Abstract:The Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic is designated by WHO as a global pandemic because of its very high spread even in various countries including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a lot of panic and public concern because of its very rapid spread. The Indonesian government made a social distancing / physical distancing policy. The policies given by the government caused various reaction. Many people see each other as strangers. Especially during a pandemic, many people take advantage of the situation for their own interests and benefits. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of overcoming individualism in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic based on the teory of Christian hospitality. Yhe method used is a qualitative method. The findings in this paperare: First, Christians must have love, care and not be individualistic. Second, individualism as a reaction to the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic erodes a sence of hospitality.

The emergence of a new virus in the global world at the end of 2019, namely Corona Virus Disease 2019, brought tremendous excitement to all inhabitants of the earth. The emergence of this virus brings tremendous concern and fear to the world because the spread of this virus is quite fast, even the most frightening is that the risk of death of people exposed to this virus is very large. Indonesia itself, cannot avoid the impact of this Covid-19 case. As a form of efforts to prevent and minimize transmission of the virus, the Indonesian government has issued a social distancing / physical distancing recommendation. This situation also causes the interaction between communities to be very limited. This situation seems to be able to eliminate hospitality among the community. This paper aims to emphasize the importance of maintaining the value of Christian hospitality in society amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Transportasi dan angkutan umum merupakan suatu persoalan yang selalu dihadapi oleh pemerintah di berbagai daerah di tanah air ini, terutama daerah yang memiliki suasana kota yang yang ramai karena  padatnya penduduk serta tingginya intensitas masyarakatnya diikuti dengan tidak sesuainya jumlah moda transportasi umum serta belum seimbangnya luas ruas jalan antar kota dalam propinsi yang  mempunyai struktur serta aktifitas penduduk sudah tergolong sagat tinggi. Regulasi kebijakan pemerintah propinsi Jawa Timur yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Timur No. 27 Tahun 2016. Dinas perhubungan sebagai implementor, melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, serta menyediakan sarana sebagai pendukung dalam system transportasi di Jawa Timur. Dalam penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan gambaran (deskripsi) mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan apa yang diteliti. Kualitatif sendiri merupakan wujud kata-kata dari pada deretan angka-angka. Pendekatan metode deskriptif dapat diartikan sebagai pemecahan masalah dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan subjek atau objek penelitian, baik perilaku individu, kelompok masyarakat, lembaga-lembaga dan lain-lain sebagainya.Kata kunci : Implementasi, Pelayanan PublikABSTRACT. Public transportation and transportation is a problem that is always faced by the government in various regions in this country, especially areas that have a bustling city atmosphere due to overcrowding and high intensity of the community followed by mismatching the number of modes of public transportation and the imbalance of the size of roads inter-city in the province which has a structure and activity of the population is already classified as very high. East Java provincial government policy regulations contained in East Java Governor Regulation No. 27 of 2016. Transportation Agency as an implementor, conducts socialization to the community, and provides facilities as a support in the transportation system in East Java. In this study we used a qualitative method that produced a description (description) of matters relating to what was studied. Qualitative itself is a form of words rather than a row of numbers. Descriptive method approach can be interpreted as problem solving by describing or describing the state of the subject or object of research, both the behavior of individuals, community groups, institutions and so forth.Keywords: Implementation, Public Services

At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the invention of a new variant virus in Wuhan, laternamed Covid-19. This case has become a particular concern to the world, especially WHO, because the virus can cause fatalities, and the rate of transmission is very fast. Shortly after the invention, WHO declared Covid19 as a global pandemic. Each country is doing their best to prevent the Covid-19 virus from entering their country's territory, including in Indonesia. The Indonesian government then creates policies from all aspectsand fields to prevent and break thetransmission chain of Covid-19 cases. One of the fieldsthat played a roleis Immigration.Directorate General of Immigration, as one of the authorized institutions in the field of Immigration,has authority over all activities of people who entering and exiting the territory of Indonesia. During this Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesian Immigration has created new policies. One of the policies thathave been created is the policy about Visa services that are provided and applied to Foreign Nationals who will enter and stay in Indonesia. Immigration policy related to visas is continuously updated and applied according to the situation, conditions, and policies of the government to achieve one goal, which is preventing and breaking the transmission chain of Coronavirus in Indonesia.

ABSTRACT The global world at the end of 2019 was shocked by a pandemic caused by the Corona Virus. Corona Virus Disease 2019 raises global concerns about the rapid and deadly spread. Indonesia has also been affected by the Covid-19 case and dated March 19, 2020 there have been 309 positive cases and still counting. The government promotes social distancing policies to reduce publicity in order to minimize the development of Covid-19. Indonesian people are responding to this recommendation, but there are some who do panic buying, persecution of health workers who have the possibility of exposure to Covid-19  and other cases that show the loss of hopitality of Indonesian citizens. This paper aims to formulate an ethical model of Christian hopitality in the midst of the Covid-19  Pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach to theological research and social descriptive research. The results of this study consist of three main points, namely: first, Christianity must not lose empathy as an attitude of Christian hopitality in every lifetime. Second, the attitude of hopitalitas must look at the context ethically, namely the context of the distribution of Covid-19. Third, Christian hopitality has risks and impacts in the form of its implementation amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Key Words: Ethical Decisions, Hospitality, Christianity, covid-19.

This study aims to provide a clear picture of the steps (efforts) of the government of the Republic of Indonesia to provide vaccines to its people evenly and free of charge according to the standards or procedures in the Health Law which is a derivative of the constitutional mandate of the Republic of Indonesia, the research method uses normative juridical research that combines the rule of law. With law enforcement which is a regulation of the Indonesian government, the results of the study provide a perspective that various ways have been attempted by the Indonesian government to overcome the Covid-19 virus pandemic, vaccines are a continuous hope to increase immunity and immunity of community groups which will certainly have a positive impact with the release of the Indonesian state from health threats and a spike in the increase in cases during the global pandemic. The conclusion of this study is that the Indonesian government has made intensive and accurate efforts to protect citizens and build group immunity which of course has an impact on the positive possibility that the Indonesian state and nation can get out of worries due to the Covid-19  pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic that is threatening the world has caused anxiety for all parties, including the people in Denpasar City. Various attempts have been made to make the situation stable, one way is to share information within a positive elaboration terminology. The information is certainly delivered by foreign words that are currently so prevalent, and appears in one click through the Google search engine. In order to convey the intent and meaning that can be properly channeled to all levels of society, Policies related to handling the COVID-19 pandemic through the elaboration of several foreign terms such as lockdown, swab test, social distancing, etc. are required. This study aimed to find out how the foreign words can be well accepted by the community without risking the existence of Indonesian language. As a descriptive qualitative method, the main data is Covid terms that are informed to the public in Denpasar are collected using a polling technique through randomly distributing questionnaires and simulation. Finding data was used survey & observation methods, as well as documentation. It is hoped public can understand and implement the appeal as expected by the government, without reducing the existence of good and correct Indonesian.Keywords: elaboration, foreign words, covid term

The World Health Organization announced corona virus disease 19 (COVID 19) as a global pandemic. As the government has implemented various policies, the major challenge was to support immune system in general population who are under self-confinement. An optimal diet plan and nutritional supplements are advised to effectively boost the immune system during the COVID 19 crises. We have suggested an optimized dietary plan for an adult with adequate requirements. A balanced diet could help strengthen the immune system of individuals and prepare to fight against COVID 19.

Coronavirus becomes a pandemic disease faced by more than two hundred countries that impacts multi-dimensional aspects, the various policy is carried out as an effort to tackle the coronavirus, it is polarized into 2 (two) policy, namely lockdown and social distancing. Indonesia as a country infected by the coronavirus does the same thing, but empirically the policy taken is debated. On the one hand, the central government sets social distancing policy, on the other hand, some regional governments set local-scale lockdown policy. This article uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method, the data sources in this study are based on two sources both the primary data obtained through focused observations in the Bandung City and literature studies of various documents that relevant to the coronavirus topic. The results revealed that the driving factors.The inhibiting factors in the implementation of social distancing policy consist of 3 (three), namely: First, the capacity of the organization both at the central government level and the regional government level. Second, the different strategies implemented by the government in which the central government implements a social distancing policy strategy, while the regional governments implement a lockdown policy strategy. This study aims to provide an alternative in order to support the Visit Visa Free (BVK) policy issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The alternative is to require tourists, especially tourists from China who will use BVK facilities to use certain official Travel Agencies appointed by the Government of Indonesia. In this study discussed how the partnership relationship between the government of Indonesia and China in development in the field of tourism in Indonesia, and how alternative schemes are used in order to prevent violations of Residence Permits that are often carried out by tourists from China. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study concluded that: first, the partnership relationship in the tourism sector between the Indonesian government and China experienced significant progress, this was evidenced by the issuance of several policies that provided convenience for entering the Indonesian territory for tourists from China; and the two alternative schemes used by taking the concept of the implementation of Umrah which dispatched Indonesian citizens abroad, became the concept of bringing foreign tourists to Indonesia. The expectation is that the scheme can be stated in the form of legislation, so that the crime of Abuse of Residence Permit which has been dominated by Chinese Citizens can be reduced in number.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected global and national economic order. The existence of physical distancing policies, as well as large-scale social restrictions, greatly affected the activities of tourism and manufacturing sectors, causing the  economic growth to slow down. Therefore, the government issued a tax policy by stimulating Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2020 concerning State Financial Policy and Financial System Stability for Handling the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Pandemic on March 31, 2020 and Regulation of the Minister of Finance which regulates tax incentives known as tax relaxation. This research was conducted using qualitative method A qualitative method was used to produce in-depth descriptions of speech, writing and observable behavior of an individual, community group and organization in a certain context that was studied from a comprehensive and holistic point of view. The results of this study were that the Indonesian Government has established various tax policy strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic which aim to achieve the target of state revenue, by revising tax revenue targets, rearranging state revenue allocations in the 2020 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget and implementing taxes. Trading Through Electronic Systems. The government has also relaxed the imposition of Article 21 Income Tax, Article 22 Income Tax, Article 25 Income Tax, and specific VAT tax returns to the manufacturing sector. So the relaxation of income tax in articles 21, 22 and 25 as well as tax returns was the most effective and appropriate way to overcome the impact of Indonesia's economy in the face of the Covid-19 outbreak.
