This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, education, and compensation partially on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bantaeng Regency. The research approach uses survey. Research respondents amounted to 85 people. Techniques used for data collection in this study are Interviews, Questionnaire, Documentation study. The results showed that organizational culture, education, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Bantaeng Regency DPRD Secretariat staff.

Abstract This study aims to determine the performance of educational personnel in IAIN Purwokerto. Urgency of this research is the educational staff is part of educational institutions that should perform well. With good performance, then the goal of educational institutions more easily achieved. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the respondents are all civil servants with civil servant status. In data collection, using the method of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in general the performance of IAIN Purwokerto educational staff has been good, ie by always maintaining good relationships with colleagues will participate to provide good results on the performance of individuals. In addition, the ability of an employee to work in a team work, also contributes to the performance of education staff IAIN Purwokerto. However, there are some employees whose performance still needs to be improved, through the achievement of better work, and enhancement of discipline through the effective use of working time. Keywords: Performance, Educational Staff Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja tenaga kependidikan di IAIN Purwokerto. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan merupakan bagian dari lembaga pendidikan yang hendaknya berkinerja baik. Dengan kinerja baik, maka tujuan dari lembaga pendidikan lebih mudah tercapai. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden adalah seluruh tenaga kependidikan yang berstatus PNS. Dalam pengumpulan data, menggunakan metode observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto sudah baik, yakni dengan senantiasa memelihara hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja akan turut serta memberikan hasil kerja yang baik terhadap kinerja individu. Selain itu, kemampuan seorang pegawai bekerja dalam suatu tim kerja, turut memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto. Namun ada beberapa pegawai yang kinerjanya masih perlu ditingkatkan, melalui pencapaian hasil kerja yang lebih baik, serta peningkatkan kedisplinan melalui penggunaan waktu kerja yang efektif.

The research aims at describing types as well as teachers perception on woman principal leadership in Public Primary School in Balung subdistrict. The research approach was quantitative with survey research to gather a general descrition of woman principal leadership. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire and interview technique to 54 teachers at Public Primary School lead by women principals. The sample was population sample because it used the whole participants as the sample. The results of the research showed that the dominant type of 5 women principals included in personal type of leadership which is indicated by mean 10.147 (SD 1.393) whereas otoriter type became the smallest score included as minor type which was indicated by mean 9.056 (1.224). teachers perception showed that leadership stye of woman principles was inclined to be feminine with mean 3.68 and transformational style indicated by mean 3.11 which was supported bu two insicators by masculine and transactional styles. AbstractThis study aims at determining the effect of transformational leadership, work environment and religiosity toward employee loyalty. The type of research used is survey research with quantitative approach. Population and sample in this research are civil servant employees of IAIN Salatiga amounting to 54 people. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. The results from multiple regression analysis obtained results for transformational leadership variable does not have a significant impact on employee loyalty; work environment variable has no significant effect on employee loyalty; religiosity variable has a positive influence on employee loyalty; and transformational leadership, work environment, and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.922 which means that 92.2% variance of loyalty can be explained by the variance of the three independent variables: transformational leadership, work environment, and religiosity.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja  dan religiusitas terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PNS IAIN Salatiga yang berjumlah 54 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh hasil untuk variabel kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengauh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan; variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan; variabel religiusitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan; dan kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan religiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Besarnya nilai Adjusted R Square adalah 0,922 yang berarti bahwa 92,2% varians loyalitas dapat dijelaskan varians dari ketiga variabel independen: kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan religiusitas

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on work motivation both individually and collectively together and to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, education/training on performance either individually or jointly, as well as to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on performance through motivation to work at Hotel Sofyan Betawi, Cut Meutia, Jakarta.<br />The population consisted of all employees, as many as 80 people. Using census sampling techniques to the overall population of 80 people or respondents, data collection was conducted using questionnaires, while data analysis using path analysis or path analysis were processed using SPSS 16 software. The results showed that: (1) Compensation and organizational culture had no significant effect on work motivation, while education/training has significant effect on work motivation, (2) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training jointly significant effect on motivation, (3) Compensation does not significantly affect the performance of the employee, while the motivation and education/training significantly affect performance, (4) compensation, motivation, education/training jointly significant effect on performance, (5) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training has positive influence on performance through motivation.</p>

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of lecturers of private university in Papua. This study includes the type of survey research and the method of research is utilizes the questionnaire in the main data collection in this case is the primary data of a number of samples from the population. In general, which is the unit of analysis in this survey research is individual. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance as evidenced by CR value of 1,998 and P 0.047 and the results were in accordance with the research hypothesis.

ABSTRAK Setiap organisasi memiliki ciri khas yang membedakannya dengan organisasi lain, ciri khas ini menjadi identitas bagi organisasi. Budaya organisasi  dapat membantu kinerja pegawai, karena menciptakan suatu tingkat motivasi yang besar bagi pegawai  untuk memberikan kemampuan terbaiknya dalam memanfaatkan kesempatan  yang  diberikan oleh organisasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fakta, data dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan variabel budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan kata-kata atau kalimat dengan beserta angka-angka dengan memakai sampel dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data pokok. Adapun dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode Observasi, Kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pengaruh budaya konstruktif (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 0,445 atau 44,5% dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007. Menunjukan bahwa semakin baiknya budaya konstruktif akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh budaya pasif-defensif (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 0,332 atau 33,2% dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,017. Menunjukan bahwa semakin baiknya budaya pasif-defensif akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh budaya Agresif-defensif (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 0,568 atau 56,8% dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003. Menunjukan bahwa semakin baiknya budaya agresif-defensif akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja pegawai. Simpulannya terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Dungingi Kota Gorontalo Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi; Kinerja Pegawai   ABSTRACT Every organization has a characteristic that distinguishes it from other organizations, this characteristic becomes the identity of the organization. Organizational culture can help employee performance because it creates a large level of motivation for employees to provide the best ability to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the organization. The purpose of this study is to find out facts, data, and matters related to organizational culture variables and employee performance issues. Researchers used a type of survey research with a quantitative approach, namely research that uses words or sentences along with numbers using samples and using questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The data collection is done by the method of observation, questionnaires. The results showed that, the effect of constructive culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.445 or 44.5% with a significance value of 0.007. Shows that a better constructive culture will have an impact on improving employee performance. The influence of passive-defensive culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 0.332 or 33.2% with a significance value of 0.017. Showing that a better passive-defensive culture will have an impact on improving employee performance. The influence of Aggressive-defensive culture (X3) on employee performance (Y) of 0.568 or 56.8% with a significance value of 0.003. It shows that the better the aggressive-defensive culture will have an impact on improving employee performance. This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

Delegation of responsibilities constitutes a very important ingredient of good leadership in organisations and is critical to competence development of workers. However, experience shows that many leaders are unwilling to delegate responsibilities to their subordinates for a number of reasons. This study was therefore designed to investigate delegation of responsibilities as a tool for competence development of subordinates in selected organisations in Ibadan metropolis. The study, anchored on Elkem’s model, was descriptive and adopted survey research design with a combination of both quantitative and qualitative approaches. It was conducted on 206 respondents randomly selected from 20 public and private organisations in Ibadan. Questionnaire and IDI were instruments of data collection, while the data collected were analysed using both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The study showed that respondents perceived delegation of responsibilities as a vital tool for developing, equipping and motivating subordinates; and that it had positive effects on subordinates’ performance (X2 = 11.14, p-value = 0.001). The study also revealed that lack of confidence in subordinates (79%), level of skill and competence (66%), organisational climate (68%) and bureaucracy (58%) were barriers to delegation of responsibilities. Delegation of responsibilities is a cost-free way of enhancing competence development of subordinates in organisations, and should therefore, be encouraged among leaders irrespective of their levels.

This study was carried out to determine the measures for promoting democracy in a depressed economy through business education for national security in Enugu State. Two research questions and two null hypotheses were used for the study. The study adopted a survey research design. The population for the study was 41 business educators from four government owned tertiary institutions in Enugu State. There was no sampling since the population was manageable. The instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire developed by the researchers and validated by the experts. The reliability of the instrument was determined using Cronbach Alpha, which yielded an overall index 0.72. Mean and standard deviation were used in answering research questions while hypotheses were tested using t-test. It was found that governmental measures items promoted democracy through business education for national security. The study also revealed that lecturers‟ measures also promotes democracy through business education for national security. It was recommended that: government should make adequate budgetary provision for business education. Democrats should be involved in business teacher‟s conferences and seminars.

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.
