Robótica Educacional e o ensino de Matemática

Technologies are key alternative resources in the classroom. In relation to the teaching of mathematics, educational robotics can contribute to the development of learning and skills, where the use of technologies in education – as an important resource in educational development – proves to be increasingly permanent and present in our teaching environments. This book brings discussions and reflections on a teaching experiment, based on the use of robotics for the teaching of mathematics, showing the importance of technologies and their contribution to Education. The development of this proposal was organized according to a set of activities, through experiments in educational robotics, carried out in the computer lab of a municipal school, with students from the 7th year of elementary school, in the city of Santarém, state of Pará. The results obtained showed that the development of knowledge in technological areas encourages students to learn and collaborates for their interest, providing moments of significant learning within the discipline of Mathematics. As a result, the use of educational robotics in pedagogical practice resulted in participation, development of critical thinking and student learning, as well as contributing to the debate, involving discussions about interdisciplinarity between different areas of knowledge, such as education, mathematics and informatics.

Abstract:ART ACTIVITIES AS STRATEGY FOR THE TEACHING-LEARNING OF MATH IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATIONThe following research has the purpose to implicate artistic activities in the process of teachinglearning of math in children of fifth grade of elementary school, base on a constructivist paradigm. The methodology used was a multimodal focus with two stages; the reach is explicative to describe why does this phenomenon occurred and in what type of conditions it manifests. We selected as analysis categories: traditional pedagogical practice develop by teachers and the work with artistic activities in the city of Pachuca Mexico. The instruments employed for the recollection of data are diagnostic test, test after the application of the variable, interview, observation and notes. The application phase or the variable ended with highly positive results for the teaching-learning of math. In consequence with the students it produced a highly positive attitude in the learning of this discipline in a dynamic way. And in relation with the teachers it offers new tools of creative participation where the equity of protagonist exists.Key words: Teaching-Learning, Constructivism, Math, Artistic Activities, Multimodal Focus.Resumen:Este trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito implementar actividades artísticas en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje (e-a) de las matemáticas en niños de 5° año de primaria, basándose en el paradigma constructivista. La metodología utilizada es un enfoque multimodal con un diseño de dos etapas; el alcance es de tipo explicativo para describir porque ocurre dicho fenómeno y en qué condiciones se manifiesta. Se seleccionaron como categorías de análisis: la práctica pedagógica tradicional desarrollada por la maestra, y la implementación de actividades artísticas, en una escuela de la Ciudad de Pachuca, Hidalgo, México. Los instrumentos utilizados para la recolección de datos son el test diagnóstico, el test posterior a la aplicación de la variable (re test), entrevistas, observación y notas de campo. La fase de aplicación de la variable culminó con resultados altamente positivos para la enseñanza-aprendizaje de las matemáticas. En cuanto a los alumnos se produjo una actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje de esta disciplina de una manera lúdica y dinámica. Resumo: O uso dos computadores e dispositivos móveis associados à internet vem ganhando espaço nas escolas de educação básica como ferramentas didáticas utilizadas para auxiliar a aprendizagem dos educandos. Assim sendo, a presente investigação, de cunho qualitativo-exploratória apoiada em estudo de caso, teve como objetivo identificar a presença e o uso de Laboratório de Informática (LI) no ensino de Matemática nos anos iniciais em escolas públicas e privadas do município de Alegrete/RS. Para tanto, a pesquisa foi realizada em três etapas: I) levantamento de dados; II) observação não participante das práticas docentes no LI; e III) entrevista. Os resultados revelaram que a maior parte dos professores observados não realiza um planejamento didático-pedagógico para as atividades a serem desenvolvidas no LI. Destaca-se a importância da fluência digital e do domínio do conteúdo para o desenvolvimento de práticas pedagógicas criativas e contextualizadas, bem como o aporte de infraestrutura e formação continuada.Palavras-chave: Laboratório de Informática; Tecnologias Digitais; Ensino de Matemática; Prática docente. The use of digital technologies in the teaching of mathematics in the elementary school Abstract: The use of computers and mobile devices associated with the Internet has been gaining ground in basic education schools as teaching tools used to help the learning of students. Thus, the present qualitative-exploratory investigation, supported by a case study, aimed to identify the presence and use of Computer Laboratory in the teaching of Mathematics in the elementary school in public and private schools in the city of Alegrete-RS. For this, the research was carried out in three stages: I) data collection; II) observation of teaching practices in the Computer Laboratory; and III) interview. The results revealed that most of the teachers observed do not carry out a didactic-pedagogical planning to work in the Computer Laboratory with their students. From the interview conducted, we highlight the importance of digital fluency and content domain for the development of creative and contextualized pedagogical practices, as well as the contribution of infrastructure and continuing education. This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

Critical thinking skills is a very important aspect that students must have in learning chemistry, especially in solving problems that require deeper alternative solutions. This research aims to analyze the relationship of critical thinking on student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material. In this research, there were 48 students sampled, the technique used for sampling was purposive sampling. For data analysis in this research using correlation and regression tests with a probability value of 0.05. From the results of the linearity and correlation tests found that students 'critical thinking skills have a relationship with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material by 0.599 and the regression results also show the same thing that there is a significant relationship between students' critical thinking skills with learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material that is seen from the comparison of the significance value (0,000) with a probability value (0.05), (0,000 <0.05) means that there is a positive relationship between critical thinking skills with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material in SMAN 1 Kampar. The contribution or contribution of students' critical thinking skills to learning outcomes in the hydrolysis material is 35.9% while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The higher the level of critical thinking skills of students, the greater the significant functional relationship to learning outcomes, and also the greater contribution / contribution of critical thinking skills to student learning outcomes.Keywords : Critical thinking skills, learning outcomes, correlation and regression analysis, salt hydrolysis

This study aims to describe the increase in activities and student learning outcomes in learning Natural Sciences in class V Kabuyu Inpres Elementary School through the application of the science process skills approach. The method used in this research is classroom action research which consists of 4 stages, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, with data collection techniques using evaluation tests, observation sheets, and field notes. Research subjects were 27 students. The results showed that using existing instructional devices showed an increase in student and teacher activities. Student learning activity shows the percentage score obtained on the first cycle is 70.05% in the category enough, in the second cycle showed an increase in the percentage score of 90.48% category very good, an increase of 20.43%. Teacher observation activities when applying the material in class I showed a percentage score of 78.33% in the good category, in the second cycle, the percentage score was 95.00% in the very good category, an increase of 16.67%. In the results of the analysis of evaluation tests, the first cycle students showed the percentage of classical completeness 53.70% for the percentage of classical absorption 71.06%, the second cycle showed an increase in the results of the evaluation test evaluation on the percentage of climax completeness obtained 90.74%, and the percentage of absorption laxative results showed 84.96%, KBK increased by 37.04% and DSK increased by 13.90%. Based on the acquisition of these results, it was concluded that the approach to science process skills can improve student learning activities and outcomes in the heat transfer material in class V of Kabuyu Inpres Elementary School in 2018-2019.

The aimed of this research to describe the student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills through guided inquiry model using student worksheet oriented of critical thinking skills. This Research was conducted on two stages, are development of teaching materials using Dick and Carey model, and the implementation stage into the classroom using one group pretest-posttest design with subjects were 30 students on X class of SMAN 1 Pasir Belengkong Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur. The parameter is feasibility of lesson plan, student activity, learning outcomes, critical thinking skills and constraints for teaching and learning activities. Data collecting were using observation method, test, and questionnaire. After the data were analiyzed with this result: The feasibility of lesson plan could be categorized as good, student activity with instrument reliability classified as good, learning outcomes test to know mastery of student learning on Ecosystems with the average score as good and gain score high gain, critical thinking test with the average score as good and gain score high gain. Based on this research, it can be concluded that guided inquiry model using student worksheet of critical thinking skills can improve student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa melalui model inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan LKS berorientasi keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap pengembangan perangkat yang menggunakan model Dick & Carey, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap implememtasi model di dalam kelas menggunakan rancangan One group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan subjek penelitian 30 siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Pasir Belengkong Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur. Parameter yang diukur meliputi keterlaksanaan RPP, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, respon siswa dan hambatan selama kegiatan belajar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, dan angket. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Keterlaksanaan RPP dengan kategori baik, aktivitas siswa, dengan reliabilitas instrumen berkategori baik, ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem dengan nilai rata-rata baik dan gain score rata-rata  gain tinggi, ketuntasan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan rata-rata nilai baik dan gain score rata-rata gain tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan LKS berorientasi keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.
