam pemberian pendidikan seks sejak dini bagi anak difabel mental intelektual dimulai sejak anak berumur 5 tahun, dengan pengenalan organ intim, cara membersihkan diri atau kegiatan menjaga kebersihan diri berupa mandi, cara berpakaian, bagian tubuh apa saja yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilihat dan diraba oleh orang lain sebagai upaya pencegahan terhadap kekerasan seksual pada anak difabel mental intelektual.---Sex education for children with intellectual disabilities or better known as mental retardation becomes an important issue in the community. This is based on sex education as an effort so that every child with special needs can recognize, understand and manage the development and biological changes that occur in him so as not to get caught up in deviant sexual behavior and most importantly so as not to get sexual violence and harassment from people other. This type of research is qualitative and the sample in this study is the informant or informant using purposive sampling method. This research shows that the role of parents in providing early sex education for children with intellectual mental disabilities begins when their child is 5 years old, with the introduction of intimate organs, how to clean themselves or activities to maintain personal hygiene in the form of bathing, how to dress, what body parts are may and may not be seen and touched by others as an effort to prevent sexual violence in children with intellectual disabilities.

Islamic Psychospiritual Counseling in Preventing Deviant Sexual Behavior

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Guidelines for Islamic Psychospiritual Conseling on Prevention of Deviant Sexual Behavior. Despite existence of religious inscriptions and warnings about the dangers and consequences of sexual irregularities,the practice of deviant sexual behavior such as pedophilia, rape, sexual harassment, and LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) remains rampant. Not to mention, cases of sexual deviations in adolescents have led to unwanted circumstances like premarital pregnancy. This study’s question relates towhat kind of sexuality counseling guidance techniques that a Muslim counselor can develop to prevent the occurrence of sexual deviations specifically. In order to answer this question, there is a need for an in-depth study of Islamic teachings originating from the Qur’an, sunnah, Jurisprudence or fiqh, guidance on Islamic counseling, psychology, and counseling and psychotherapy psychology, supplemented by positive legal regulations and the research journals’ results related to the problem of sexuality deviation. This study was carried out in-depth using content analysis, with a psychospiritual approach to Islamic counseling.This study concludes that the subject of deviant sex is due to lack of knowledge about its dangers, lack of religion, and lack of control skills for lust. Islamicpsychospiritual counseling with bibliotherapy techniques followed by creating cognitive maps confirms anti-sex deviant intentions, ended with cognitive therapy using techniques of cognitive restructuring, though stopping and letting gorelaxation. It is predicted to be effective in helping subjects manage lust so that they avoid deviant sexual behavior. This conclusion is still hypothetical which needs to be followed by experiments to be reliable and this caneventually be used as an Islamic psychospiritual counseling guidance technique to overcome sexual deviation.</p>
