Abstract This study aims to determine the performance of educational personnel in IAIN Purwokerto. Urgency of this research is the educational staff is part of educational institutions that should perform well. With good performance, then the goal of educational institutions more easily achieved. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the respondents are all civil servants with civil servant status. In data collection, using the method of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in general the performance of IAIN Purwokerto educational staff has been good, ie by always maintaining good relationships with colleagues will participate to provide good results on the performance of individuals. In addition, the ability of an employee to work in a team work, also contributes to the performance of education staff IAIN Purwokerto. However, there are some employees whose performance still needs to be improved, through the achievement of better work, and enhancement of discipline through the effective use of working time. Keywords: Performance, Educational Staff Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja tenaga kependidikan di IAIN Purwokerto. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan merupakan bagian dari lembaga pendidikan yang hendaknya berkinerja baik. Dengan kinerja baik, maka tujuan dari lembaga pendidikan lebih mudah tercapai. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden adalah seluruh tenaga kependidikan yang berstatus PNS. Dalam pengumpulan data, menggunakan metode observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto sudah baik, yakni dengan senantiasa memelihara hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja akan turut serta memberikan hasil kerja yang baik terhadap kinerja individu. Selain itu, kemampuan seorang pegawai bekerja dalam suatu tim kerja, turut memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto. Namun ada beberapa pegawai yang kinerjanya masih perlu ditingkatkan, melalui pencapaian hasil kerja yang lebih baik, serta peningkatkan kedisplinan melalui penggunaan waktu kerja yang efektif.

This research is conducted in order to assess the effect of competency, motivation, and communication on employee’s performance (case studies at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang West Bandung Regency) partially and simultaneously. There are many factors that affect the employee’s performance, but this research is only limited to the factors of competency, motivation, and communication. The researcher used primary and secondary data. The research approach used is quantitative approach which the samples are 55 civil servants which is assessed by 5 Heads of Fields and 2 Heads Sub-Division. Before analyzing, all research validity and reliability instruments are examined. After the data are valid and reliable then analyzed by using classical assumption test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) helping by IBM SPSS version 23 software. The result of analysis showed that competency, motivation, and communication variables are affected positively significantly and partially to the employee’s performance. Competency, motivation, and communication variables simultaneously affected positively and significantly about 54,3% and the rest is about 45,7% affected by other variable that is not observed in this research.

This study aims to describe the form of the religious day celebrations of Malay society across religions and the meaning of commemorating them in educational institutions. This field research uses a qualitative research approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, participant level observation and documentation. The results of the study describe that the form of religious day commemoration activities in SMPN 2 Arut Selatan are grouped into two, namely: commemoration of religious days which are commemorated based on certain moments, for instance are maulid of the Prophet Muhammad, Isra Mi'raj, and celebrations to welcome the Islamic New Year (Islam), Christmas and Easter (Christian Protestant and Catholic); and routine religious activities, for example is prayer with each of the followers of interfaith religions. Furthermore, the meanings of the religious days celebration are grouped into three views, trere are; as the obligation/ necessity of the learning process, empirical religion and individual's religion; as a culture / habit that becomes a system at school; as a requirement for the implementation of religious practices; and as a culture related to the commemoration of religious days.

This study aims to analyze the development of Civil Servant resources at the Silian Raya District office, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The focus of research in research is the development of Civil Servant resources through a). through education b). training, c) seminars, d). courses, and e). upgrading. Data collection techniques are through: PNS planning documents, observations, and interviews on a). 6 employees of Silian Raya District, b). Section Head, c). Head of Planning Sub Division, d). Secretary to the sub-district head, e). Camat. The results showed that: a). The recruitment pattern for filling positions at the Silian Raya District Office has not been carried out based on the work tasks needed to achieve organizational goals, b. The form of education carried out to improve civil servants' performance is left to the decision of civil servants to develop higher education levels, c). The training provided to civil servants depends on the availability of district government funds. Based on the results of these studies, it is recommended that: a). The recruitment pattern for filling positions at the Silian Raya District Office is based on achieving organizational goals in the District, b). The form of education carried out to improve civil servants' performance is provided in the form of educational scholarships., c). The training provided to civil servants is adjusted to the needs of the work or position held.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie, w zwięzły sposób, zagadnień związanych z organizacją, przebiegiem i opracowaniem wyników pierwszego spisu powszechnego ludności w Królestwie Polskim. Choć uwagę skupiono na ziemiach Królestwa Polskiego, znajdującego się wówczas pod panowaniem rosyjskim, to prezentowaną problematykę starano się omówić w szerszym aspekcie działalności władz centralnych w Petersburgu. W dorobku polskiej historiografii zagadnienia te poruszano jedynie w ograniczonym zakresie, a nieliczni autorzy zajmowali się przede wszystkim oceną kompletności danych spisowych. The General Census in the Kingdom of Poland in 1897 The goal of the paper was to discuss the general census of 1897 in the Kingdom of Poland. The study describes its origin, the course of data collection and treatment of results, including decisions taken at the central level. The idea of a general census that would cover the territory of the whole Russian Empire with the area of ca. 22 million km² was discussed already in the 1860s and 70s. Eventually, the plan was executed in 1897. In the case of the Kingdom do Poland, which was formally one of the provinces of the Russian state, an active role in preparing the census was played by the authorities of individual guberniyas (governorates) as well as by the Warsaw Statistical Committee. The duty to collect data lay with the administrative authorities at the lowest level, who were responsible, inter alia, for recruiting census representatives. The basic census form consisted of 14 questions. The main reservations about the reliability of the collected data concern the questions about the job position and age, and in the case of the data from the Kingdom of Poland, the falsification of results with regard to respondents’ religion and native language being also pointed out. When using the demographic data of the 1897 census, one should remember the abovementioned oversights or even errors that occurred both at the stage of collection and processing and subsequently the publication of statistical data. A critical research approach to the collected sources permits, however, an effective use of the abundance of the then collected information.

Abstract: This research aims to understand the the influence of motivation on the performance of employees at educational institutions at Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar. Type research which is located in public junior high schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar is descriptive with a quantitative approach, namely prioritise questions list as a means of data collection and data collected with this device then used as the main raw empirical analyze the condition of the existence of a purpose objektifitas research on the site of minutely. The population of this study is all all teachers in state schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar .The research is empirical research with using a technique purposive of sampling in the sample collection criteria teachers in state schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar that had been certified by the year 2016/ 2017. Of the population which consisted of 150 people, then meet the criteria of a samples from 80 people plus 3 respondents supporting such as 1 people the education office and 2 supervisors school. Data is collected by spreading the questionnaire 80th respondents and interview to 3 respondents supporting. Than 80 the questionnaires returned all (100 %). Based on technique analysis a correlation coefficient of 0,567, the coefficients determination 0,322 and results of the test t and significance <0.05 then the researcher judging and inferring that is the motivation of the performance of teachers. In general, this study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Policy on Duties and Functions of Non-civil servant Family Planning Field Officers (P.L.K.B.) at the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type, primary data collected through interview techniques, and supported by secondary data, namely documentation. The data analysis of this research used an interactive model consisting of "data collection, data display, data condensation, concluding; drawing and verifying" developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of this study prove that; The implementation of the P.L.K.B. Duties and Functions Policy is based on the Decree of the Southeast Minahasa Regent Number: 180/13/S.E.T.D.A./2021 concerning the Appointment of Contract Workers, Cleaning Officers, Drivers, and other Officers within the Southeast Minahasa Regency Government. Whereas the main tasks of non-civil servant P.L.K.B. are not much different from that of civil servant P.L.K.B., namely, approach Community Leaders; carry out data collection and mapping of work areas; conduct agreement-raising, conduct I.E.C. counselling/counselling, and advocacy; establish a pioneer and role model group, family planning services, adolescent reproductive health, prosperous families, and family development; make a report on the implementation of tasks to the leadership. Therefore, the Family Planning Field Officer (P.L.K.B. non-civil servant) controls and owns it to carry out the lessons. In carrying out these duties, non-civil servant Family Planning Field Officers can improve their abilities and skills. The main problems faced are related to the duties and functions of non-civil sservantsP.L.K.B. The number of villages is so large that it is not proportional to non-civil servant P.L.K.B. personnel. The facilities and infrastructure owned to support the tasks of P.L.K.B. Non-civil servants are still inadequate. Non-civil servant, P.L.K.B. cooperation with cross-sector (District and Village), is less than optimal. The human resource capabilities of P.L.K.B. non-civil servants are also not yet professional. Non-civil servant P.L.K.B. compensation has not provided adequate guarantees when compared to the duties. So that a wiser policy is needed, namely, "Regulation or Regent's Decree Regarding: Guidelines for the Management, Duties, and Functions of Family Planning Field Officers (P.L.K.B.) for Non-civil servant Southeast Minahasa Regency, which in this policy includes rights and obligations, sanctions and rewards and others deemed necessary. Non-civil servant P.L.K.B. is an officer who implements, manages, and mobilizes the community in the Proud of program planning at the village level. Non-civil servant P.L.K.B. is very helpful in the lack of Family Planning Extension Workers (P.K.B.) in the field.

This study aims to find out how to optimize the role of coaches to actualize the basic values ​​of Candidate Civil Servants in Samarinda City Government Environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data collection is obtained from primary data through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for respondent coaches and trainees. A total of six categories of questions were addressed to trainee respondents and six open questions addressed to coaches. The results of the study after analysis are that the role of the coach in carrying out the role of coaching and mentoring towards participants is quite high. However, some things that need to be optimized from all of these categories. respondents who answer sometimes, sometimes not as many as 1 to 3 people.   Keywords: coach, the actualization of the basic values of the profession, Civil Servants Candidate, Regional Government of Samarinda City

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, education, and compensation partially on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bantaeng Regency. The research approach uses survey. Research respondents amounted to 85 people. Techniques used for data collection in this study are Interviews, Questionnaire, Documentation study. The results showed that organizational culture, education, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Bantaeng Regency DPRD Secretariat staff.

This study examines the effectiveness of management audits of raw materials in the company CV. Ladjalani in Makassar. The purpose of this study to determine the activity of purchasing raw materials has been carried out efficiently and effectively. This research approach uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The method of data collection is done by observing directly the object of research and making direct observations, documenting archives or reports related to the activity of purchasing raw materials, questionnaires to find out the response to the researcher's questions on company activities. From the results of the study showed the activity of purchasing raw materials carried out by CV. Ladjalani is still inefficient and effective. This can occur due to waste of transportation costs or the cost of shipping raw materials. This waste occurs because the company establishes a policy on the purchasing department to purchase raw materials after getting an order. The company has not yet determined what frequency of purchasing the most economical raw materials.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan (1) Pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap Perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em>, (2) Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em>, (3) Pengaruh Gaya Hidup dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em>. Penelitian pada Ibu Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode <em>survey</em>. Populasi yaitu ibu rumah tangga yang pernah berbelanja <em>online</em>. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 orang ditentukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data diolah menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em> pada ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang, (2) Literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em> pada ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang dan (3) Gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em> pada ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang.<em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>This study aims to prove (1) Effect of Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior Of Online Shopping, (2) Effect of Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior Of Online Shopping, (3) Effect of lifestyle and financial literacy on Consumptive Behavior Of Online Shopping. Research on housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City. The research approach that will be used in this research is quantitative approach, while the method used is survey method. The population is housewives who ever shop online. The number of samples taken as many as 50 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data were processed using multiple regression. The result of the research shows that (1) Lifestyle has a significant influence on Consumptive Behavior of online shopping on housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City, (2) Financial Literacy has a significant influence on consumptive behavior of online shopping on housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City and (3) Lifestyle and Financial Literacy has a significant influence on Consumptive Behavior of online shopping on housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City</em>.</p><p> </p><pre> </pre>
