<p>Bandung is a developing city that has a lot of attractions. One of them is the beauty of nature. Ahadiat<br />Hotel &amp; Bungalows has a different concept to other hotel in Bandung. Located in Sukajadi which is<br />just 10 kilometers from the center of city, Ahadiat Hotel &amp; Bungalow impressed of its uniqueness<br />because it is out of the noise but still accessible to the city. This study investigates whether the<br />experiential marketing effect on customer loyalty. Respondents in this study were 107 customers who<br />stayed at Ahadiat Hotel &amp; Bungalow, Bandung. The results showed that the experiential marketing of<br />Ahadiat Hotel &amp; Bungalow effect on customer satisfaction. The research objective is to get empirical evidences as well as to elucidate the phenomenon so that conclusion can be drawn concerning the implementation of Experiential Marketing in Creating Customer Value at stars’ hotel of 3, 4 and 5 in West Java, Indonesia. This study uses quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling was conducted to test the hypothesis. To meet the adequacy of the data, it was decided to have sample of 210 respondents, consisting of hotel customers who were room occupants of 3, 4, and 5 star hotels in the West Java province. Collection of field data in order to obtain primary data was done through observation, deployment questionnaires, interviews and search and collecting documents. The results confirmed the importance of experiential marketing implementation since it can increase customer value, and it also has implications for customer loyalty.

The study aims to determine the influence of Experiential Marketing, quality of service, and customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty by developing a research model and 6 hypotheses filed in this study. The number of samples was 160 respondents, namely the customer of PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Semarang with incidental sampling through questionnaires. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of Software AMOS 21.0 based on data analysis results, it can be concluded that the model received good/fit and subsequent research results showed there were 3 hypotheses received and 3 hypotheses were rejected.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of interactivity, perceived effectiveness, trust, and experiential marketing on online transportation customers' loyalty in Indonesia. This study surveyed 264 online transportation customers. Purposive sampling was used to recruit respondents. Partial Least Squares analysis was used to analyze the data in three steps, including inner model analysis, outer model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis testing supported seven of the nine hypotheses proposed. The findings of this study indicate that interaction is a significant predictor of online transportation consumer loyalty. The report also discusses the implications of the results and the direction for further research.

This study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing on Customer Loyalty (Study in Mahakam Lantern Garden Customers). The existence of tourism activities has a very big impact, one of which is reducing unemployment and increasing the standard of living of the surrounding community. The population in this study were visitors to Mahakam Lampion Garden, the sample in this study were 100 visitors. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study used data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study used the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing using the PLS Smart program. The results showed that 1) Experiential marketing had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden customer loyalty, 2) Experiential Marketing and Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden Customer Loyalty, Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction.

Consumer experience born from the consumption of a product or service gives a distinct impression in the minds of consumers. This impression creates brand loyalty, provided that the appropriate marketing program is designed to provide a unique experience. Article explores a study that uses primary and secondary data at Bengawan Solo Coffee to see the impact of marketing programs based on experience upon customer loyalty towards the Bengawan Solo Coffee brand. Data were collected by direct interviews of selected respondents through purposive sampling. Furthermore, those data were analyzed using several statistical methods, such as normality tests, the validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, Pearson product moment, and multiple regression. The results shows that there are significant correlation between  marketing based on experience (feel, act, and relate) towards brand loyalty. The relationship between experiential marketing (feel and relate) towards brand loyalty is low, while the experiential marketing relationship (act) is quite strong.

Nowadays, shopping malls growth are extremely high in Jakarta area. One of the shopping malls that has existed for a long time and still thrives in Jakarta is Mal Kelapa Gading (MKG). The objective of this research is to examine the impact of experiential marketing and service quality toward MKG’s customer loyalty with customer satisfaction and trust as mediation variables. The data was collected by distributing 233 questionnaires to the residents around the area of the mall. As this research model has passed 11 goodness of fit test indicators, this model has been proven consistent to the empirical data. There are 6 hypotheses in this research, 4 of which are proven true. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive impact in experiential marketing and service quality toward customer loyalty with customer satisfaction and trust as mediation variables. On the one hand, customer satisfaction has become the best mediating variable to strengthen the impact of experiential marketing and service quality toward customer loyalty. On the other hand, experiential marketing and service quality do not affect trust. Trust is useful as a mediating variable if there is an influence from customer satisfaction. The objective of the study is to identify the effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty in Rumah Makan Abeng 38, identify the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in Rumah Makan Abeng 38, and identify the effect of experiential marketing and service quality on customer loyalty in Rumah Makan Abeng 38.  The research methodology is descriptive quantitative method, analysis in this study is at Rumah Makan Abeng 38 and it’s observation unit are customers of Rumah Abeng 38. The population in this study are customers of Rumah Makan Abeng 38 as many as 5894 respondents. The technique of determining by number of samples used in this study is Slovin formula and amount used 98 respondents. Coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that of Customer Loyalty is influences by Experiential Marketing and Service Quality, while the remaining is influence of other factors or variable out of the observation like Price, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction.
