The article outlines the theoretical basis for the need for free economic zones, as the most important factor in the country's socioeconomic growth, and their attractiveness and evaluation criteria. In turn, this requires that each region locates and develops productive forces based on its mineral and resource wealth. The author emphasizes the strengthening of the policy of diversification of small business and private entrepreneurship, an increase in export potential and the current state of the economy in the regions.

Introduction. In domestic historiography for many decades personal subsidiary plots were viewed as some rudiment of a non-socialist form of farming in the country’s agricultural sector. In accordance with the political principles of party ideologists, most researchers in every possible way emphasized the futility of the personal subsidiary plots and the inevitability of their soon withering away. And at the beginning of the XXI century they re-main a kind of “islands” of small business in the countryside and the main form of earnings for the total mass of rural workers. The main objective of this study is a comprehensive analysis of the current state of personal subsidiary plots of the rural population of Tatarstan in the context of determining the main socio-economic indicators in relation to the study area; identification of the most important development parameters of this form of small business. Materials and Methods. The scientific study is based on source materials from various government departments (including the Tatarstan Statistical Office), newspaper and journal periodicals, as well as data from historical, economic and sociological literature. When writing the article, the author was guided by the principles of historicism, complexity and objectivity. The research is based on the methods of historical science: problem-chronological, comparative-historical, systemic, etc. Results. During the study, the current state and indicators of the development of personal subsidiary plots of the rural population of the Republic of Tatarstan were systematically reviewed, in particular, their participation in the structure of regional gross income. It has been established that the main branches of economic activity of peasant farmsteads are vegetable growing and productive animal husbandry. It is proved that the strengthening of the positions of large investors in the village led to the curtailment of certain branches of production of personal subsidiary plots and their transition to a consumer rate of management. Discussion and Conclusion. The intensive development of various forms of small business in the post-perestroika period, including personal subsidiary plots of the population, intensified the market diversification of the economy of the agricultural sector in general and of high-quality peasant farmsteads in particular. During the forced dismantling of the collective farm and state farm management systems and the formation of new forms of entrepreneurship, peas-ant farmsteads became not only the economic basis for the existence of the rural population, but also a form of self-preservation of many settlements.

In the current context of changing and improving forms of ownership, the development of small business and private entrepreneurship is one of the most strategically important tasks for the economy of Uzbekistan. World experience confirms that small business and private entrepreneurship provide an abundance of consumer goods and services in the domestic market, increase export opportunities, solve the problem of employment of citizens, increase real incomes. At the same time, “starting and running a small business does not require large expenditures and capital investments. This will allow for quick and easy modernization of production, technical and technological re-equipment, development of new types of products, regular updating of their range and ensuring competitiveness. " The process takes place in the market to meet the needs of consumers for the goods produced and offered, and to cover the costs and benefits of producing the product.

In the world of business special attention is paid to entrepreneurs for their potential and large corporations for their impact on the market. Due to this, small businesses often fall short of resources and tools to help them grow. The aim of this dissertation is to introduce a framework for decision making to small businesses as a tool to help embed more structure into their organization. The framework was then applied to two distinct case studies to display its functionality and usefulness. The framework consists of several steps: 1) corporate plan and financial assessment 2) a current state analysis 3) a quantitative and mathematical feasibility study of the decision The framework in each case study resulted in an objective and qualified decision. It also suggests that, due to the unique structure and characteristics of each small business, the framework proposed would only be relevant and applicable on a general level and more work is required to refine the details in order to be able apply it universally to business entities with limited working capital.

The development of small business, agriculture is one of the key areas of economic development of the republic and has great potential and signifi cant reserves. However, this area of economic activity has a number of specifi c features, consisting not only in the seasonality of agricultural production as the basis for the formation of cluster formations and in the presence of a large number of unforeseen risks associated with natural and climatic unpredictable changes, and, according to the authors, agricultural businessmen are not suffi ciently motivated for production activities.

Abstract Origami-inspired structures and materials have shown remarkable properties and performances originating from the intricate geometries of folding. Origami folding could be a dynamic process and origami structures could possess rich dynamic characteristics under external excitations. However, the current state of dynamics of origami has mostly focused on the dynamics of a single cell. This research has performed numerical simulations on multi-stable dual-cell series Miura-Ori structures with different types of inter-cell connections based on a dynamic model that does not neglect in-plane mass. We introduce a concept of equivalent constraint stiffness k* to distinguish different types of inter-cell connections. Results of numerical simulations reveal the multi-stable dual-cell structure will exhibit a variety of complex nonlinear dynamic responses with the increasing of connection stiffness because of the deeper energy well it has. The connection stiffness has a strong effect on the steady-state dynamic responses under different excitation amplitudes and a variety of initial conditions. This effect makes us able to adjust the dynamic behaviors of dual-cell series Miura-Ori structure to our needs in a complex environment. Furthermore, the results of this research could provide us a theoretical basis for the dynamics of origami folding and serve as guidelines for designing dynamic applications of origami metastructures and metamaterials.

The need for information relative to the current state of business affairs and the potential impact upon operations including future opportunities should be recognized, both in planning and execution of plans. The use of accounting information as a basis for necessary analysis and interpretation is relatively simple and effective approach for small business managers. This article details the utlization of modularized contribution margin income statements and their contribution to the decision-making and policy formulation processes. The segmented approach to financial accounting and reporting affords the level of visualization and control that small businesses require.
