Compare to others province in Borneo, central Borneo has fail to meet the minimum target of exclusive breastfeeding, estimated only about 20.5%. However, in Palangka Raya City, the prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding roughly only 14.99% and this number has decreased slowly year by year. Maternal Fetal Attachment (MFA) is playing an important role to the mother’s attitude to breastfeed their babies when they birth. Maternal-fetal attachment also affected to the mother’s health practice attitude toward her pregnancy. The aimed of this study is to explore the relationship between maternal-fetal attachment and their attitude toward breastfeeding exclusively. The consecutive sampling was used to recruited 97 participants in this study. Rank spearmen was calculated to determine the relationship between two variables. The result finding there is no a significant relationship between maternal-fetal attachment and their attitude to breastfeed exclusively. Limitations and recommendations have been made in this article for further study in the same area.

Chiilddbirt injuries often result in the birtht canal, or tearing of the perineum or perineum rupture. Perineum laceration can be caused by maternal parity, estimated fetal weight, and so on becaused the perineum is elastic, but can also be found on the perineum rigid, especially on the first pregnancy (primigravida). Doing Kegel exercises can increase elastisitasion maternal perineum area. Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic muscles before delivery, and can flex muscle of perineum as delivery baby. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of kegel exercises for pregnant women primigravida TM III with the degree of rupture perineum on normal deliveries at Puskesmas Bandar Kidul district of kediri. The design of this study using Analitic Correlation study with cross- sectional approach. Population from this study were 19 respondent and Samples were 16 respondents pregnant women primigravida TM III with Consecutive Sampling. Instrument in this study using a cheklist sheet and observation sheets. From the result, the results of most respondents do kegel exercise with frequency =5x each day. From the analysis of the data using the Spearman Rank r count showed 0.12 ; t table 0.506 means Ho received no relationship kegel exercise with degree of rupture  perineum in Puskesmas Bandar Kidul of Kediri. Abstract Maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still high enough which is dominated by three main causes of death that is bleeding, preeclampsia, and infection. Maternal Mortality in Samarinda city in 2015 increased by 76 per 100,000 live births. Maternal mortality in Samarinda city, dominated maternal death aged 20-34 years that fall into maternal and maternal death category. One of the causes of maternal death is preeclampsia and one of the causes of preeclampsia in pregnant women is obesity. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of obesity with preeclampsia in pregnant women trimester II and III in RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda with specified α is 0,05The design of this study is cross sectional, sampling technique with purposive sampling of 39 pregnant women trimester II and III. The results of this study found there is a significant relationship between obesity with preeclampsia in pregnant women trimester II and III (p value = 0.006) with the value of α = 0.05.There is a significant relationship between obesity with preeclampsia in pregnant women trimester II and III in RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda 2018.   ABSTRACT Breast feeding gives all of energy and nutrition needed baby during early 6 months. Palembang health breast feeding profile that baby get exlusive breast feeding as many 31% on 2009 increase to 40% on 2010. Purpose of this research is to know the relationship of Factors with exclusive breastfeeding to baby at the Ananda partners clinic  Palembang on 2014. This method is Analytic Survey with Cross Sectional approach. Population in this research is all of mothers with their age 7-12 months babies, on february 12- 18 with respondent at sample by Accidental Sampling. Analysis use univariat and bivariat analysis using Chi-Square with significant level α = 0,.05 result of 35 respondents with giving exlusive breast feeding 67,7%  ungiving 34,3%, mother good knowledge as many as 77,1%, working mothers as many as 31,4, and mothers good culture as many as 71,4%. Result of bivariat analysis show that there’s significant relationship between knowledge with giving exlusive breast feeding where ρ value 0,01 and significant relationship between jobs with giving exlusive breast feeding, where ρ value 0.04 and significant relationship between social cultural with giving exlusive breast feeding, where ρ value 0,01. Of this research hoped that health worker improve health service more especially mother to giving the only breast feeding to 0-6 months baby.     ABSTRAK ASI memberi semua energi dan gizi (nutrisi) yang dibutuhkan bayi selama 6 bulan pertama hidupnya.Data profil dinas kesehatan kota palembang bayi yang mendapatkan ASI Eksklusif yaitu sebanyak 31%pada 2019 meningkat menjadi 40% pada tahun 2010. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi di klinik Mitra Ananda  Palembang tahun 2014. Metode ini adalah Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cros Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-6 bulan. waktu penelitian pada tanggal 3-30 Januari dengan sample 40 responden secara Accidental Sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan batas bermakna α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian dari 40 responden dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif 77,5% dan  tidak ASI Eksklusif 22,5% , ibu berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 85%  dan berpengatuhan kurang 15% ibu bekerja sebanyak 37,5% dan tidak bekerja sebanyak 62,5% , dan ibu yang budaya baik 75% dan budaya kurang baik 25%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif, dimana ρ value  0,01 dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pekerjaan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif , dimana ρ value 0,04 dan ada hubungan bermakna antara sosial budaya dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif, diman ρ value 0,01 . Dari penelitian ini diharapkan agar petugas kesehatan lebih meningkatkan pelayanan  kesehatan khususnya bidan terutama kepada ibu yang menyusui untuk dapat memberikan ASI pada usia 0-6 bulan.

<p>Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia according to the Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) reached IMR was 32 per 1.000 live births in 2012. Research WHO states that 88% of child mortality linked to malnutrition, which is often associated with the intake of milk. Family is the closest person who can help the mother to give exclusive breastfeeding. For that family support is very important in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The aim of research to determine the relationship of the family with the informational support exclusive breastfeeding in the village Timbulharjo, Sewon, Bantul. This study was observational analytic cross sectional approach. This study uses the 76 respondents who had infants aged 6-24 months that follow posyandu in Timbulharjo village in April-May with a purposive sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data were obtained subsequently analyzed using frequency distribution table, chi square as percentages and odds ratios (OR). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the informational support to the families with exclusive breastfeeding correlation value chi square p=0.000 mothers who get no good informational support 16 times more likely to not memberikasn exclusive breastfeeding her baby. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between emotional support in the family with exclusive breastfeeding in the village Timbulharjo, Sewon, Bantul.</p>

Exclusive breastfeeding is the most appropriate food for babies aged 0-6 months for brain development and infant intelligence as well as to improve the baby's immune system or immunity from disease attacks. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by many factors, one of which is the very limited number of ASI counselors. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of breastfeeding counseling with mother's attitude in exclusive breastfeeding in Tawaeli Health Center work area. This research includes descriptive correlation type with cross sectional approach. The design of this study was used to analyze the correlative relationship between breastfeeding counseling and the mother's attitude in exclusive breastfeeding. The location of this research is the work area of Puskesmas Taweli in Palu City and implemented on July to August 2015. The sample of this research is all mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months in work area of Puskesmas Taweli in Palu City. Sampling was done by using consecutive sampling, with total sample of 73 people. The results showed no significant relationship between breastfeeding counseling and mother's attitude in exclusive breastfeeding in Tawaeli Health Center Working Area. This can be proved by statistical analysis with X2value <X2table (0,292 <92,808) at 95% CI and ρ-value = 0,589> α (0,05). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is no relationship of breastfeeding counseling with mother attitude about exclusive breast feeding in Tawaeli Public Health Working Area.

Nutritional status of pregnant women is strongly influenced by food intake and the presence of an infectious disease. Another factor that also affects the nutritional status of pregnant women is the diet and nutritional knowledge of pregnant women. This study aims to determine the relationship of diet and nutrition knowledge with nutritional status of bajo tribe pregnant women in Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study is an analytical study with approach cros sectional study. The number of samples selected is 35 people. Sampling by total sampling method. The data collection was done by interview using questionnaire tools. The results of the study showed that the diet of pregnant women was mostly 60% classified as poor, and the knowledge of pregnant women was mostly 54.3% classified as lacking. The results of statistical analysis using the test chi-square showed that between diet and nutritional status of pregnant women (p=0.023), between the level of knowledge with the nutritional status of pregnant women (p=0.730). There is a significant relationship between dietary pattern and nutritional status of pregnant women, and there is no significant relationship between the level of knowledge with the nutritional status of pregnant women.
