This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the main factors forming the price of one of Indonesia's main export commodities, Crude Palm Oil (CPO). The data of this study are all data of CPO exports subject to export duty from January 2009 to June 2015. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using Eviews 8. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the export duty, export standard prices, and international market prices have a positive and significant effect on CPO selling prices, while the inflation rate does not significant effect on CPO selling prices. Based on standardized coefficients, it can be concluded that international market prices have the strongest influence on CPO selling prices

Abstrak. Produktivitas tenaga kerja memegang peranan penting pada perusahaan kelapa sawit,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jumlah tanggungan keluarga,pendapatan total rumah tangga, premi, umur dan pengalaman mempengaruhi produktivitastenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit di Kebun Batee Puteh PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara (ASN).Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional random sampling dari 7 afdeling diKebun Batee Puteh PT. ASN dengan jumlah populasi 157 orang diambil 20% per afdeling jaditotal sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan padapenelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsialjumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan total rumah tangga dan premi berpengaruh secarasignifikan terhadap prosuktivitas tenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit di Kebun Batee Puteh PT.ASN.Kata Kunci : Produktivitas tenaga kerja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan total rumahtangga, premi, umur, pengalaman.Abstract. Labor productivity plays an important role in palm oil companies, this study aims tofind out how big the number of family dependents, total household income, premiums, age andexperience affect the productivity of palm oil harvest work in Kebun Batee Puteh PT. AgroSinergi Nusantara (ASN). Method that used to take sample is proportional random samplingmethod from 7 afdeling at Kebun Batee Puteh PT. ASN with a population of 157 people taken20% each afdeling so the total sample in this study 32 people. The analysis technique used inthis research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed partially the number of familydependents, the total income of households and premiums significantly influence theprocurement of labor harvest of palm oil in Kebun Batee Puteh PT. ASN.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

In this research, we investigate impact of Inflation Rate, Interes Rate and Earning per Share as independent variable to the PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk. stock price. We use causality research with multiple regression analysis method to answer the hypothesis. As conclusion that find, all independent variabel have impact significantly to the stock price in 0.78%. In partial, inflation has no impact to the stock price. In other way, interest rate have significantly influence to the stock price. But the influence is negative. EPS fositive have influence significantly to stock price.

Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is one of important commodity for Indonesia. Indonesia is the biggest producers of CPO in the world, and the second exporter after Malaysia.  Despite the fact that Indonesia and Malaysia are mayor CPO exporters, CPO traders determine CPO price in spot market. As a result, Indonesian and Malaysian producers often face price volatilites. Indonesian traders do not have bargaining power in the price determination. On other hands, domestik demands for CPO grow up.  For that reason,  The Indonesian goverment must take a policy to guarantee the fulfilment of CPO needs.  The objective of research are (1) to describe the Indonesian policy in CPO trade that integrated with World market in Rotterdam and Malaysian Market and (2) to formulate the policy implication of CPO price formation in Indonesia. The research showed that Indonesia act as price taker, this is because Indonesian goverment has no bargaining power to determine price in domestic - and international market. This article helps identify the main factors influencing the performance of small and medium agribusiness enterprises in Kenya. The study proposes five research hypotheses, each tested on a sample of 150 agribusiness enterprises using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the use of external partners, such as scientific research establishments and commercial consultants, influences the firm's performance. This influence is moderated by factors like internal capabilities and the firm's degree of openness to innovation.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan perpajakan pajak hotel dan restoran secara bersama terhadap pendapatan di Kota Batam pada tahun 2012-2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan realisasi pajak hotel dan pajak restoran tahun 2012-2014. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pajak hotel variabel parsial namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. (2) pajak restoran sebagian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan (3) pajak atas pajak hotel dan restoran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan,Kata kunci: kontribusi pajak hotel, kontribusi pajak restoran, pendapatan daerah.The purpose of this research is (1) To know the effect of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenues hotel in the city of Batam years 2012-2014. (2) To determine the influence of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenue restaurants in the city area of Batam years 2012-2014. (3) To determine the influence of the contribution of tax revenue the hotel and restaurant taxes jointly on revenue in the city of Batam in 2012-2014.This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is the report on the realization of hotel tax and restaurant tax years 2012-2014. Data collection techniques used is a library research and field research. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) partial variable hotel tax but not significant effect on revenue. This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. ABSTRAKPertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan dalam  menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dapat membuat kesejahteraan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat diartikan sebagai perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksi dalam masyarakat bertambah (Sukirno, 2010).  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh PAD, DAU dan DAK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Tomohon. Desentralisi berarti penyerahan urusan pemerintah dari pemerintah daerah tingkat atas kepada daerah (kuncoro, 2006). Semakin tinggi PAD yang diperoleh suatu daerah maka akan semakin tinggi pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut.  Menurut Brata (2004) yang dikutip oleh Adi dan Harianto (2007) menyatakan bahwa terdapat dua komponen penerimaan daerah yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yaitu PAD serta sumbangan dan bantuan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACTEconomic growth is one of the indicators used in determining the success of development. High economic growth can make people's welfare even better Economic growth can be defined as the development of activities in the economy that cause goods and services produced in the community increases (Sukirno, 2010).  The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on economic growth in Tomohon City. Decentralization means the handover of government affairs from upper level regional governments to regions (kuncoro, 2006). The higher the PAD obtained by a region, the higher the economic growth in the region. According Brata (2004) cited by Adi and Harianto (2007) states that there are two components of local revenue that significantly positive effect on regional economic growth that is PAD and donations and assistance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. A long working hour will negate child’s Physical and Psychological states. For this reason, it is paramount to investigate the surrounding factors which may affect the working hours among child labors. The finding potentially bring information to stakeholders and authorities which later may assist them in taking the best decision to deal with child labors and further reduce the working hours. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the household education, income, parents’ age, and number of dependents on the child’s working hour in Makassar City. The data were collected from 100 respondents using survey and the data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis technique. The results found that the parent’s education and income negatively and significantly predicted working hours among child labors. Thus, this study suggested that the authorities should reduce the poverty so the families do not further employ their children to support their financial needs. The authorities should also empower the community to shift the child’s daily routines from working to schooling.

The purpose of this research is to test the efficiency, diversification and ownership concentration on risk level of BPR banks in DIY. BPR is chosen because it has a closed relationship with SMEs due to its main functions on the micro economy growth through credit channeling.Research data on 26 BPR during 2012-2016 were tested using multiple regression analysis technique. The test concludes only the efficiency proven to affect the risk of BPR banks.
