In order to reduce the negative impact of urban traffic air pollution, this paper firstly analyzes the relationship between urban traffic air pollution and vehicle speed, after providing the relationship model, the paper establishes a comprehensive pricing model of urban traffic air pollution based on bi-level programming, the model considers the traffic air pollution pricing, and includes the factors of congestion pricing, bus fee, pricing revenue redistribution on improvement of public transport services and the expansion of road capacity. The case study shows that the implementation of comprehensive pricing of urban traffic air pollution can reduce traffic pollution and unreasonable traffic flow, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the city.

The relationship between the difference of the driver behavior and energy consumption in the same bus line was studied through analyzing the inlet parking process of the driving cycles in order to solve the problem that the practical benefits in endurance mileage of the electric buses differed a lot. It showed that the energy recycled in the inlet parking process differed 21% between the best driver and the worst one and the energy difference was influenced dramatically by the accuracy of vehicle speed prediction and the tendency of deceleration of drivers.1.

The classic work of Whitcomb and Milliken on the steady-state cornering of automobiles is generalized to include a simplified two-wheeled vehicle. The relationship which results, similar to that of Whitcomb and Milliken, gives the radius of the path of the vehicle in terms of vehicle parameters, vehicle speed, and steering head angle.

<p class="Default"><em>Ambarawa – Magelang main road is an arterial road which used by drivers who came from Central Java headed to Yogyakarta. The Road Segment is considered to have frequent traffic accidents. The study aims to analyze the relationship between geometric aspects and the occurrence of accidents, compare actual speed with plan speed, and analyzing the completeness of the traffic signs on this section to identify the causes of accidents that occurred at that location</em>. <em>The stages of analysis is by doing the geometric calculation of the road and compared with the requirements in the regulation then identifying whether there is a relationship between accidents that occur with geometric conditions, vehicle speed, and the signs completeness. Identification and results of geometric analysis is known that Black Spot are on bend road I (km 46+300) there were 22 accidents due to breaking road markings, 6 accidents due to extreme bend, and 4 accidents due to road slackness throughout 2012 – 2018. On the bend road II (km 46+440) there were 5 accidents due to breaking road markings and on the bend road III (km 46+520) there were 3 accidents due to road slackness. with the result that there is a relationship between geometric conditions with accidents that occur and after being analyzed the completeness of the traffic signs is still lacking and needs to be completed.</em></p>

An expert system has been proposed to estimate the relationship between the vehicle pre-braking speed and the length of the skid mark. Since the length of the skid mark varies with many factors, there is no a single formula or equation which can represent the relationship between the vehicle pre-braking speed and the length of the skid mark. Therefore in this paper an expert system is built to estimate the relationship between the vehicle pre-braking speed and the length of the skid mark. The radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used for the expert system due to its shorter training time and higher accuracy. There are many factors affecting the skid mark. In this paper we choose 7 factors, i.e. brand of vehicle, vehicle displacement, year of manufacture, vehicle weight, vehicles with and without ABS, roadway surface, and vehicle speed for the training in the RBF neural network. The total number of the training data for the RBF neural network is 2619. The results showed that high accuracy is obtained for estimating the relationship between the vehicle pre-braking speed and the length of the skid mark. Thus the expert system proposed in this paper is demonstrated to be a suitable system for estimating the relationship between the vehicle pre-braking speed and the length of the skid mark.

The latest speed limit increases in the United States have brought about debates about the relationship between travel speed and traffic safety. The relationship between travel speed and collision severity is clear: Increase in travel speed leads to a dramatic increase in collision severity. However, the relationship between speed and collision involvement is more complicated. Examined here is the relationship between travel speed and collision involvement on Saskatchewan provincial highways. Saskatchewan data indicate that the most prevalent source of human error contributing to collisions may be speed-related. The study of the relationship between vehicle speed and collisions therefore is fundamental for developing countermeasures to achieve compliance with speed regulations and to reduce the number of collisions. According to nine provincial-wide speed surveys and corresponding accident data from the last 26 years, traffic casualties and casualty rates on provincial highways are closely correlated to the surveyed average travel speed. This finding is not surprising, considering the fact that about 60 to 80 percent of all collisions on provincial highways are single-vehicle collisions. The relationship indicates that casualties will be reduced by about 7 percent for every 1-km/hr (0.62-mph) reduction in average travel speed on provincial highways. Casualty rates on provincial highways are closely correlated to speed differentials—higher speed differentials lead to higher casualty rates. Some difficult issues relating to speed and safety are also discussed.

Vehicle speed is one of the parameters used to detect the characteristics of traffic on a road segment. Vehicle speed is a variable that determines the level of road service as well as the value of the comparison between traffic flow and vehicle density on the road section under study. This study aims to develop an appropriate algorithm that can describe the situation on the arterial road Ir. H. Soekarno about the speed of vehicles passing in it. The method used in this study is polynomial regression with vehicle speed as a dependent variable and the measurement time as a independent variable. The model is said to be good and can be represented by looking at the correlation value R2 that is in each calculated model. The results obtained from this study are that the relationship between vehicle speed and measurement time has the best results on the polynomial model level 7 for measurements in the morning and evening with the same polynomial model. This shows that the graph of the velocity of time is not linear but is a polynomial function. From this research, it can be concluded that the Ir.H.Soekarno road section has varied vehicle speed characteristics and the appropriate mathematical model algorithm is the 6th polynomial model with R2 correlation value of 0.88

Network coding can save the wireless network resources and improve the network throughput by combining the routing with coding. Traditional multisignature from certificateless cryptosystem is not suitable for the network coding environment. In this paper, we propose a certificateless multisignature scheme suitable for network coding (NC-CLMSS) by using the sequential multisignature and homomorphic hash function. NC-CLMSS is based on the CDH and ECDL problems, and its security is detailedly proved in the random oracle (RO) model. In NC-CLMSS, the source node generates a multisignature for the message, and the intermediate node linearly combines the receiving message. NC-CLMSS can resist the pollution and forgery attacks, and it has the fixed signature length and relatively high computation efficiency.
