This study deals with the improvement of students’ motivation in learning English through cooperative learning strategy assisted by attractive media. This study was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Medan, which located on Jl. Mustafa. No.1, Glugur Darat I, Medan Timur. The subject of the study is the grade six of 2019/2020 academic year. Classroom action research is applied in this study consist of two cycles, in which each cycle consists of four stages; planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data are obtained from both of observation and test. The qualitative data is analyzed through Miles and Huberman approach, while quantitative data is figured out through the formula . The result denotes that there are only 21 out of 43 students achieve 75 and over in cycle 1, whereas in cycle 2 there is significantly increasing number of students passing 75 and over with 43 students or 100%. In addition, learning activities become more active and creative. It is inferred that there was significant improvement on students’ motivation in learning English through cooperative learning strategy.

The aim of this research is to find out the improvement of students learning output use cooperative learning teaching type think pair share (TPS). The form of research is the classroom action research consisting of two cycles with the steps of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is students grade 8 of SMPN 1 Kalis. Quantitative data is taken from the pretest and postest, then is defined the average scores.  The result of this research shows that there is an improvement of average of learning output is 33,75 in the first cycles and then the second cycles is 41,25. The increase of completion of the learning output is the first cycles is 90,63 %, while the second is 93,75 %. The observation result of the learning prosess showed that the students learning activities improved and it affected the students learning output. The learning process use cooperative learning model with think pair share type is expected to be used by physics teachers to teach. This study was conducted to discover students’ achievement in narrative text through snowball throwing model. The design of this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this study was the students of Grade VIII, 2013/2014 school year of SMP Swasta Taman Harapan Medan. The number of students was 39 students. The research was conducted in to two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meeting which consisted of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. To collect the data the instruments that used were qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were collected by using diary notes, observation sheet, and questionnaire sheet. The quantitative data were collected by giving speaking test. Based on the data, the students’ score in speaking test got improvement in every cycle. In Test I, the mean of the students’ score was 64.44 while in Test II, the mean of the students’ score was 68.92 and in Test III, the mean of students’ score was 74.15. Based on the result of quantitative data, it was found that there was improvement on students’ speaking achievement in narrative text. <p>This research is done at SMK Negeri 1 Aramo. The subject of this research is the tenth grade which consists of 16 students, 8 girls and 8 boys. While the objects of this research are the implementation of Debate Technique, and the students’ ability in speaking. It is conducted by using Classroom Action Research (<em>CAR</em>) that consists of four stages in each cycle. They are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data will be analyzed in qualitative data and quantitative data.</p><p>The result of the data analysis in the first cycle is not satisfied. That’s why, the researcher continues to the second cycle. In the second cycle, the students get improvement in speaking. One student (6%) in the less level, 4 students (25%) in adequate level, 11 students (69%) in good level. The average of the students’ score is 65. Then, the result of field notes in the first meeting, the percentage of the students who are active is 75%, creative is 69%, and cooperative is 63%. While, in the second meeting, the percentage of the students who are active is 94%, creative is 94%, and cooperative is 100%. The average of the students’ score in the second cycle gets improvement and reaches the Minimum Competence Criterion (<em>MCC</em>) target fixed at the tenth grade of SMK Negeri 1 Aramo. Then, the researcher does not continue the research to the next cycle.</p>From the result of this research, the researcher concludes that Debate Technique is an active and creative learning process in teaching speaking, working in a group and also sharing knowledge and ideas to others.

Penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan yang bertujuan menerapkan penggunaan TTS sebagai media pembelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan kreativitas siswa pada materi klasifikasi materi di kelas VII.Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahapan yang masing-masing tahapan terdiri dari satu kali pertemuan.Setiap tahapan terdiri dari siklus perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action),pengamatan (observation) dan refleksi(reflecting). Lokasi penelitian di laksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Kecamatan Sunggal,Kabupaten Deli Serdang,sampel penelitian sebanyak 34 orang Siswa yang terdiri dari 17 0rang perempuan dan 17 orang laki-laki pada semester ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2016-2017.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian terdiri atas data kualitatif yang di dapat melalui pengamatan dan catatan di lapangan,serta data kuantitatif yang di dapat dari hasil belajar.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media TTS telah meningkatkan prestasi dan kreativitas Siswa pada materi klasifikasi materi di kelas VII.Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada tahap pertama di dapat ketuntasan belajar sebesar 60% dan pada tahap kedua didapat peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 75%,sedangkan kreativitas pada tahap pertama 60% dan pada tahap kedua meningkat 85%.   This research is action research that has the aim of applying the use of cross puzzle (Teka Teki Silang) as a science learning media to improve student achievement and creativity in material classification lessons in class VII. This research was conducted in two stages, each of which consisted of one meeting. Each stage consisted of the cycle of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The location of the study was carried out in SMPN 3 Sunggal, Deli Serdang District. A sample of 34 students consisting of 17 students female students and 17 male students in the odd semester of the 2016-2017 Academic Year. The data used in this study consisted of qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data is obtained through observation and recording. While quantitative data is derived from the results of learning. Based on the results of observations in the first stage, the percentage of learning completeness obtained was 60%. In the second stage, there was an increase in learning outcomes by 75%. For the creativity of students in the first stage reached 60%, and in the second stage increased by 85%.

This study concerns on improving students’ achievement in writing procedure texts through word webbing technique. The research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The population was the 2012-2013 nine grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The number of students was 36, consisting of 21 females and 15 males. The procedure of the research was administrated into two cycles where each cycle consisted of three meetings. Each meeting included four steps namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. There were two kinds of data collected during the study, qualitative and quantitative data. The instrument for collecting the quantitative data was the writing of procedure texts test while the qualitative data were gathered by using interview, diary notes and observation sheet. Based on the data analysis, the mean of students’ score in Test I was 53,47, for the Test II was 63,05, and for the Test III was 75 The qualitative data showed that the students were interested in the applying of Word webbing Technique. The conclusion is that Word Webbing Technique in writing Procedure Texts improves the students’ achievement in writing procedure texts. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Tarikh Islam Siswa KMI Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 1 menggunakan strategi pembelajaran every one is teacher here. Subjek penelitian adalah siswi KMI Gontor Putri kelas 2 H. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar Tarikh Islam siswa Kulliyyatu-l-Muallimat Al-Islamiyyah Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 1 tahun ajaran 1440-1441 H. Ketuntasan belajar siswi pada siklus pertama sebesar 46,2%, meningkat pada siklus kedua menjadi 96,2%.     Abstract This study aims to determine the increase in student achievement of Tarikh Islam, students of KMI Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 1 using learning strategies every one is teacher here. The subject of the study was KMI Gontor for female students of Class 2 H. The study used a type of classroom action research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart models. The study was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed that Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning strategy was effective in improving the student achievement of students Kulliyyatu-l-Muallimat Al-Islamiyyah Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 1 school year 1440-1441 H. Completion of student learning in the first cycle by 46.2 %, increased in the second cycle to 96.2%.

Result kindergarten teacher supervision is found in teaching teachers have to plan daily activities, so that learning activities are not effective. For that, it is necessary guidance to teachers in order to increase their competence in planning daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase kindergarten teacher competence in planning daily activities through ongoing guidance in the TK Dharma Wanita District of Tembarak 2015.Who is the subject of this research is all kindergarten teachers in the district Tembarak Dharma Wanita, amounting to 18 teachers. With schools, action research is expected 75% of kindergarten teachers are able to plan daily activities properly. Acts done in two cycles each cycle there are three meetings which consist of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Results of the action from the first cycle to the second cycle increased aspects of kindergarten teacher competence in planning daily activities properly in TK Dharma Wanita District if the year 2015 in the first cycle there are 6 teachers or 33% increase to 15 teachers or 83%. While activity has increased from 65% in the first cycle to 79% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that through continuous guidance can improve the competence of kindergarten teachers in planning daily activities in TK Dharma WanitaTembarak District of Waterford District 2015.

This research aimed to investigate the implementation of cooperative learning model in the type of Think Pair Square (TPSq) in order to improve students’ achievement. The design of the research was a Classroom Action Research with the techniques of collecting the data were through the observation sheet of students’ learning activities and summative test. The subject of the research were the 1st grade students of SMPN 4 Bengkulu City academic year of 2018/2019 with total amount of students were 32 consist of 16 males and 16 females students. The research was conducted in three cycles from 7th September 2018 until 13 October 2018. The result of the research showed that the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Square improved students’ achievement in Mathematic. Students’ learning activities were improved by giving the students work sheet that contains a completion process so that facilitate students in working on the students work sheet, appreciating the student with applause after they delivered their opinion, and dividing students in heterogenous groups based on their academic skills. The improvement on students’ achievement can be seen from the increasing on the mean of students’ scores from first cycle to third cycle namely: 74.35; 79.91; 81.14 and the percentage of classical learning completeness from first cycle to third cycle is : 76.67%; 83.33%; 93.33%.

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan TK PAUD Anak Bangsa Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui penerapan media bulletin board. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart, yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah TK PAUD Anak Bangsa yang berjumlah 16 orang anak. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari delapan pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan anak mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan media bulletin board. Skor kemampuan membaca permulaan anak pada pra siklus sebesar 44, siklus I sebesar 62, dan siklus II sebesar 65,125. Hasil tersebut memberikan implisasi bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan media bulletin board.Research action aims to describe the process and results in improving the ability to read the beginning of TK PAUD Anak Bangsa of Palembang City South Sumatera Province through the application of Media bulletin board. The research methods used are research actions with the Kemmis and Taggart models, which include planning, action and observation, reflection. The subject of this research is TK PAUD Anak Bangsa, a total of 16 children. Research is conducted in two cycles consisting of eight meetings on each cycle. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the ability to read children's beginnings improved after the media bulletin board was applied. Scores of children's start reading on the pre-cycle of 44, cycle I by 62, and cycle II by 65.125. The results gave implisation that the ability to read the start can be increased through the application of Media bulletin board.

The purposes of this reasearch are 1) describing the efforts of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision and 2) analysing the increase of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision. The type of this research is School Action Research (SAR). The action of this research is class visitation. The place of this research is the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang. The time of this research is the early first semester of 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this research are the class teachers (CT) and the subject teachers (ST) in the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi, Subdistrict of Rembang, Regency of Rembang, consist of six CT and three ST. The technique of collecting data is using nontest technique. The tools of collecting data are using the sheets of observation and documentation. The data of this research is including teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation. The data of this research are qualitative and quantitative. The technique of analizing data is decriptive comparation. The procedure of this research is using Cycle Model, consist of four steps: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of this research are 1) the efforts of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision are focussing on the coaching, 2) the efforts of increasing the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision are individually and participative and 3) the elementary school 1 Pasar Banggi teachers pedagogic competence in order to increase the students learning motivation at the first semester of 2018/2019 academic year by class visitation technique of academic supervision increased and included very high (A) category. Key words: Pedagogic, Teacher, Learning Motivation, Academic Supervision
