The development of information and communication technology has not only changed the way people communicate, but also trading methods. The public has begun to get used to making transactions with information technology. This can be seen with the growth of online stores that offer a variety of products. As SMEs, the change in people's paradigm in transactions must be followed by offers or transactions with information technology. This opportunity must be anticipated by the SMEs. Efforts to support the use of the internet as a promotional medium are to use the MSME information system. This MSME information system is designed to promote MSME principals especially those in Bantul district. In order for the use of this MSME information system to work properly, there needs to be training and assistance in using the system. Mentoring activities have been carried out, especially for community groups incorporated in the Bantul district community information group.

Currently, information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important sector for administering education in schools. The use of Information and Communication Technology is one of the determining aspects in competition. The condition of ICT in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Lubuklinggau City has not fully used ICT-based applications, several schools that already have ICT applications and infrastructure are built themselves and are managed according to local needs both in the administration section and the support units. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there are still aspects of the public that are not yet based on ICTs with inadequate ICT facilities / infrastructure to support the success of organizational goals in the field of education optimally. For this reason, the researcher wants to help the Education Office of the City of Lubuklinggau to plan a technology strategy and information system that can be used as a guide in the ICT strategic plan. This study uses the SWOT / TOWS matrix as one of the methods applied for internal analysis in order to produce strategic planning proposals for ICT development for vocational schools in Lubuklinggau City.

The adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to organize, integrate, coordinate and manage various activities has become the catalyst for organizational change. The impact of these changes in the public sector have been to change the type of work being performed, demand new levels of productivity and efficiency from those performing the work, and call for a fundamental restructuring of the public sector to reflect the value systems of an information age. The literature on the organizational impacts of Information and Communication Technology have pointed to mixed findings about the success of information technology enabled organizational change, suggesting that the success of such change efforts depends on the combination of technical and social influences. Despite any potential for organizational change in the private sector, information technologies have not been associated with organizational transformation in the public sector. It is suggested that for the public sector to begin reaping the benefits of Information and Communication Technology, public sector managers are going to need to become change agents and manage the change process by managing the technology. <BR>

Implementing Information Technology and Archiving (PSTIK) is a field that has the main task of helping the head of service in leading and carrying out the task of managing information and communication technology. PSTIK is currently not computerized and only relies on whatsapp or telephone connections to address hardware, software or internet network issues called Ticketing Helpdesk. This application allows that at the time of the approval and processing process there is no error in communication at the DPMPTS of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. With this Ticketing Helpdesk information system, it is expected to be able to assist operational activities so as to support business processes in the PSTIK sector to be better than the previous system

Abstract: The development of information and communication technology is currently growing rapidly and has touched almost all levels of society. With the advancement of information technology, the dissemination of information is accelerating and is not limited to space and time. The village is currently getting special attention from the government with the large budget given to each village to advance rural villages in Indonesia. However, these funds are still very minimal for development in the field of information technology. In fact, every village needs information technology, especially information systems to help the performance of the village government in providing services to the community and to facilitate data and information management. This information system will provide complete information and facilitate the dissemination of information in the digital era by utilizing the Internet. Banyuasin Village does not yet have a village information system in managing data and information and for conveying information to the community. This service method is community education by conducting discussions, interviews, socialization and training for the system that has been built so that it can be used by the village of Banyuasin. The village information system that was built provided benefits in the field of information technology and made Banyuasin Village a mobile application-based Information and Communication Technology-based village. Keywords: information system; village profile; website  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini semakin pesat dan telah menyentuh hampir ke seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi menyebabkan penyebarluasan informasi semakin cepat dan tidak terbatas dengan ruang dan waktu. Desa saat ini mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah dengan besarnya anggaran yang diberikan ke tiap desa untuk memajukan desa desa di Indonesia. Hanya saja, dana tersebut masih sangat minim untuk pengembangan di bidang teknologi Informasi. Padahal setiap desa membutuhkan teknologi informasi terutama sistem informasi untuk membantu kinerja pemerintah desa dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat serta memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. Sistem informasi ini akan memberikan informasi lengkap dan dan memudahkan penyebarluasan informasi pada   era   digital   dengan pemanfaatan Internet.   Desa Banyuasin belum mempunyai sistem informasi desa dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi serta untuk menyampaikan informasi ke masyarakat. Metode pengabdian ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat dengan melakukan diskusi, wawancara, sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk sistem yang telah dibangun agar dapat digunakan oleh desa Banyuasin. The research aims to determine the effect of information and communication technology in raising the level of efficiency of workers in the public authority for the maintenance of irrigation and drainage projects, which require research and study to improve the level of life performance. By answering the following question: Is there a role for information and communication technology on the level of staff competence? In order to achieve the objectives of the research, data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a selected sample from different departments, different age groups and academic achievement, whose number reached (100). To test the research hypotheses and determine the effect relationship, the statistical method (multiple linear regression) was used with a significant level (0.05,0.01).The results of the research proved the acceptance of most of the hypotheses, and the research was concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations indicating the existence of a significant impact on the morale of information and communication technology in raising the level of efficiency of workers. The research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of employees which are (the necessity of using information and communication technology in developing control departments and accounts and raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the working in them in order to keep abreast of recent developments in the fields of information technology by holding workshops and specialized courses) Key Words: Information Technology, Communication, Personnel (Human Resources)

Abstract: Along with advances in information technology that is increasingly changing and encouraging various efforts to change, where the Sei Harapan Sekupang community is still unfamiliar with information and communication technology, many people, especially school children and adolescents who still do not understand the application of information technology in the field of blogging and also still lack of understanding of the application of ICT, especially applications that are on the computer, therefore the purpose of this coaching is to invite the Sei Harapan community to find out the use of information technology in the field of Blogging. The financial system is one of the primary users of information technology, which in recent decades has experienced phenomenal progress. This chapter discusses how information and communication technology has changed the financial system, and what policy challenges arise from the interactions of information technology progress and financial innovation. I focus on the asset management and banking industries. In the case of asset management, progress in information technology has partially transformed the industry, and potentially made it more efficient. In the case of banking, the industry has been changed profoundly, has grown significantly, but at the same time it has become more fragile. The chapter discusses the implications of these phenomena for policymaking.
