The research aims to determine the effect of information and communication technology in raising the level of efficiency of workers in the public authority for the maintenance of irrigation and drainage projects, which require research and study to improve the level of life performance. By answering the following question: Is there a role for information and communication technology on the level of staff competence? In order to achieve the objectives of the research, data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a selected sample from different departments, different age groups and academic achievement, whose number reached (100). To test the research hypotheses and determine the effect relationship, the statistical method (multiple linear regression) was used with a significant level (0.05,0.01).The results of the research proved the acceptance of most of the hypotheses, and the research was concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations indicating the existence of a significant impact on the morale of information and communication technology in raising the level of efficiency of workers. The research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of employees which are (the necessity of using information and communication technology in developing control departments and accounts and raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the working in them in order to keep abreast of recent developments in the fields of information technology by holding workshops and specialized courses) Key Words: Information Technology, Communication, Personnel (Human Resources)

E-entrepreneurship refers to the process of creating, managing and continuously improving an e-firm or online venture for making money by utilizing information technology (IT) and digital network. There are several barriers and challenges are incurred with the e-entrepreneurship. Thus, it is essential to study and investigate the various perspectives and challenges associated with the e-entrepreneurship. The main objectives of this article are: to determine and elaborate the primal perspectives of e-entrepreneurship depending upon the comprehensive review of prospering literature, to discuss the significant aspects of startups established as a key pillar of e-entrepreneurship, to elucidate the theories and influential role of information and communication technology for the development of flourishing e-entrepreneurship, to study the crucial impact of innovation, creativity and, technology for the establishment and growth of e-entrepreneurship. This study aimed to shed the light on the role of Social Media usage in the innovative behavior through the recent information technology (IT) in the organizations specialized in the information and communication technology (ICT) field. The study population consisted of the ICT organizations operating in Jordan as affiliated with the Information and Communication Technology Association (INTAJ) amounting to 161 organization. The analysis unit consisted of the managers in the top and middle level. The study relied on the simple random sample; and it reached a number of conclusions the most important of which is that the perceptions by respondents of the independent variable Social Media Usage were medium; and the same applies to all its dimensions. The dependent variable Innovative Behavior was also medium, as well as all its dimensions. As for the mediator variable IT, the respondents' perceptions were high, along with all its dimensions. The study indicated that there is a statistically significant impact for the Social Media usage with its component on the innovative behavior. Also, it was found that a statistically significant impact for the Social Media usage with its component on the innovative behavior through the IT in the organizations operating in the ICT field in Jordan. These conclusions indicated that there is an opportunity for the ICT organizations to promote its innovative behavior through the Social Media usage. Based on the reached conclusions, the study concluded a set of recommendations the most important of which is that the awareness should be increased with respect to the capacities that are available due to the use of the Social Media as well as the advantages that can be utilized by the ICT organizations in Jordan through this use; the organization should well utilize the Social Media usage especially the Groups and Sharing by taking the necessary decision that lead to the activation of the Social Media role in the various phases of the innovative behavior; and the need for the organizations to direct the use of Social Media through the dissemination of a culture of innovation based on the use of Social Media.

The adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to organize, integrate, coordinate and manage various activities has become the catalyst for organizational change. The impact of these changes in the public sector have been to change the type of work being performed, demand new levels of productivity and efficiency from those performing the work, and call for a fundamental restructuring of the public sector to reflect the value systems of an information age. The literature on the organizational impacts of Information and Communication Technology have pointed to mixed findings about the success of information technology enabled organizational change, suggesting that the success of such change efforts depends on the combination of technical and social influences. Despite any potential for organizational change in the private sector, information technologies have not been associated with organizational transformation in the public sector. It is suggested that for the public sector to begin reaping the benefits of Information and Communication Technology, public sector managers are going to need to become change agents and manage the change process by managing the technology. <BR>

The development of information and communication technology has not only changed the way people communicate, but also trading methods. The public has begun to get used to making transactions with information technology. This can be seen with the growth of online stores that offer a variety of products. As SMEs, the change in people's paradigm in transactions must be followed by offers or transactions with information technology. This opportunity must be anticipated by the SMEs. Efforts to support the use of the internet as a promotional medium are to use the MSME information system. This MSME information system is designed to promote MSME principals especially those in Bantul district. In order for the use of this MSME information system to work properly, there needs to be training and assistance in using the system. Mentoring activities have been carried out, especially for community groups incorporated in the Bantul district community information group.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) stresses the role of unified communication and integration of telecommunications, intelligent building management systems and audio-visual systems in modern information technology. In the information age, using information is a prime issue. ICT includes of all technical means that are used to handle information and aid communication. It includes computer and network hardware, middleware and necessary software. Time accessibility of relevant information is vital for economic development of any country. The improvement of economic activity can be brought by improving capacity in terms of enhancing access to information, while also the technical nature of economic activities required that the knowledge of users are constantly updated which can be achieved through their enhanced information seeking behavior by the use of ICTs. Moreover, use of ICTs lead to innovation which further lead to the enhancement of economic growth and human resource development. Thus, the present paper highlights the role of information technology on economic development of the country as a whole. A period of fifteen years is considered for the study Information and Communication Technology index and Economic Development index has been constructed on the basis of Principal Component Analysis. A simple linear regression has also been conducted to examine the impact of ICT on Economic Development in India. Stationarity of the data set are also checked with the help of appropriate unit root testing technique such as Augmented-Dickey Fuller test. The result shows that there has been considerable impact of ICT on Economic Development in India. Policy suggestions are also given on the basis of the findings of the study

In the general context, the phenomenon of globalization causes an increase in risks to critical infrastructures. In order to order this set, the criteria of dependence and interdependence were imposed. Thus, was proposed a model with seven levels, the first being sector analysis and the second one the study of interdependencies.The first level is organized in critical sectors and dependencies between them. This division, which engendered the public-private partnership, is show on the EU and NATO documents. The second level of the interdependence study aims to determine the vital elements and essential components of a system. In this paper we show some considerations on the dimensionality of interdependencies between critical infrastructures, interdependence between critical infrastructures from the energy sector and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The rapid development of information and communication technology, which has brought influence and change in the lives of people throughout the world. Influences and changes that occur due to the development of information and communication technology there are positive values, and there are also negative sides. In Indonesia, especially at this time, the development of information and communication technology has become a trend both among adults and young people. In addition to business, education and work related interests. Nowadays information and communication technology also plays an important role in socialization activities through various existing social networks. The problem is that social networking is now becoming a trend, especially for young people as an area where sexual offenders look for victims by exploiting the various characteristics of this virtual media. The role of information technology education itself in preventing child grooming on social media is to prevent crime in cyberspace (cyber crime) through a culture of computer use and a healthy Internet (Cyber Health). Healthy internet is an activity in conducting online activities both browsing, streaming and downloading properly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, especially the Information and Electronic Transaction Law. , regulations and guidelines, and also supplemented by interviews with resource persons.

Abstract: Along with advances in information technology that is increasingly changing and encouraging various efforts to change, where the Sei Harapan Sekupang community is still unfamiliar with information and communication technology, many people, especially school children and adolescents who still do not understand the application of information technology in the field of blogging and also still lack of understanding of the application of ICT, especially applications that are on the computer, therefore the purpose of this coaching is to invite the Sei Harapan community to find out the use of information technology in the field of Blogging. This blogging coaching is also to find out the latest technology and information that is currently growing rapidly including blogging and know the benefits of information technology development in the field of blogging so that the public can be motivated to evaluate and learn information technology in the field of blogging as a basis for learning and to support various activities in daily life are included in online sales activities using blogs, and are accustomed to using information technology tools appropriately and optimally to obtain and process information in learning, working and other activities so that the community is able to be creative, develop imaginative attitudes, develop independent exploration capabilities , and easy to adapt to new developments in the environment. Pembinaan blogging ini juga untuk mengetahui teknologi dan informasi terbaru yang saat ini berkembang dengan pesat termasuk blogging dan mengetahui manfaat perkembangan teknologi informasi dibidang blogging sehingga masyarakat dapat termotivasi untuk mengevaluasi dan mempelajari teknologi informasi dibidang blogging sebagai dasar untuk belajar dan untuk mendukung berbagai aktifitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari termasuk dalam hal aktivitas penjualan secara online dengan menggunakan blog, dan terbiasa menggunakan perangkat teknologi informasi secara tepat dan optimal untuk mendapatkan dan memproses informasi dalam kegiatan belajar, bekerja, dan aktifitas lainnya sehingga masyarakat mampu berkreasi, mengembangkan sikap imaginatif, mengembangkan kemampuan eksplorasi mandiri, dan mudah beradaptasi dengan perkembangan baru di lingkungannya. Abstract. Digitalization of Islamic Economics. Digitizing sharia economy can be expanded in various economic aspects of both microeconomics and macroeconomics. Now, the role of digital is very unusual, almost all economies using information and communication technologies or digitalisation, both in packaging products or in marketing the product, making it easier and quicker distribution of information used to make economic growth more quickly and there is no limit to the support digital technology and information technology. Information technology has penetrated keindividu (personal) can support the digitization era of information and communication in the conventional economy and sharia economy, the technology is now in the palm of your hand gadgets such as mobile applications that can be downloaded and installed with features easily understood by the user. Similarly, in the world of banking, Islamic banking in conducting its activities in cooperation with information technology to establish Islamic banking information system by creating a special application (app) that can simplify all the processes of ownership in the existing transaction. Establishment of the digital society as a result of the accelerated by the development and application of information and communication technology is very intensive in all fields of economy, marketing, finance, services, education and so forth. Thus, digitization is formed to allow users in the transaction, so that the economy increased.Abstrak. Digitalisasi Ekonomi Syariah. Digitalisasi ekonomi syariah dapat merambah dalam berbagai aspek ekonomi baik ekonomi mikro maupun ekonomi makro. Sekarang ini peran digital sangat luar biasa, hampir semua perekonomian menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau digitalisasi, baik dalam mengemas produk ataupun dalam memasarkan produk, sehingga lebih mudah dan lebih cepat dalam distribusi informasi yang digunakan untuk membuat pertumbuhan ekonomi semakin cepat dan tiada batas dengan dukungan teknologi digital dan teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi yang sudah merambah keindividu (personal) dapat mendukung era digitalisasi informasi dan komunikasi pada ekonomi konvensional maupun ekonomi syariah, teknologi tersebut sekarang sudah dalam genggaman tangan pengguna gadget seperti aplikasi mobile yang dapat diunduh dan dipasang dengan fitur mudah dimengerti oleh user. Demikian pula di dunia perbankan, dalam melakukan kegiatannya perbankan syariah bekerja sama dengan bidang teknologi informasi untuk membangun sistem informasi perbankan syariah dengan membuat aplikasi khusus (app) yang dapat mempermudah semua proses-proses transaksi yang ada diperbankan. Terbentuknya masyarakat digital akibat dari tersebut dipacu oleh perkembangan dan penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sangat intensif di semua bidang baik ekonomi, pemasaran, keuangan, jasa, pendidikan dan sebagainya. Maka, digitalisasi terbentuk untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi, sehingga perekonomian meningkat.
